221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance is Becoming a Crypto Monopoly on: April 24, 2019, 03:39:13 AM
It's quite dangerous for a centralized exchange to monopolize crypto, from owning bandges to bullets; they want everything to come in contact with their ecosystem before crypto's actually see true success. But, Binance's recent movements is having the inverse effect, they are becoming a truly a dangerous threat to crypto entirely, this is in my opinion and sentiments.

Imagine Binance dictating which cryptos see success and which others fail, that's the direction we're headed in, or how they want us to perceive what Binance actually means. They've done a lot of good for crypto as a whole since they were founded, but CZ is trying to expand and monopolize everything, for: power, money and what's probably most important to him, his fame.

I suggest the community start being critical about these power-house exchanges, especially Bianance since they are the largest by a mile (discounting all fake-exchanges). IEOs are a small indicator towards the centralization of power, giving the big guys the authority to dictate which coins you should be investing in. Crypto was not founded by someone telling you which coins you should invest or not invest in, it's always been a cycle of growth and maturing.

There are ultimately many repercussions that will be seen, for what's occurring right now. They will not been seen in the short-term, but will have lasting implications for crypto as a whole.

Binance is beginning to look a lot like MT. Gox, but for a whole new era.

Yeah I agree with you, too much hype on binance and its very overpowered in the crypto industry because of CZ fame and marketing skills. But what I like in this case is that fake/scam projects are eliminated. But Binance is not really overpowering the crypto, there are too many projects with revolutionize technology that are very quiet developing their product.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All about bounty payments and its effect to the project on: April 23, 2019, 01:56:18 PM
I was once an investor had few gains to some ICO/crowdsale but made many losses so I decided to stop participating in ICO instead I do bounties and buy it thru exchanges from bounty hunters dumping it.

I know for a fact that most of you know this situation and are guilty of it,  price tends to tank due to bounty hunters selling their share of tokens for cheap. I think its better to pay hunters in eth or other alts rather than risking the price of their token or coin in that way they could also help their investors and boost confidence to their future and their project. Well for me a falling price is a mark of a failing project "ICO's"
Yes we had the same strategy right now. In 2017, I'm actively participating in ICOs for all my funds but when the fall of ICOs and bear market arrives I decided to join bounty campaigns and wait for the token to get listed on centralized exchanges and much better in decentralized exchanges like forkdelta because hunters are selling it very cheap.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: April 23, 2019, 01:57:13 AM
Yup same thinking here, thats why I ask myself why people keep on dumping their token/coin after they hit the exchanges? Even though the project have a lot of potential in the long run and their product can bring more peoples attention because of its use-cases. Hopefully people will not sell their altcoins before the main product is developed.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do to recover your losses? on: April 22, 2019, 01:49:11 AM
You have a long list of altcoin portfolio that have tanked down by 90% since you participated in the ICO.  What was $5000 is now worth $500.  You are at a loss of $4000 and there happen to be an upcoming token sale that is pretty hyped.

You are in desperate need to recover your losses and you plan to invest in that hyped token sale in hope that you can earn 5-10x.  Would you:

1. Pump fresh fiat out of your pocket into the token sale or
2. Trade off the the altcoins you have for BTC/ETH and invest into that hyped token sale.

Share your thoughts.
Dont get greedy in investing in altcoins. First, invest what you are afraid to lose. Your first altcoins that tanked down to 90%, are they still developing? Still active team trying to pull that off? If not, then sell all your holdings and go for other altcoins. And I dont like the idea in investing in hyped token sale, that is very risky.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW SHOULD A BOUNTY BE........ on: April 21, 2019, 11:23:07 AM
I think most of the people and also the ICO believe that bounty is main reason for the dump of the coin. It is true in either way but most of the participants are scammers. They make multiple accounts acquire most of the reward and when the coin is listed on exchange they dump it. Most of the content have only views (PAID) and no public interaction but then also then they are getting huge rewards and aquire the reward of true bounty hunter.
FOR ME THE ICO SHOULD HAVE THESE CONDITION :
1) KYC
2) content should be checked nicely.
3) Facebook and Twitter accounts should be checked if they have real people or not.

