221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term plan for investment. on: May 17, 2019, 10:31:35 AM
I always believe that bitcoin is good for long term investment especially if you were able to acquire bitcoin in a lower price just like sometime last quarter of 2018. But, long term investment would make your investment stagnant for longer time. So, I suggest to divide your capital, part of it for long term and the rest for short term or day trading.
222  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My luck is very bad for crypto trading 😞 on: May 16, 2019, 10:03:18 AM
This is the reality of cryptocurrency trading, the prices are very unpredictable. So, I think it is better to trade not just coin. For sure, there will be days of losses and days of gains. What is important, as long as your average is gains, no need to worry.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Hits $270: $300 Next? on: May 16, 2019, 05:00:45 AM
We may never know. If bullrun will take its fortune this year, $500 per ETH is a possibility. We're only reaching the end of the second quarter but almost eveeyone here is feeling positive about the situation.

Bitcoin is actually pulling the altcoins up. As long as bitcoin performs nicely, top altcoins will do the the same.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arguments against XRP, the biggest shitcoin. on: May 15, 2019, 04:16:51 PM
I don't completely agree with your comments. If XRP is a shitcoin,  then why XRP is the third largest market capitalization. That's a fact. From the start a lot of crypto enthusiasts are not fan of XRP. Until now, why don't they just leave XRP alone and let the investors decide whether XRP is for real or not. Why some people keep on dragging something that is on top?
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bear market season change to bullrun? on: May 14, 2019, 05:00:40 AM
With the way digital assets holders are feeling right now, this might be the start of the bullish period most of us waiting. A lot of us here are feeling very positive about the market. This is very evident with the volume of digital coins in the market available today in the market.

Some investors are now anticipating a bullrun that will surely bring bring the prices of coins rise very steep just like last 2017.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which stablecoin is the most reliable? on: May 13, 2019, 12:04:00 AM
Actually, stability of digital asset's prices is one of the criteria to go mainstream for these coins. But, as of now no coin meet that criteria because prices are based on speculations.

I think you m8ght be referring stability to "continuous rise" or "sure profit". If you're referring to that, it's BTC.
227  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance hacked. 7000 BTC stolen. on: May 12, 2019, 01:05:31 AM
I like this part of the message: "Exchanges are vast stores of crypto so are natural targets by hackers. Don't ever leave your funds on there. If an exchange like Binance can be hacked, it speaks volumes about the ability of hackers to penetrate other exchanges."

This is just a great message to still promote Binance over other exchanges out there. The security of the exchanges might seems to be one step behind compared to those hackers out there. This might be one of the reasons why some governments so not promote cryptocurrency, for security reasons.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum: Which is the Future Cryptocurrency on: May 11, 2019, 11:47:46 PM
There's no point guys to determine which of them will be the future. What we need to evaluate is the usefulness and functionality of these coins in our current systems. Right now, mainstream adoption is still an issue for the whole cryptocurrency. I'm more concerned on how governments will adopt cryptocurrency as a whole.
229  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I bet it all in bitcoin? on: May 11, 2019, 11:35:48 PM
It's true that bitcoin investment offers less risk than altcoins. Bitcoin, if not guarantee, will most likely increase in value through time. Putting all your investment in bitcoin is a sure profit. However, don't expect much profit because bitcoin price is already high.

Now, some people diversify their investment to have bigger percent profit. Though, these investments offer more risk. So, it's your choice. Be smart enough in your investment.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 icos on: May 07, 2019, 11:23:41 AM
hiii guys...
im mohammad from iran. i want to know how can i find best ico for investment in 2019?Huh

what i must to do?Huh

the electricity price in my country is very cheap but i haven't enough money to set up a mining farm, so i want to invest on icos.
which of 2019 icos is your suggestion???

ICO investments are 50/50 chance of gaining a profit. A lot of ICOs been created every year, but not all of them are bad investment. There were successful ICOs in the past, and a lot of investors gained huge profit. But, we can't deny the fact that majority of the ICOs are meant to fail even from the start of offering.

