221  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC profit taking strategies? on: April 05, 2024, 03:43:35 AM
Anyways, the strategy I'm considering is something like, when BTC crosses $100K CAD, (it's currently at $83K CAD) I plan on selling 0.01 BTC per week. Kind of like DCA but in reverse. Then possibly increasing that amount alongside BTC value, so if it crosses $125K, sell 0.0125 BTC per week, 0.015 per week at $150K, etc.

Since it's impossible to predict exactly what will happen to BTC price over the coming bull market, I'm hoping to get a decent return over the course of the cycle without completely selling all of our BTC. Then when it inevitably flips bearish again, start DCAing back in like we have been up to this point.

What do you guys think? Does that sound like a reasonable strategy? Is there anything else I need to consider?
If you plan selling 0.01 BTC, or a little more, per week, it's going to take forever to sell 1.5 BTC: even if you sell 0.015 per week it means that it would require 100 weeks to sell them all. 100 weeks is pretty much 2 years, by that time we'll probably be in bear market again. Your plan is not bad at all but if you actually want to sell you should do it in a couple of months or little more, not in 2 years.

It depends at what price did he buy the bitcoins? because there is no guarantee that bear season will return in the next 2 years and the price of bitcoin will fall below the price he bought it at or will continue to rise higher in the next 2 years? Have you noticed that since the introduction of the bitcoin ETF, things have become more and more unpredictable and do we still have a 4 year cycle?
Everyone should have their own investment plan and always follow the market, we should limit giving advice to others because things are becoming more unpredictable.
222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are some major institutions investing heavily in bitcoins in 2024 ? on: April 05, 2024, 03:27:44 AM
Based on your question, I know that MicroStrategy, Galaxy Digital Holdings, Marathon Digital Holdings, Tesla, and Coinbase Global are some of the of the top investors in Bitcoin, and they hold a great deal of it. Also, based on my research, blackrock holds about 256,681 BTC as of this month, while microstrategy owns about 214,246 bitcoins as of last month, less than what blackrock's holding.Upon the factors that influence the price of Bitcoin, we all know that whales are one factor that contributes to the price volatility of Bitcoin. So, in the future, it will definitely contribute to the impact of the BTC price.
The amount of investment is increasing, and its value is increasing enough, it is higher.
This makes some institutions that invest in Bitcoin have quite a lot of profits.

Let's see, how Tesla was initially quite serious about Bitcoin, Until now Tesla continues to collect Bitcoin.

Total Bitcoins held: 9,720 BTC and Current investment value (April 5, 2024): $324 million.
Tesla has also sold some of their Bitcoin holdings in 2022 by about 75% with the value of Bitcoin at the time $926 Million.
But now they're starting to re-enter and buy gradually, and Elon Musk says it's going to be held for the long term.
Tesla was not too fair to Bitcoin in the last market cycle and I can say that overall they hurt Bitcoin more than helped because what they did was pure price manipulation. They raised the hope of people, who were eager to see Bitcoin accepted in the mainstream, when they announced that Tesla will be accepting Bitcoin for the purchase of their electric cars, little did we know that they will change their mind so fast. Maybe they thought about the regulatory aspect of it as well as the taxation and decided not to put their business at any form of risk.

Therefore, I am not too comfortable with institution such as Tesla getting involved in Bitcoin because of their antecedents. It will be really hard to believe the words of Elon Musk regarding investment in Bitcoin.

They are business corporations and investors, what do you expect from them? Not only Tesla, but also Blockrock or MicroStrategy...any institution is investing in bitcoin to make profits. If they haven't sold their bitcoins yet, you consider them angels but when they take profits and dump their bitcoins you will soon call them bastards like Tesla. Whatever you consider bitcoin to be, they don't care and for them it is a financial market, a place for them to make profits and earn the profits they need to buy and sell.

Also, you feel uncomfortable with them investing in bitcoin but is there anything you can do to stop them? No, there's nothing you can do. So ignore what they do, adapt to everything and focus on your investment. That's something you and we can do.
223  Economy / Economics / Re: When luxury becomes a necessity. on: April 05, 2024, 03:02:52 AM
I bet that everyone wants to use luxury, branded items, those who say they don't want it are because they don't have enough money to own them. So let's focus on making money and making money, then we will find the rest will be easier instead of having to think too much every time we shop.

