Nope not yet this issue is between me an the winners no one else.
If I'm having issues till its solved it can't be paid its as simple as that.
Ive paid all my other bounties i have set this one just ran into a snag it happens, don't mean ive stopped trying to get btc from other methods.
I have yet to ignore anyone and have replied to people who have their concerns.
These giveaways are out of my funds not site funds and i have done a lot of them since i started being a mod.so you mean you wont to pay the winners right?
