So whats up you all? So far 6,898 DOGE Won on my faucet. When I logged in to my db saw this IP: 666?HEHE, So I block that dum ip. I never saw that before. And the bot stop requesting DOGE. What was that?
Do you have Reverse Proxy option set to Cloudflare or Incapsula in your Faucet in a BOX admin panel? No I don't, should I? You probably shouldn't, I'm just trying to guess how such an address could be added to your database and to be honest I have no idea.

I think my faucet is being fucked up by a bot! ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Way too many request for doge per minutes, o shit. you must use anti-bot to not get fucked by bot, that's the only way to make bot not work and use fun captcha too. Kazuldur, any chance you can add those "anti-bot" links tool with the next faucetbox script update? and add an option to make your own link names (like 5,8,9 OR V, VIII, IX) thanks for the great work you do. You are the only faucet script I work with. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I don't think so. They're not really anything else than any other captcha and they're easily bypassed. Right now they work because not every faucet uses them, so for a bot makers it's cheaper just to not bypass them and attack other faucets. However if we implement this in Faucet in a BOX, then more faucets would use them, bot makers would implement bypassing them and they would become useless for everyone. We need to keep it diverse until we figure out something that really works. Otherwise it's just an arms race in which we'll always be behind.

I think my faucet is being fucked up by a bot! ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) Way too many request for doge per minutes, o shit. Check your web server's access log, check which networks these IPs belong to and ban them if you think they're bots. There over 1,200 IPs in 1.5 hours. I have to enter all that? Holy crap! ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) If that's really a bot, there's a good chance these IPs belong just to a couple of networks. However I think 1200 IPs in 1.5 hour isn't really that much. It could be a rotator, I would try disabling iframes first and see if that helps. Hi, Ive only recently become interested in this Faucet game and decided to build one myself. Its complete now but it doesnt use FaucetBox so I wont Spam it here. Im looking to build my next one around the FauceBox API, but i have a couple of questions maybe some more senior users can answer:
1. How do you stop or at least cut down the bots (Is there a list of proxy IPs or hostname you can check against) 2. how many claims are made on your sites per Click of an advert 3. Whats your best source of revenue (publishing site) 4. Is Anti-bot a script i can download 4. Does anyone make any money from the Big G's @dsense
Thanks in advance
1. there's NastyHosts.com, but it only stops the most obvious ones like AWS, it's not nearly enough...

Or an official looking badge that faucet owners actually are using Faucet box for payments, I am sick and tired of faucets who say they are paying via your API. Such as this other website, seems to be connected to the one I mentioned above. http://peoplebtc.net/timerWe wouldn't be able to stop anyone from just stealing the badge, so that's a little bit pointless. Not with a code in it that verifies on your website when clicked, oh come on, did you not really think about it. I did. 1. we do check that on our Faucets list. Owners just make one payout each 6 hours or so to fool our system. They could use the same for badges 2. few users would really bother to click that badge 3. even then scammers could change the link destination to something that resembles FaucetBOX.com page. Almost no one would verify that the domain is correct. Really, that's just creates more opportunities for abuse. Claim once and if you don't see it on the address check page, then this faucet is scamming you, that's the best check.

What's your method of validating that?
I don't really see a need to validate it. If a faucet owner can see a certain IP or address abusing their faucet, then they can share it with us so we can all ban them. The old saying "their are plenty of fish in the sea" comes to mind. We have to do something because too many people are cheating our faucets and this could cut them down a bit and if enough of the faucet owners contribute to the list it might slow the cheaters to a crawl and some will give up on trying to cheat us. Sure, I'm just checking if I can integrate this with NastyHosts.

Attention Faucet Owners!
I made a new thread to list all the bad claimers, cheaters, bots, VPN's and proxy IP addresses so we can all ban them to make our faucets safer. Please share any IP's that are cheating your faucet so we can all stay safer. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1481327.0 What's your method of validating that?

how much time does it take to process doge transactions ?
Deposits: until they get 30 confirmations. Withdrawals: 24-48 hours after reaching payout threshold. may i ask: why is this rule affects doge also ? 1 doge or 10 doge tx fee, not much. right ? Because currently our system doesn't allow us to send withdrawals separately.

Faucetbox faucet list is worst. It should not be on basis of votes. It should be categorised on basis of time between claims and the amount of satoshi it gives per claim. It is too hard to know about high paying faucets. The top most faucet in list only gives 100 satoshi and still they are on top. Filter should be applied to catogries so that any one can get basic info about faucet. Also voting looks much suspesious.
That's how it worked before and it was even worse. However FaucetBOX.com isn't a faucet list, we're a payment cache. I really recommend using other lists.

Deposits should work correctly now for all coins except Peercoin. Peercoin should work as soon as we resync with the blockchain. Sorry for inconvenience.
EDIT: Peercoin should work now too.

Notice We're making an unplanned maintenance, deposits for all coins may be delayed.

The DigitalOcean IP addresses are used by bots. Blocked them ages ago. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Where did you get the list of all DigitalOcean networks? I was trying to find them for NastyHosts, but found nothing up-to-date. https://apps.db.ripe.net/search/full-text.htmlThen you type "DigitalOcean" and you will get all the RIPE IP ranges for the company. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Edit: This is just RIPE. They can have other IP addresses (ARIN, APNIC, ...). Neat, I had no idea RIPE provides something like this! Now, give me a sec, I need to write a scrapper ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif)

This is an address of DigitalOcean VPS, related also too steep.rocks. I'll add this network to NastyHosts.
However I still don't see any connection between this address and ifaucet.net and bit.makejar.com rotators. Why do you think these rotators are related to bots?