I have heard following "money attracts money". Also people judge other by their look. Important to make first impression as good as possible. If you come on an investors meeting with an old Volkswagen Golf, I believe not many will have a desire to talk to you. But if you come with new Porsche, even if it is rented, people will have different approach to you. Not saying that this most important, but having luxury or branded items is one of indicators of success (but a person needs a to have a taste).

That is the truth and we should look at reality to try harder and achieve more in life. We should not stubbornly deny the fact that we do not like luxury items and that they are a waste. When I say this, it will probably make many people unhappy and offended, but only poor people criticize and complain about what others do. As for rich people, they will focus on work, they work hard to earn money to get things that the whole society dreams of.

We should stop judging everything, focus on making money to improve our lives, luxury items, delicious food, beautiful wives, big houses...are things that everyone needs and wants to have. Let's not deceive ourselves and everyone else by saying we don't need those things.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 04, 2024, 05:15:30 PM
-snip
What we know now is that based on existing facts, Leverkusen has the opportunity to win three trophies in one season, two of which are very close, namely the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal. Everyone certainly didn't expect them to be able to perform as consistently as they are now, performing beyond expectations where previously many doubted their strength. The key factor is none other than Xabi, the manager who has succeeded in bringing out the full potential of his players.

Towards the end of the season the competition will be even tighter, but Leverkusen will not worry too much, having a 13 point difference with their closest competitor means they can sit comfortably leading the Bundesliga standings. Apart from that, Xabi can also focus more on competing in the European League, where Leverkusen is currently the favorite to advance to the final.

If I'm not mistaken, Leverkusen can confirm themselves as champions this season in the next three matches, and I think they can realize their dream without any significant obstacles. Bayern dominance which has lasted for more than a decade is now approaching collapse, Xabi and his fleet will break it and become the new champions in the Bundesliga.

Bayern Munich is probably not going to give them a big competition because they are concentrating on the Champions League more right now.

So I think that will probably help Leverkusen create a bigger difference in points between them and Bayern Munich. I just hope that they do not make any big mistakes towards the end of the season like Arsenal. Because that is probably the only way for them to lose the Bundesliga title right now.

At the same time, it can sometimes be confusing for them to decide which trophy to give more importance, that can be tricky. You know they have a chance to win three trophies. But if they give one more importance than the other, it can be a problem. First of all, they have to make sure that they win the Bundesliga title because I think that is going to be the most important one.
225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 04, 2024, 04:35:50 PM
Lazio did win the Serie A match against Juventus. But in the Coppa Italia, Juventus got their revenge. This was the first leg though.

The importance of Serie A matches are superior to Coppa Italia and Juventus should really focus on the league to at least secure a place for Champions League next season.
For the moment they won with 2 goals to 0 against Lazio in the first leg of Coppa Italia. We all know that Lazio could return in the second leg and qualify, not because Lazio are good but because juventus is very random and could easily be defeated..
In the other game, Fiorentina are leading with 1 goal vs Atalanta in the first half.

This was the first leg of the semi-final, I thought Fiorentina should have scored a lot more goals in this match. You know, they have missed a lot of easy chances and they definitely should have scored at least two more. That could have given them a bigger advantage going into the second leg. But now this one goal is not going to give them a very big advantage. They will have a hard job winning the second leg or defending the one goal advantage that they have compared to what they could have done if they could score more.

-snip

I personally still believe that Juventus will be able to stay in the top four of the Serie A standings even though indeed, I also realize that Juventus havereally become unpromising to keep getting good results in every match. But yes, because in my view Juventus still has the ability to be able to maintain its position in the topfour, because basically Juventus is not a mediocre team that only gets the luck to be in the top zone of the standings. Therefore, because Juventus is basically a big team that has good quality too, then thus, I believe Juventus will get a Champion League ticket for nextseason. Also, at least Juventus this season still has a chance to get a trophy, and the trophy is the Coppa Italia trophy.

