Always hold.
I've been through worse. I am not a trader and would never pretend to be.
I'm a simple man, I buy and I hodl.
It does keep things simple. Buy,Hold, and check it later.

Why would you "invest" with the halving approaching? You are already invested IMO and there should be some good buy and sell opportunities with the volatility that will take place.

In regards to Coinbase, I have used them for a year and have had a positive experience and feel their wallet and vault are easy to use and secure. They are based in San Francisco and have great customer service.

Stagnation and investor fatique? who knows. It will go back up like it always does. ETH is not going anywhere.

This is better than the numerous articles in the last year with the title something like: Russia looks to ban bitcoin . . .

A dream come true for traders. The one thing we can be certain about with bitcoin is that it highly unpredictable and volatile.

I have no idea what to say to do. I am going to hold some for the novelty. Even if this DAO is dead others will build upon this concept.

I have to say yes, and a combination of other things:
-too busy earning fiat to pay mortgage to pay attention to tech innovations -fear of technology -fear of change -too lazy to learn how to send and receive btc -distracted by the Bachelor

Good news. China is moving forward logically by recognizing that in order for people to feel safe with it as an investment it needs to be protected like all other personal properties. Sure, this takes away from btc as a currency but I think this is good for adoption.

Good article and great news. Having a physical campus indicates seriousness. We will see more and more organizations interested in educating themselves about this emerging technology.

Interesting read, it potentially could solve some of the issues mentioned in the first few paragraphs. Good to see the concepts of the DAO alive despite the attack.

Looks like Lisk will be add to the waves platform in order to exchange euro and dollars for Lisk? That will be a massive lift for waves, also will be good for Lisk if they have direct euro in to Lisk, we will see what happens, this week after russia and Ukraine we will know whats on!!!
Man, i hope that is not true. I would rather have LISK distance itself from that crap. Waves needs all the help it can get, not the other way around. this tbh, waves is gonna implode and drive everything associated with it to the ground best keep away from those fraudsters I agree! Please stay the heck away from WAVES!

Great press for bitcoin - McAfee will do what he says on this. Always liked this guy.

Many of your points are valid but there is no other forum like this one. This is the center of the universe for bitcoin and alts.

We both know all passwords and the location of our bitcoins. Treat it as any other property. You wouldn't want to kick the bucket and lose those bitcoin.

I think it is a good bet to say it is mostly millennials.

I mean, I would take my decision (and solicit opinions for the decision) in private, not in public. Basically, I hope you're posting this through some IP anonymising service, because otherwise, you're kind of leaking more information about your BTC holdings than I would consider wise. I use anonymising services to login to bitcointalk.org, and I still don't reveal my BTC holdings (past, present or future) on this forum. Bear in mind that other people might copy your behaviour without taking precautions, you wouldn't want that, would you?
+1 The amount of disclosure of btc holdings on this forum is mind boggling. ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif)

Interesting development. I wonder if the US will change its policy as currently the IRS considers it a commodity. The Chinese have it right in my opinion because classifying it as a property grants the usual civil protections of property:
"If implemented into the statute, the new draft will automatically consider bitcoin and other digital currency holdings as private property, making the owner eligible for legal protection against fraud and theft."

I figured something like this would happen ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) But in truth, we're seeing "ICO exhaustion." The ICO pyramiders got burned in WAVES and learned a somber lesson about pyramiding. Myself, it seems the only way I can play the game is by holding for the long-term. Shoulda done that with NEM.... This. I think at this point it is "ICO exhaustion". WAVES and RISE were the latest losers for lambo dreamers. ICO's glory days are not gone as people will continue to create and some of them will be winners.

The jokers on this thread demanding a high price and constant updates from the developers are hilarious. They actually don't have to tell you anything, did bill gates change the diapers of his investors..no, and if you don't like the price then sell your cheap coins to me. Stay calm and keep buying your favorite cryptos or GTFO.