For a newbie in ICO investment betrer to research deeper on good ICOs. You can start by searching successful ICOs to see how these ICOs had started. Don't just rely on ICO ratings. You need to know as much as information about the ICO before investing.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen to ICO if....... on: May 07, 2019, 09:12:15 AM
Year 2018 had brought a huge impact on the ICO investments. As the price of bitcoin and altcoins came down really hard, the ICO investments almost died. However, as soon as the market recovers this year, ICO investments are back to life again with a good effect as investors become more aware and diligent to choose only great ICOs. Investors nowadays are being more selective and doing their research before investing.
232  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The reason people do not want to invest in crypto on: April 22, 2019, 03:56:48 PM
Some countries consider cryptocurrency as bad money because a lot of criminals and syndicates use cryptocurrency as line of their financial transactions which is untraceable to the authorities. Since cryptocurrency is full of anonymity, this is very good alley for money laundering. These are the reasons why some governments are banning cryptocurrency. Some countries would like to regulate cryptocurrency, however it is opposite to the direction of cryptocurrency which is decentralized.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most promising altcoins according to you on: April 22, 2019, 03:45:13 PM
Ethereum is my bet for the most promising altcoins. It has proven its worth here in cryptocurrency. The good thing about ethereum is the series of upgrades according to its roadmap. Improvements are necessary for every altcoins especially that technology is growing very rapidly. Ethereum is capable of fitting into several transaction
234  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you think this BEAR MARKET will LAST? on: April 22, 2019, 03:35:55 PM
No, the bear market is not yet over. Take note that at least 90% of the price last 2017 have lost since last year. Now, with fundamental increases this second quarter do not necessarily mean that we are entering bull market. Though we can't deny that we badly needed the series of ups for the market to get back to its normal state as well as the confidence od the investors.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the large variety of Altcoins hurting the market? on: April 22, 2019, 03:27:20 PM
A huge number of altcoins, most of them were almost dead coins, has definitely affect the confidence of investors. There were investors in the past who were hit by losses, scams, and frauds. Aside from investment side, the usefulness of the coins is also in question. How realiable these altcoins are. Imagine that even bitcoin hasn't been supported all thoughout the years.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Blockchain replace the SWIFT system used by Banks? on: April 22, 2019, 03:20:34 PM
The technology of blockchain is still young and a lot more to improve. It's just a matter of time to maximize its full capability. Developers are continually doing their jobs to have blockchain fita to the current system.
237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why trading is unhealthy? on: April 22, 2019, 03:11:55 PM
Trading is unhealthy only if the trader feel the losses. Keeping hard feeling of failures is not good for the body. This will surely bring stress that will eventually results to lost of appetite. Trading is accompanied by high risk. High risk most likely brings anxiety especially for those times of continuous downs. Trading is a matter of mind and body preparedness.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment reality on: April 22, 2019, 02:58:10 PM
Those people who were here in cryptocurrency since 2015 are surely not rattled by the bearish year of 2018. They have the patience to stay and the strategy to keep calm. They do know that cryptocurrency investment is a sequence of ups and downs so patience is the key to survive.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Cardano Replace Bitcoin in 10 Years? on: April 22, 2019, 02:46:04 PM
How could Cardano replace Bitcoin when in fact it's having a hard time to stay in Top 10 altcoins. In terms of price, Cardano will have a difficult time to reach $1. The good thing about Cardano is the team and the series of updates listed on their roadmap. The team is always on the updates.
240  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders, what are your views in 2019. on: April 22, 2019, 02:29:15 PM
I am very pleased that in 2019 we will not see sharp jumps in the Bitcoin rate - and I think that this is the best thing that can happen.
We will begin to recover slowly but surely, steadily and in this there are more pluses than minuses.

Great point! Nice and slow recovery is much better than seeing sharp movements that usually frustrates investors and traders if it is a downward fall. As of now, bitcoin had gone over $5,000 which was a good achievement this year.