To get out of the top four positions and be in the fifth position, Juventus will have to perform really badly. I think Juventus has the capability of performing well enough to stay in the top four positions.

Yes at this moment it does not look very good. But it is not impossible for them to stay in the top four position. Because you know they have a good point difference with the team that is in the 5th position. But at the same time, it is not going to take too long for them to actually be able to drop points and go to the fifth position if they are not careful enough. I hope Juventus will be able to improve their performance and stay in the top four positions.
226  Economy / Economics / Re: how to survive inflation and economy hardship on: April 04, 2024, 08:05:45 AM
If the economy is bad, and there is inflation, that means that the prices of goods and services are high, yeah? So, when you take, let's say $10 to the market it won't buy what it used to, yeah? So, how do you expect people to cut down on their feeding, when they're not even feeding properly?

This just reminded me of something important in Economics, The Vicious cycle of Poverty. You see, this phenomenon explains a situation whereby a country is poor because they are poor. Bringing it down to the individuals trying to survive inflation/ bad economic situations, the individuals remain poor because they cannot invest in themselves.

If you want to escape economic hardship, there's a solution and the solution isn't cutting down your feeding so you can save, but it is to invest in yourself as a person. Even though to achieve those investments you'd have to cut down your eating, it may be your own little sacrifice. Investing in oneself opens people up to opportunities for wealth-making, and liberates them from what hardships they are facing.
That can be done with time, and you do not need anything else than just time. Imagine a person who has absolutely no way of making money, could you tell that person to get a computer that can sustain photoshop, and learn how to be a graphic designer? They have bigger things to deal, like where the next meal will come from, they can't just sit down and work 8 hours a day on photoshop. I can, well I won't Cheesy But I can, because I have a job and after my job is over I can spend anytime I want on learning something.

So, poor stays poor because they have urgent needs and can't work on themselves, they do not have the time for it or the capital for it neither. This is why it's quite important to get better at things with time.

I agree, for those who do not have a family or do not have family burdens, investing in themselves to improve their own economy will be much simpler. But for people who have families, the first thing they need to think about every time they wake up or at the end of the working day is how to provide enough living needs for their family. They won't even have enough time to think about themselves, let alone spend time and money investing in themselves. It seems easy to say, but when we are in that situation we will understand that doing it is never easy.

Sharing solutions in life means we need to share what we have experienced, not what we have not experienced and just from our thoughts. I see that most people are just speaking their thoughts, there are very few people sharing their real experiences.
227  Economy / Economics / Re: When luxury becomes a necessity. on: April 04, 2024, 07:53:54 AM

Have you bought something that people feel is rather too expensive and that you could have purchased a lower version of it? What was your inexperience like after that?
Just sharing, if I want to buy something/goods in principle, there are 3 things I have to ask, namely:

1. Is this item useful for us?
2. Do we need it or not?
3. Should I buy it now?

If all of that is fulfilled then I will buy it, because buying expensive items if used for work purposes will not be a problem but if I buy items just for prestige then it will be a problem. In essence, don't spend money on consumptive consumption whose goal is happiness, even if you can financially afford it. because excessive self-indulgence will lead to dissatisfaction/unhappiness.

Setting criteria and asking questions before buying an item is essential for us to avoid wasting money in life. But sometimes we are too strict with life, too stingy with ourselves, is that still life? The ultimate goal of our investment and hard work is to have a financially free life and not worry too much about money. So in my opinion, try to work hard and make a lot of money, then you won't need to spend too much time thinking or hesitating when buying anything to serve your life.

