It's 2021, of course it's different when people buy Pizza with Bitcoin. And there's no way we can compare Pizza to Tesla cars. Except nowadays people buy Tesla with Dogecoin which prices are still low. If you buy a Tesla car right now with Dogecoin then you need 400k Dogecoin ($119.368).