These things will reward only the one who should get rewarded. I think fraud will be very less by applying these things.

THOUGHT - Only scammer and fraud people dump their coins but True bounty hunters support the project by HODLING as they know how much it takes to give a good content.
Yes, most project always blame the bounty hunters for dumping their token/coin that's why most of them required vesting/locked period to avoid dumping but your thoughts and mine are the same. I never dump a token/coin below ICO price when I really believe in the project that they can make it successful in the long run.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep the HYPE alive on: April 21, 2019, 06:32:47 AM
Sad to say this but most projects are only built on hype, thats why some projects succeed because of hype and I think this is not healthy for the community. If this scenario will to continue, the true project which have disruptive technology and no hype are hard to succeed.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Vs Trading on: April 21, 2019, 03:12:22 AM
Agreed most bounty hunters quit their job and some switch to trading and some quit crypto. Most bounties are not profitable really and some of them reduce bounty allocation once it reaches its hardcap/softcap. Most projects not really respect the works of bounty hunters, hope this projects know that bounty hunters are one of the core in marketing their project.
228  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Yobit sig camp? Legit or not? on: April 20, 2019, 12:46:29 PM
And while doing the task, keep reminds to help and give information on this forum
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do your research before investing in ICOs on: April 20, 2019, 07:46:53 AM
As the FCA says, you should fully research any ICO before handing over your money. “You should only invest in an ICO project if you are an experienced investor, confident in the quality of the ICO project itself,” a spokesman says. Alternatively, consider investing or trading with a regulated provider.
This is the common thing to do in investing in different markets. Deeply research the project, the team and their past backgrounds. Always the most promising and quality projects will win but how do we know that the project you are choosing is the right pick? I must say that the team is the most important thing in this matter.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bear market,a blessing in disguise on: April 20, 2019, 02:54:50 AM
Before now, crypto sphere is full of many people whose interest is getting rich overnight and not crypto and blockchain tech, but the present bear market is exposing and already showing them a way out,I guess that is good for us because with their exit, crypto sphere can be restructure.I can't wait to have everyone working together for the interest of crypto and blockchain tech,it is going to happened soon.
You hit the title spot on. Bear market is an advantage for us if you will ask me. I can buy coins that I like in a low price compared to the price when the market is full of bulls. And the best thing about this industry is that the technology is keeps on evolving and developing despite of the market.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shopping using crypto? on: April 19, 2019, 02:44:14 PM
Awesome stuff, that's my dream to use crypto in malls whatever I want to buy. But this kind of project is very common nowadays, I've seen so many projects did the same stuff like this. However if they can attract giant retail companies for partnership then this project will become massive.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange is legit. on: April 19, 2019, 03:02:26 AM
I don't have experience with hotbit.io but the daily volume looks good with that exchange.

Daily volume is $92M.

I don't also know that they already have their own token. The pair for HTB are altcoins that I'm not very familiar with.

