221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Elon Musk buys Twitter on: April 30, 2022, 10:37:16 PM
For sure Dogecoin now has a place to hype.

Ain't know if this is good or bad news for crypto or Bitcoin itself but it seems the intention of Elon Musk towards this platform is good.
But I tend to agree above, it could be also a misuse that could benefit him and make a hype of any coins that he wanted to pump.

Whatever the hidden agenda why Elon Musk bought this platform, let's hope that's good and based on his proposal, and here's what he says he'll do next.
Dogecoin and all his fave meme coins will surely hype these days as Elon has regained his power to maximize his influence on blockchain and cryptocurrency. If this will also mean increasing bitcoin's value and so the rest of altcoins, i think buying Twitter has certainly brought good effects on crypto. But as you've said, there must be a hidden agenda behind all of his obsession on Twitter, but as long as its for the improvement of Twitter and its free speech and rights of users, then i'm into it.
indeed that twitter being for Elon Musk will help crypto market but the problem is how will he use this platform towards crypto community? will he be for the best? or will be be for interest?
we knew how Elon act these years towards crypto and we must admit that he had the influence meaning what ever statement he release there is always an effect for the market so what about now? that he has one of the most used and popular social media for crypto space?

We will see his plan in the coming months but we all know Elon made a lot of money from Dogecoin and its possible that he will use Twitter as his playground to hype coins that he is holding, I'm ok with him promoting Cryptocurrency as it will benefit the whole community, but only coins with proven potential and serious development, there are a lot of good coins in the Crypto space with a good concept but having a hard time get the attention they needed.
Maybe Twitter with the help of Elon can help these hidden gems.
222  Economy / Gambling / Re: Free games for fun! on: April 30, 2022, 10:22:49 PM
OP has a unique concept its actually a new idea but its nowhere to be possible who knows maybe one developer will take this idea and set up one, but the hardest thing is cooperation because we all know casinos are competing with each other since he is the one who cooked this idea why not make it his mission to create one.

I don't know if we have an existing club for gamblers but for me I don't need a club we already have this community where we help recommend good casinos and fight scammers.
223  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: XCavator - Multiple Red Flags - Plagiarism, Fake Credential, Worrisome Tokenomy on: April 30, 2022, 09:27:26 PM

Thanks for the nice suggestion. The white paper was prepared by an external agency and we will contact them for this surely and get the matter amended.

External agency you mean someone from Fiverr or freelance sites if that freelancer knows his stuff he should have done the right thing and noted or mention the reference, and why you did not notice this error it's too easy to check this simple error if you know what a whitepaper looks like and you are professional in all your details the plagiarism and unprofessional is a big red flag for many projects here, in the first place the community should not be the one to correct your error it should be the whole team if the community corrected it then its already red flag.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hard earned money - Busted in seconds on: April 30, 2022, 09:15:46 PM
It was almost two months hard earned money. Got busted in few minutes. I don't know why I wasn't able to have me within the limits. Just started with a $3 bet, but it went upto $98 and ended with empty wallet. This is completely unlucky, because every bets were placed to roll above 20 which means the winning probability is quite high. Anyhow I wasn't in control and I didn't follow the rule gamble what you can afford to loss. It was a money saved to repay a debt. Now once again the interest needs to be paid so to manage the debt for some more time. Unlucky me  Sad Sad Sad

Two months of earning only to lose in seconds is a very bad experience for gamblers you really to keep the rule of playing what you can afford to lose ay heart, it should be a mantra that you should repeat until it becomes a part of you this will save you from this worst experience

I have a similar experience and it was my one month salary but after that experience, I manage to control my betting urge  even if I am having a lucky session, you need to have a limit and a boundary if you don't want to lose your mind, you really cannot beat the house.
225  Economy / Gambling / Re: 24casino1.bet on: April 30, 2022, 02:38:10 PM
I deposited around £800, no bonus scheme because I am not a fan of wagering, and won £2266 .
I was totally ignorant for not verifying trustpilot or other websites.