I bet that everyone wants to use luxury, branded items, those who say they don't want it are because they don't have enough money to own them. So let's focus on making money and making money, then we will find the rest will be easier instead of having to think too much every time we shop.
228  Economy / Economics / Re: Poor people need solution now on: April 04, 2024, 07:39:27 AM
There are still many countries in the world that are below the poverty line and there are many people in those countries who cannot eat properly. But we should try to come out of poverty without taking poverty as our own. If a poor man thinks that he is financially poor enough and that he can never get out of this place, he will be far behind in getting out of his poverty first. To come out of poverty, one must first work in the right place and plan well with the money a poor person earns through hard work. Whenever he can make a proper plan with money and act according to that plan, he will be seen slowly rising from below the poverty line. If the probability is 1% then 99% should keep trying.
All the countries in the world that are below the poverty line have actually gone to extremes. I am a citizen of Bangladesh in South Asia where poverty has reached extreme levels, where there are people who go without food for 1-2 days. One must try to get out of poverty. How many people can lift themselves out of poverty with a single effort, yes but one in a thousand. People who are poor are not really valued anywhere, even if you want to earn money through hard work to get out of poverty first you will have obstacles because you will not be properly valued for your hard work. I think government intervention is definitely needed to get out of poverty. Of course we have to try ourselves, as well as the government to create morale among poor people to get out from below a poverty line.

Escaping poverty depends on each country and its government, not everyone can escape poverty just by working hard and trying to save. It sounds very simple, but only those who have been in that situation really know how difficult it is. If the government is corrupt, neglects the people, does not establish diplomatic relations, does not cooperate in opening businesses, does not create jobs... then no matter how hard they try, the people will never escape poverty. The government plays an extremely important role in poverty reduction, if the government does not intervene, poverty will never escape.
229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 03, 2024, 07:21:07 PM
Such a bad season for Lazio in both Serie A but also in Coppa Italia where Juventus beat them a quick 2-0 and eliminated them.

~

Previously Lazio managed to beat Juventus in the Serie A match with a score of 1-0 but unfortunately, Lazio failed to beat Juventus again in the Coppa Italia. But even though Lazio lost in this Coppa Italita, at least this is also the first leg match, of course there is still a chance for Lazio to comeback in the second leg later. Although of course, to comeback is a difficult target but yes, if Lazio is still lucky enough then at least Lazio will still be able to do it.

So yes, this 2-0 defeat in the first leg at least still does not eliminate Lazio's chance to qualify for the Coppa Italia final match. But indeed, because considering Juventus who only play in the domestic league and also, Juventus who have failed to compete in the race for the Scudetto then of course, Juventus will also be able to maximize good results in the Coppa Italia of course with the target of getting a trophy in this Coppa Italia.

Lazio did win the Serie A match against Juventus. But in the Coppa Italia, Juventus got their revenge. This was the first leg though.

I actually agree that this loss does not disqualify them from being able to win in the second leg. I am talking about Lazio. I think it is actually very much possible that they actually make a comeback in the second leg.

You know Lazio are going to face Genoa and Verona before and after the match with Juventus in the Coppa Italia.
So I think they can actually give 100% concentration to the match against Juventus because those matches against Genoa and Verona are not going to be that hard for them in my opinion. At least those matches are going to be far easier compared to the match against Juventus. At least that's my opinion.
230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 02, 2024, 07:46:38 PM
Although Bayern Munich failed to win the Bundesliga trophy this season but yes, it does not mean Bayern Munich became indifferent or pessimistic in the Bundesliga. Because of course, as a team that has dominated for many years in the Bundesliga, then of course there is still prestige for Bayern Munich and thus then Bayern Munich will make effort to finish in second place. It doesn't matter that Bayern Munich lost very embarrassingly at home because Bayern Munich lost against Dortmund and even Bayern Munich couldn't score a goal. But after all, the most important thing is that Bayern Munich can maintain its position in second place and in this way, at least Bayern Munich is not considered completely bad even though it failed to win the Bundesliga trophy this season because it was still able to finish in second place.
I think Bayern Munich doesn't really care about that, because right now they have to focus on the UCL match because there it is still possible for them to win the title, that's much better than having to prioritize prestige which is very unimportant.
Bayern Munich have given up on chasing Leverkusen at the top of the standings so they don't have any motivation to finish this season just to finish best so they can get a ticket to the UCL and that is very possible for them to get.
Apart from the defeat against Dortmund last weekend, Bayern Munich's quality is slightly better than other Bundesliga teams so it won't be difficult for them to maintain their current position.

Leverkusen is living the dream right now. They are about to win the bundesliga title, they also have a really good chance to win the Europa League title as well. And they will also be playing the DFB-pokal semi finals on tomorrow, of course they also have a good chance to win that as well.