https://www.hotbit.io/exchange?symbol=ETH_BTC
I am using hotbit exchange because some of other bounty tokens listed on that exchange first. I like their exchange, their GUI is user-friendly and their support is very active as well. But I really dont know they have their own native token and its use cases.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we close that chapter now and move on? on: April 18, 2019, 02:36:03 PM
Those people who keeps on telling that bitcoin/cryptocurrency will gonna die or a bubble probably don't really did their due diligence in this technology. Or they are very desperate to spread FUDs on the community to bring the price down and they will buy a huge chunk in a lower price.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long does it take to become a pro on: April 18, 2019, 12:02:13 PM
I am really interested in this question. And you might be surprised, but I came here not only for money, but on the first place I put the feeling that I can do something important. Cryptocurrency world is not a teaching, medicine or life guard area, but i am a strong believer that every person should do something important for him, his family and friends and for other people as well. So I am thinking of becoming some kind of cryptocurrency consultant or something like that. But I understand that in order to achieve this goal I need to have a perfect portfolio and to become a highly qualified professional myself. I am ready to hard work for years, but i want to know how much time will I need? One year is not enough but what about three or four years? Will it be enough? What do you think? Thank you very much and good luck with your business.
That timeframe depends on the people, if he really are eager to learn about this industry then I think 6months to 1 year he can be a good consultant. You can start small to build your portfolio. Just like me I started on doing bounties then I tried to become a community manager then CEO likes my attitude towards work and he promotes me as his advisor/consultant.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto A Way To become Rich / Millionaire ? on: April 17, 2019, 12:43:57 PM
Today Want to  Ask , did Satoshi Created bitcoin to solve poverty  issues or he created this bitcoin so solve financial transaction problems !!
Is crypto  a get rich quick scheme as people are putting their  mindset into  it  ?
Satoshi created bitcoin for transparency and decentralization. And I'm not gonna deny it, I enter into crypto knowing that this will make me rich. But not really make you rich if you have done nothing. If you want to be a millionaire in this industry you must learn the in-demands job in here like blockchain developer.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its now official: Kraken is delisting BSV on: April 17, 2019, 08:48:28 AM
Yup, the news keep on spreading. Hopefully after this month that shitcoin totally dies and delisted on all of exchanges. The community also wishes to delist BSV because they know that is a shitcoin that copies what bitcoin can do. BSV investors are eager to dump their BSV portfolios and cut their losses.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SV gets delisted from Binance and Shapeshift! Kraken might follow. on: April 17, 2019, 04:14:14 AM
Recently we reported about the #WeAreAllHodlonaut movement in crypto Twitter.

It was caused by Craig Wright, Calvin Ayre (the BSV camp) and a Twitter figure who started the LNTrustChain movement with a nickname @hodlonaut.
The BSV camp was threatening hodlonaut of suing him but failed to reach out to him due to his anonymous internet personality. The whole crypto Twitter got up to their feet and showed support for Hodlonaut by changing their profile pictures and nicknames to his. But it all went down when Craig Wright's lawyers sent legal documents to Peter McCormack, who stepped in the battle and claimed that he is the person behind @Hodlonaut's Twitter profile. Later, CZ from Binance threatened the BCV camp of delisting their coin, if they will continue this “nonsense”. Now it has played out to reality and Binance among with other high profile exchanges are delisting Bitcoin SV.

To read more about this nonsense, visit our latest article: https://bestcoininvestments.com/bitcoin-sv-gets-delisted-from-binance-and-shapeshift-kraken-might-follow/

What is your opinion? Does this show centralization within crypto companies or the opposite?
Not really centralization but BSV is just a copycat of bitcoin and craig wraight claiming that he is Satoshi Nakamoto is quite annoying to the whole crypto community. I support the decision of CZ in this matter and hopefully most of exchanges follow this.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Concerning the future of bounty programs on: April 16, 2019, 09:29:35 AM
We cant change the fact that bounty hunters are suffering in this ICOs cancellations/failures, this is all because of the scams and frauds project that have become successful in the era of ICOs. But not all project conduct their bounty campaigns because they want to sell out on ICO. There are some bounty campaigns that are already listed on exchange that wants more exposure and marketing in the community.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What people do to make their altcoins popular? on: April 16, 2019, 02:43:33 AM
Not really a good way if you want to make your coin/token popular. The best thing to do to make your altcoin popular are bounty campaigns which you get the help of the community, in that way you can have as many as promoter around the world. And another thing would be costly but the effect would be great, hire a famous youtuber to promote your project.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will ICO's do with those unsold tokens? on: April 15, 2019, 01:13:39 PM
I have seen many ICO's selling tokens for cryptocurrencies. What will they do with those unsold tokens at the end of their ICO? Some say they will burn it so no one can use it. Are they burning it or is it really the good to burn those unsold tokens?
Yes mostly projects burn the unsold tokens but thats not happen all the time. Its good if they burn the unsold tokens because it will decrease the total supply of the coin directly increasing in price. But some other projects choose not to burn those unsold tokens rather use it for developments and emergency purposes.