What troubles me is that they are able to do this and get away in 2022? Isn't Curacao a regulated country at all ?

PS: Thank you all for the responses, if someone has actual solutions I would love to hear them.

I don't think there are solutions many scam sites are still operating even though they have scammed a lot fo people this is a new casino and there's a possibility that we will read this casino scamming their players.

Better for OP to make the accusation legit by uploading his proofs without it it's still hearsay and a false accusation, I hope OP will listen and do what we are recommending, OP should also think of other people, he may not get the amount but at least he can help stop the casino from scamming more people.
226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Good crypto casino comparison site on: April 30, 2022, 11:01:39 AM
Top Crypto Casino Sites 2022 with Bitstarz on top of the list give us a break your casino directory is a red flag it's obvious that you are reckless and you have not done research on casinos that you are promoting, this is the reason why so many people are scammed and lose interest in supporting and playing in Cryptocasinos because reviewer like you are still promoting scam casinos
227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Horse Racing and Gambling on it should be banned on: April 30, 2022, 04:02:44 AM
I don't think this should be a topic. If you are voicing concern like this, why not start a campaign on your locals and not in a GAMBLING SECTION. Be associated with the animal groups there in your place then start your advocacies.
This is an open forum anything and everything can be brought here as long as it is gambling related

Quote
The gambling industry in horse racing is so vast and you should not just look at the negative effect on it. It's impossible that these horse owners don't really treat their horses with love and care even if that's for business purposes. How can you gamble a big money here if you don't take care of your horses?

I agree with you on this, these horses are picked to run a race because basically horses in their nature are born to run Humans have used these animals in all their travels, we are not killing them to run any horse owner will not do such a thing, it's his investment, as long as the horse is alive his investment is still alive

The advocacy you want to raise here is subjective and calling the horse racing to be banned is not fit to discuss in this forum section.
It's impossible to do that government is making money from taxes and it support hundreds of industries and professions like veterinarian, jockeys and restaurants for their bettors, no way it will be stopped.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥2022 Pandemic Popular Items🔥 on: April 30, 2022, 01:18:23 AM
Also you seem to be promoting some new casino (I presume?) and is this your businessplan or a somewhat finished casino?
Probably, yes. Based on his username and the websites name.

I would suggest to op to update the title of this thread to something professional if you want to introduce your gambling on this forum. Check other casino threads here for reference.

Even a newbie can create a casino related title that can generate interest but with pandemic item and casino, how does one connect that to words in relation to casino or gambling, everything here is newbie stuff the way he presented it through the title the looks and features of the casino, like all the rest it's not easy to understand I'll have to skip this one I'm not a very experimental guy, I let other tests this before checking it out.
229  Economy / Gambling / Re: The most trusted casinos on BTalk on: April 29, 2022, 09:53:10 PM
Thank you everyone who shared valuable information in this topic Smiley
Soon I will launch my website which will be in casinos review niche and I promise to bring exciting new features and hopefully we will build a nice community.

I guess it right, based on your announcement on why you are asking the most trusted casinos on Bitcointalk, launching a review site is profitable but you are up against well-established casino reviewers like BTGOSU and BitcoinCasino rank your review should be on their standard, or if possible better because these reviewers are sought for their objective and balanced review, hopefully, you can keep up with the competition and looking forward to reading some of your reviews.
It's better to start with the trusted casinos of course I recommend making a review on Gamdom.
230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where does your country stand ? on: April 29, 2022, 11:06:10 AM
But  for me personally ? we should not celebrate being one of the country in this list because gambling means losses of the players and not of the owners  , meaning that it is the people will suffer from this.