Imagine not being known by a lot of people and not being given any chance bye anyone as well. And suddenly having the chance of winning three trophies in the same season including the bundesliga title and the Europa League title Cool. I hope this does not create too much pressure for them because if they still make mistakes, Bayern Munich can actually make a comeback.  even though it definitely looks really hard because they have created a gap of 13 points and are pretty safe right now. But you never know.
231  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we should prioritize investment over saving on: April 01, 2024, 01:57:08 PM
It is perfectly said and I totally agree with the writer of this article that investment is key if we are to have financial stability because with the rate of inflation on the prices of goods and services money is fast becoming valueless so while you are quitely saving that your money it value on the prices of goods is reducing but if you invest it into one small business no matter how small the business is there will always be return on investment.
In that way  your money is growing rather than reducing
Are you forgetting the fact that investments can fail as well? What if you started a business and it failed and couldn't earn you any money at all? All your money is gone just like that, and since you didn't have any savings and have used all the money on the investment, you are now left with nothing.

This is why, I never recommend prioritizing investment over savings, if one thinks they can afford it, they should do both simultaneously, they should have one wallet or account for savings and another for investment and they shouldn't use their savings for investment purposes so that if they make an investment in the future and it doesn't work out, they would at least have some savings to give them some back up.

This is the mindset of people who are learning how to invest and are starting to make a small profit from their investments. They think they will always win in their investments and that making money is easy and they don't need to save or have a backup plan.

I have a cousin and he is only 23 years old. Before the Covid pandemic happened, he earned a lot of money through business and investment, every day he could earn $200-$300 and it was easy for him. And he started to become arrogant because he believed he was good enough to make money without having to worry about anything. But unfortunately, when COVID happened, his business and investments went bankrupt, and he lost everything. Now, he has to work as a laborer and save every penny to support himself. If he had tried to save a lot of money that day, I believe that his business would not have gone bankrupt and he would not have fallen into the tragic situation he is in now.

Saving is really important, even more important than investing.
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - 2nd Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 01, 2024, 01:45:34 PM
Hamburg have been trying to promote to the Bundesliga for many years but still no result. He got really close in the recent two seasons by playing promotion games but still they can't make it.  Sad

They are fighting for the third position right now and it doesn't look like they will be able to finish in top two once again. If they finish the regular season at the third position their probable opponent is likely to be Mainz or Koln for now in the promotion game. After all these attempts and fails I wouldn't be very confident about them this time as well. By the way I'm really sad to see Schalke in this poor condition. They might even relegate from the 2nd Bundesliga...

Hamburger is not going to get a promotion in my opinion. I actually believe that they will have to fight for a promotion in the next season as well. The difference in points are pretty big right now between them and the team which is in the second position. But their being in the third position at the end of the season is possible. But I would not trust them to actually get promoted.

Schalke is in grave danger. And I agree that it is very sad to see a team like this perform so badly. We always expect good performance from teams who have shown good performance in the past. But that is not the case for Schalke. I actually don't think they will get relegated from the second Bundesliga. But they are also not showing any signs of getting a promotion as well.
233  Economy / Economics / Re: The benefits of risk taking on: April 01, 2024, 01:37:16 PM
Taking risks needs to be part of life, but risk-takers are the people who want more and more. It can be money, power, knowledge, etc. Most of the time, people get themselves adopted into the life they've made. This means they try to live with what they earn and don't plan beyond their ability. Thinking of different things, people get themselves adopted into the life they've made, starting with their dependent family members and fulfilling their needs. Taking risks gives us pleasure when we do it by ourselves, and the suffering doesn't affect our dependents. When our dependents suffer because of the risk taken, it gives us the thought that we shouldn't have taken the risk.
Taking risks are somewhat to be life’s essentials, but we can’t just take risk without looking ahead its consequences if ever. Taking risk should always have a plan, so you can also plan ahead of your back ups if ever you fail in your first attempt. But I believe it’s never a do or die as well, so just take the risk when you feel ready for it, no need to push yourself to its limits.
Yes, taking risks is necessary in life if we want a better future and life. If we want to have what others don't have, we need to step out of our comfort zone and do what others don't dare to do. And you're right, always have a backup plan in every case because we don't always reap rewards when we take risks. There is no success without sacrifice, and no success comes to us if we do not take risks to achieve it. Everything is always proportional to each other and the choice is ours.
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: April 01, 2024, 01:23:49 PM
People love to talk about both players, even those who don't like soccer know both of them, in every part of the world hehe
In my humble opinion, talking only about the 2026 World Cup, the two players could participate, but not playing all the time and perhaps not even as starters
They could be the player with the most experience, to give morale to the team, to help the new players, to come on in the second half or play a few minutes, take free-kicks, penalties etc
And I've seen several teams that have used this tactic
That's my bet for both of them to go to the '26 World Cup
If Messi and Ronaldo both play for their national teams in next World Cup then honestly I wouldn't expect any of them to be on the bench. Because we are talking about the bests of our generation.  Roll Eyes
These players have even become legends before they retire. I don't think they would like the idea of waiting on the bench and hoping their team to win the matches. However it isn't even certain if both of these players will be in the World Cup.
I doubt Ronaldo more because of his age now. He is still enjoying his game in Saudi Arabia now but maybe in the near future he would announce his retirement who knows.

