yes, i've been try to invest to an ICO just once, because we just try if my coin will rise up so we try it and when the ICO's done i just get 10% i think then i never invest again.

yes it is safe to participate or to join some ICO's and it's so many ICO's that coming, but sometime's you need to be careful, because not all are legit when you participate, sometimes it's a scam.

yes I do store bitcoin in to my wallet on computer, because it's more secure than the other wallet's in a site and sometimes in site you even don't know if this is legit or not.