I'm also glad that my country is not on the top list even if our government is the one running the casinos here, no one wants to see their country on the top list, they do not want to see that their country is the home of many gamblers because as we all know
gambling is a big concern not only for families but also for their respective countries, our country is very much relying upon taxes coming from gambling but our citizens are not going to the point that they are spending thousands of dollars just to gamble.
231  Economy / Gambling / Re: Question for regular casino players. Will you use Lightning if available? on: April 29, 2022, 10:38:37 AM
Will you use the Lightning Network if available? Or will you continue to use whichever altcoin you're currently using?
I often use Bitcoin when I gamble, so if using LN has an advantage for being fast and has cheaper fees then its a good thing for the gamblers who dont like to wait longer and pay a high fees.

It's very convenient for those who deposit and withdraw with Bitcoin, there are always issues when withdrawing because of the delay because of the congestion in the chain, and who would not want to transact with lower fees, I seldom use Bitcoin because the other alternatives are good like Dogecoin, Tron, and BSC but for casinos where the only option is Bitcoin then Lightning network will serve the players better.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get rid of useless tokens on: April 28, 2022, 09:27:06 PM
Is there any way to stop unwanted tokens deposits in my wallet? I have used two different types of crypto wallets and I keep getting tokens I know nothing about, I read that those tokens are scammers trap and moreover I never worked for it.

No way to do that you cannot block tokens that are being sent to your wallet, you can ignore these tokens or get another wallet and leave that wallet, this is another scheme of scammers they sent you their tokens so you can check them out and lure you to check and invest but if you know how to look on a good project you will not fall to this kind of scheme.

Not because there are thousands of holders of these tokens you will trust the scammers will try to make the project looks good by having a huge number of holders, it's very deceptive so you have to dig deep, and based on my observation airdrops that are coming from an unknown source are scam tokens.
233  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How Do I Handle This Coingeek Proposal? on: April 28, 2022, 02:33:10 PM
Hi guys,

I got a proposal from Coingeek to submit a proposal for a freelancing position. Ordinarily, I charge between $15 and $50 for an article. However, with this job, I may have to do more research and I'm wondering if this platform could pay up to $100 -$200/article. What do you suggest I do? How big is this company, considering they're behind BSV?

They are big, considering they are the company behind BSV they offer people to be one of their contributors because they only want to get the best they are not hiring they only propose if this is their means to recruit people then go for your highest value but do not overpriced yourself, they will counter offer and give you additional incentives just to get you to the team.
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Mark Magsayo vs Rey Vargas WBC Featherweight Title (July 9) on: April 28, 2022, 08:57:23 AM
Are the odds already available?

Rey Vargas has a very good record, https://boxrec.com/en/proboxer/542148
35 wins and 22 of that are coming from KO. That was impressive.

Honestly, I don't trust Magsayo completely in this fight as I was a bit disappointed with the way he fight in his previous fight although he won. I don't know this Vargas but if Magsayo will not improve his style, I think he will experience his first defeat.

Magsayo will be in the biggest challenge of his boxing career, yes he won it against Russell but the guy was on a very long layoff and fighting only with one hand, This Vargas is very dangerous his ring generalship is very good and so is his record they are both champions, I like Magsayo to win the match but Vargas will be the heavy favorite here.
Magsayo should better train hard he is in for a very tough fight.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I found a new hidden gem called AltSwitch. Do you think it will go 100x? on: April 28, 2022, 08:38:08 AM
The upcoming unicorn crypto company because of it's insane hardwallet. What do you think about AltSwitch?  Huh

I am just curious that this newbie's very first post is this question rather than introducing himself/herself first in the forum. I bet that the one who managed this newbie's account was employed only for the purpose of shilling that coin or token even without the need of sharing a link. And I have a feeling that this newbie is not here to learn and give value to the community, but rather shilling that coin only. That's just my own crazy opinion of course.

This type of question, oh well, I've encountered similar of these many times. Until now, there are still some newbies and beginners who just simply didn't know that these coins or tokens didn't offer any promises or astronomical guaranteed returns. There's no way that 100x is going to be accurate because we just simply don't know the next move of the market or predict what would happen next.