I also think the same as you, personally I have always seen that things with these players are always very controversial, with the case of CR7, he is a player who will always be the best in everything, but in Qatar the friend and coach He did not want to put him in the game, something that caused a lot of indignation in Portugal, until now the Portuguese has not forgiven the coach for that, now he is currently in the team and is doing a very good job, although there are one or another player who criticizes him a lot And that can bring internal problems, especially Cancelo because he is a player who has basically given some statements that were not well received, apart from Messi and Argentina, things have gone much better, because Messi is a fundamental piece for the team, so Given these things, we are people who will always take for granted that he will have no problems being in the World Cup. The thing about CR7 despite his great performance is still debatable, many think that because of his age he will not perform, but I have see this does not affect him, his training regime is very strong and sometimes he has more speed than a 20-year-old player.

I think the biggest reason why Portugal will probably have to play Cristiano Ronaldo is because they have not found a good replacement. If they actually had found a good replacement, there was no reason for them to play an old player like him in the main squad. And just because he is old does not mean he's obsolete. Even at this age, he is scoring a lot of goals without much trouble. I mean he might not start a few matches. But he is not going to be a regular bench warmer.

I am actually not sure about Lionel Messi. Will he be even interested to give his 100% in the next World Cup?
I don't know. But I believe if Messi actually wants to play the World Cup, he is going to give his 100%. And he is definitely not going to be on the bench too much of the time. After all, he was the hero for Argentina in the last World Cup.

But I guess we all know that these two do not have as much of an impact on the whole world as they had previously. So it is probably going to be Argentina versus Portugal even if it happens, it is not just going to be Messi versus Ronaldo.
235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Profiting from BTC: just luck? on: April 01, 2024, 08:36:48 AM
Profiting from bitcoin at this point is an obvious choice, and a rational one at that. We have over a decade of data to reference from with our decisions as to whether to put in some money in bitcoin or not. We also know how the market works, and with all these information combined, we are somewhat not blind with the possible scenarios when we invest in bitcoin.

I'd probably hold bitcoin for a long time, or until I'm not capable of holding it. It just brings a lot of financial gains to those who hold it and believe in it at this point that I think luck doesn't really affect it anymore.
When investing in bitcoin, knowledge and experience are the two biggest factors that bring us to success, but we should not deny the role of luck. If during your investment process, you do not encounter any impacts from the external environment such as emergencies, accidents, urgent need of money...I bet that no matter how talented you are, you cannot calculate the unexpected things in life. So, if you are not experiencing any of the problems I just mentioned then you are clearly lucky.

Luck is always present in our lives but it is invisible and many people do not believe in it but think that they are successful because they are talented. But if you have a great plan, you are smart, talented but you encounter failure in life, I bet you will blame your fate, you will never believe that you are incompetent. Life is interesting, when people succeed, they always admit they are talented, but when they fail, they always blame unfair fate.
236  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the current bitcoin bull run confirmed now ? on: April 01, 2024, 07:54:41 AM
Aren't you asking this question a bit late already?

