There are never ending attempts to spread FUD and trolling in the last months. The latest, and not so greatest attempt started today after a reply post by Jani in one of the slack channels.
Several months ago Slack general channel was under a lot of trolls attack and it was impossible to have a normal conversation. One of the users opened a private channel named 'trollfreezone' and invited members that were considered as non trolls in order for us to be able to have a healthy discussion and debate about Iconomi without being spammed by the trolls. Since then the group had increased in numbers, mostly by invitation from other slack members.
Jani, or anyone else from the team, had never posted any insider info or any type of "you heard it here first" updates.
As for today's FUD:
Jani replied to a question asked on that channel in regards to BTC that were moved from ICO address. His reply was:
"We manage assets properly. But as we don't comment on every git commit we don't comment on every asset transfer. However, they are in our hands. Where else would we send 1900 btc?"
30 minutes later the sock puppet newbie account, aka thetruthisoutthere, start posting about these 1900 BTC and other insider info BS.
Of course there is no such member in that slack channel, and of course he is a fake (and not very smart) account created 2-3 weeks ago.

As for my personal opinion about moving those 1900 BTC - I think they need to be able to invest in ICOs without the community knowing when and how much as long as the ICO is active.
They probably also need some BTC on exchanges in order to execute ICNX buy orders.
And yes, they definitely should not answer or comment on internal moves like that.

I want to ask if the team will also be burning their own ICN tokens, because if they keep buying and buying tokens on the exchange this is going to lead to centralization of the tokens on the hands of developers leaving investors nothing to actually hold on to, what they promised was dividends before the ICO and now change of tone that they wont be paying dividends again
How a buy/burn profit distribution is going to lead to centralization of the tokens they have? Their tokens will be released end of this month, but not all at once. They are vested over 24 months, meaning every month they will get 1/24 of their share. Regardless of that, I don't understand how it is related to their tokens specifically. The total supply will be reduced, it's not that certain tokens will have bigger weight. |

The important concerns were already known by a few people. The inability to convince fanboys of those concerns is not relevant to whether or not they are valid concerns.
Most of my recent posts have just been arguing about whether or not I'm a troll, and other useless stuff anyway - because people like Daparski would rather reduce the discussion to childish bickering.
Whether or not you are a troll is not useless stuff - it is important for understanding the reasons behind your continued posting. I really don't understand the reasons, as you have no significant investment in ICN. Fair enough. I'm not a troll. I could just leave this project alone, of course, as I no longer stand to lose anything. But... I post because I followed this from the start, and the way this is progressing is of interest to me now. I sold because I had too many bad feelings about the way things have been going. That was a financial decision. I suppose you could call it "following the drama". It entertains me to watch this unfold, as somebody who bought at the ICO, and found this project interesting. If I'd just found out about Iconomi a few weeks ago, I wouldn't be so interested. I would probably just see the problems, and move on. I like the debate, thinking things through, seeing how people will blindly defend certain things, seeing the silly arguments some people make, seeing the good arguments, etc. etc. It's like a fun learning experience, and a good place to exercise my own critical thinking skills. As a bit of a comparison: I don't hold any ETH right now, but I still like to follow Ethereum in general, and see how it progresses. I don't post about Ethereum though, because I understand less about it, and there are already a lot of voices in that space. But my interest is not tied to any holdings, you see? And the other reason is that I want Iconomi to succeed, so that I can eventually use the platform. This should be of interest to everybody, but the key difference is that I think the team's current attitude might hinder that success. Daparski thinks this is not a real reason. He is wrong. However, I admit that I won't be at a loss if the platform DOESN'T succeed. But that doesn't make it a false reason. Hope this makes sense to you, and my other haters. TheTruthIsOutThere makes far more interesting posts than a lot of people, yet is constantly censored.

If you have funds on the ICO site what is best to do now??
Is there a working investment console ready and functioning so that I can move my icn there and benefit from their ico investments made on my behalf yet or still best to leave it on the ico site?
What about the investments icn already made like golem etc? did you have to have the icn in your wallets to benefit from these gains or were the calculated and added to the ico funds already there?
we are yet to hear from the team about their ico investments after golem, santiment. It's been almost two months since their last blog post about their santiment investment. I am not sure whether they haven't invested in any of the recent icos such as wetrust, cosmos, matchpool etc. or they invested but yet to publish the news about their investments. Either way, the communication has to be better. They should be a dashboard on ICN homepage indicating the Net Asset Value (NAV) of all holdings. This is quite ridiculous. So they have our funds and we have no idea what is being bought sold nothing? Did they claim on byteball with the ico funds I hope so since that would be a big chunk of free returns for us all. Is this correct. I was under the impression this would all be 100% transparent? He also tries to build a constructive criticism and to help the project (and his investment) in various ways. Basically not just finger point at what's wrong, but suggest alternatives and actively trying to improve things. Far better than being constantly concerned, wouldn't you agree?