Same here everytime I checked this section we have newbies here asking if this token is a game-changer or if this token that will kill dogecoin or Bitcoin or is this token the gem that we are looking for if it this true that developers hired these newbies to shill this token the developers don't know how to promote their project properly and they are beginners when it comes to marketing, the project looks good but the developer's way of marketing it makes it look bad.
236  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scamsite adkinsbet.com = lucybit.com ? on: April 28, 2022, 06:17:48 AM
After reading how they interacting with customers, I have only seen doing one sportsbook before interacting like this, and that was the scam project adkinsbet.com
Bitlucy is finding arguments not to pay withdrawals, and is operated by de corrupt DT member Royse777, which only got his DT rank because of his friends on the forum.
I am pretty sure that adkinsbet and bitlucy belongs to the same owner, the patterns are exactly the same - with the final purpose of not paying out customers.

Be warned, do not deposit money to bitlucy!

You are judging base on your feelings and not by facts. You are attacking personally Royse777 and connecting the dots a scam casino to a new one that he manage without basis. I saw how Royse777 still properly replying on your negative comment spam in Bitlucy thread. You should focus on your own business and let other user protect there own money by DYOR on the casino. This is not helping the community at all.

Based on his spam on Bitlucy he thinks and tries to justify that Bitlucy owes him $125 but of course, Bitlucy will not give in if he breaks the rules, there's a possibility that action will trigger the same action from the same users or other participants this action should not be tolerated, casinos should be firm on their judgment on implementation of the rules, the community will support casino who make a good judgement and uphold their rules.
237  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best casino other than Stake . com? on: April 24, 2022, 11:50:50 PM
What is a great 100% trusted Crypto casino other than Stake . com? Why is is good, fast payouts, generous bonuses, no ID needed, etc?

Not because I'm promoting Gamdom but I can vouch how good this gambling casino is, they have over 3 million listed users who have been online for many years fast payouts dedicated support generous bonuses everything you're looking for is all here, there's a lot of good casinos here, the community is not lacking of great casinos to play just check where you are at home to play hopefully you'll find Gamdom to be one.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some projects which can grow bigger in the next few years on: April 24, 2022, 10:30:37 PM
It’s really hard to be an early investor of any project regardless of how good they are. People have barely invested in BTC when it was cheap. So does the ETH and a lot of other cryptocurrency.
Do you think there are few projects existed now which will be 10x-100x in the next few years. Maybe in 2025/26? I'm planning to research on such few projects and invest little sum on them. Let me know if you think any of the prpject will grow such bigger in next 3/4 years.

It's hard to trace these coins although I have a few coins which I think will grow but not to the projected 100 times in just a short period of time the market is very saturated competition is very tough and trends just come and go its hard to be an early bird of these kinds of projects I hanging my hope on BGL, AOG,SOLANA but I'm not expecting a 100 times return.
239  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you advertise your casino? on: April 24, 2022, 09:34:11 PM
Hello guys, I'm new here  Grin

I will launch my first casino in a few months and I was curious how do you advertise it?

My one piece of advice is to contact a reputable bounty manager and launch a signature campaign, much better if the campaign will starts one week after you launch your campaign here two months of a signature campaign is really worth it all the top casino here started a signature campaign a month or earlier after they introduced their casino here.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Delisting of tokens will take place again on: April 24, 2022, 03:36:06 PM
Be prepared.

This is a warning to all of you running after meme coins, even if they get listed on top exchanges it doesn't mean they will survive for long, or have you forgotten that many projects got delisted from exchanges after the ICO craze of 2017? The same thing will happen once a tough bear market starts, so many meme coins won't be able to cope with the situation and many exchanges will be forced to delist the tokens.

Its normal, exchanges will delist tokens that don't reach the required volume but you'll get a notification if they are doing to delist tokens/coins its very risky to have one exchange for the coin you're holding because once delisted there's no way to trade it and its stuck in your portfolio.

Once you invest in one coin be sure to follow its development especially if it's a new coin or a hype type of coin, I've experienced losing money from delisted coins which I failed to follow and I did not get a notification of delisting.