Anyway, I think we're already in the middle of the bull run. You've mentioned that the price has almost doubled just in a few months. Moreover, it's only been 3 months since the year began but the price has already increased almost 70%. On this day 1 year ago, the price was just around $27,000. You don't dismiss that growth as normal. This is the bull run.

But there will be more because I believe the effect of the halving is yet to be priced in.

I agree that bitcoin is up quite a bit compared to last year, but based on history, the biggest bull season usually comes only after the halving. Therefore, it is not surprising that some people wonder whether we have entered a period of price increases or not. There is nothing wrong when we say that the bull season has started because bitcoin has a new ATH, but in my opinion, everything is just starting because the halving has not happened yet and many altcoins are yet to have crazy growth. In my opinion, we are just in the pre-bullish phase and have not completely entered the bullish season as everyone expected.

Manchester City dominated this match it is true. Manchester City players have 73% ball possession. But they are not able to attack much. Arsenal's defense has been one of the strongest defenses in the Premier League this season. City should have gone all attacking from the first half if they wanted to score against Arsenal. I would say there was something wrong with Guardiola's match tactics. And this is why Manchester City have shared the points in two consecutive important matches.
That's dope bor. I was just wondering how beautiful Arsenal have played the match, especially from the defensive point of view. They are just putting up a high press on Manchester City players to get the ball back. It is true that Manchester city is just dominating the game with possession and a lot of attempts, but the Arsenal defense is just quite Manchester city have played so well to create a lot of chances to score, but the Arsenal defense just did amazing. They did 24 clearances. Everyone have expected that Manchester city would be the winner today, but Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta has done his job rightly. Besides that Arsenal have one of the best defenses this season; they just conceded 24 goals in the whole league competition. So it clearly indicates that Mikel Arteta has one of the best defensive tactics this season.

This result from Arteta and Arsenal is quite impressive. Manchester City had a huuuuge amount of possession against Arsenal tonight but possession does not win you matches but it is rather the goals which wins you the match. I must say, Arsenal’s defense did an excellent job tonight.

Manchester City had 12 shots with only 1 shot being on target. That just shows how much pressure Arsenal defenders put on Manchester City’s attack. They could not even shoot properly. Arsenal had more On target shots despite having less possession. I am starting to think that Arsenal might actually beat Bayern Munich in the upcoming Uefa Champions League Quarter Final playoff. This year’s Quarter Finals are really good matchups.

With this draw, Liverpool went ahead in the title race. Things would have been really good for the team which would have managed to win the match today.

Why Manchester United need to change their striker again? Hojlund already filled this position, the problem arise if he's injured, Manchester United don't have any good player that can replace him. Zirkzee might join Manchester United sooner or later, as long as Ten Hag is still the manager because this manager always want to sign Netherlands players.
Probably Bologna will demand at least 50 Million Euros to Manchester United, but I think it could be 60-70 Million Euros considering he's still young.

Hojlund performance is still unstable and still cannot be used as a benchmark that he can boost Manchester United current attack line . In the previous few matches he did play very well where he always scored goals in the matches he did its just that when he was playing positively he actually got an injury problem that made him currently have to re-adapt to his game problems.

At the moment if it is possible i don't think its a problem to bring in a new striker but if they really want to look at other situations it seems like instead of for attacking problems they should also try to prioritize bringing in the defense because the current players arent really able to be optimal and bring in some players last season like Amrabat in the end it was just a waste of money and should be taken into consideration now when looking for players then they must really see whether the player fits or not with their style of play so as not to waste their money but the players brought in cannot contribute well.

Anthony Martial wants to stay at Manchester United until the summer and is not interested in a move away from Old Trafford this month.
Martial has rejected interest from Marseille, Fenerbahce and the Saudi Arabian Premier League and intends to stay and fight for his place in Erik ten Hag's team.

Martial is one of those futures who haven’t shined yet. He has got enough chances with Manchester United in the previous seasons but I feel like he needs more playing time. He is still a young player who has potential.

@Velvet78, so I agree with you, he needs to join a club where he can get more game time. But if his performance was up to the mark, I don't think he would have had to battle for the starting position in the first place. Højlund is better than current Martial and I don’t think anyone can argue about that.

Martial should join a club where he can get chances even if his performances are not up to the mark. Manchester United is too big of a club to keep giving him chances. But I think there would be many clubs who would be willing to take him on loan or sign him.

It was a tough day for Bangladeshi bowlers. Their bowlers looked quite ordinary, giving away TOO many runs. Even with Shakib's presence, there was little improvement. Some Sri Lankan batters got lucky breaks as Bangladesh struggled in the field. Sri Lanka made history by posting their highest total in the second Test against Bangladesh!
Bangladesh responded with aggression but lost their opener. Will the hosts be able to match Sri Lanka's score tomorrow that's the concern.
End of day 2, Bangladesh trail by 476 runs and they have lost the important wicket of Joy. Sri Lankans batsmen have done there job and now it's an easy job for there bowlers. In first innings, almost all batting lineup improved there batting stats while Bangladesh bowlers kept struggling to get wickets. The pitch is spinner friendly but Bangladeshi bowlers failed to take advantage of this pitch. I don't think Bangladesh has a chance of winning this game.

I don't expect any good batting from Bangladeshi batsmen in Test format. Because I have seen Bangladeshi batsmen batting well in Test format in very few matches. But I expected to see good bowling from the Bangladeshi bowlers. Because Bangladesh is always strong at their home ground and their bowlers bowl well. However, we are not seeing good bowling from the Bangladeshi bowlers in the Test match against Sri Lanka. The performance of Bangladeshi bowlers was poor in the first test match as well, and as usual Bangladeshi bowlers are not doing well in the second match.

At the end of the second day, Bangladesh collected 55 runs with the loss of one wicket. The match is likely to be a draw if the Bangladeshi batsmen are able to perform well on the third day. But personally I think its very unlikely. My guess is that Bangladesh will face a batting disaster early next day, and will lose all wickets to score 250-300 runs. Like the first match, the Bangladesh team will be defeated by a big margin in the second test match as well.

[...] I chose a reliable (I hope haha) solution and bet on City double chance. So far City have dominated possession but the game is relatively calm.

Man City so far has dominated possession of the ball for almost half time and the game has been relatively calm, but Arsenal have been braver in taking shots. Arsenal's Expected Goal was also better even though Man City dominated possession of the ball.

Manchester City and Arsenal's games are both high quality and quite entertaining. This is a big team match.
My safe bet is a draw. Don't dare to choose any of them.
Yes, despite City's dominance in terms of possession after the first half, we can sum it up: Ake had one chance against Jesus' two chances. But the score is still 0-0 and although I see from the live quotes that the draw quotes are growing, it seems too early to think that this is a priority option for the development of events, I don’t think that a draw will suit both teams (especially City) given that Liverpool won their game. I don’t know if City will be able to sharpen the game since Arsenal defends very confidently, but one goal is enough for the balance to be broken and if City scores first, then Arsenal will be forced to change tactics.
Arsenal have changed tactics in the second half, and they are attacking. They are making good chances for themselves but they have not just gotten the right one. The game is getting more tensed, and both teams are becoming aggressive.
I am not seeing what Foden and Haaland is doing, they are on close mark, but let's see if one of them will be able to manipulate his way out to find the back of the net. The first change will be made in sine couple of minutes. This match looks like they are fighting for qualification, but it is not. I admire both teams passion in this game.

I expected a better performance from Manchester City. Although I did not bet on this match. Still I expected City to play well. Because Manchester City lost the away match by 1-0. I thought City would avenge the previous defeat in the home match.

Manchester City is not playing well. We don't see such a strong attack from the City players. City players managed to make only 6 shots in 65 minutes. On the other hand, Arsenal players made 4 shots. Arsenal are playing defensive tactics today and Arsenal's aim is probably to get 1 point from the match. Manchester City could not win the match against Liverpool. And City probably won't win today's match either. A goalless draw is most likely. Arsenal's strong defense is very difficult to break down.
