221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What does 'Pump and Dump' means in crypto trading ? on: July 14, 2017, 10:27:38 AM
In my own understanding and also according to what I have learned, pump and dump is what they meant for the price of each token in the market rise from the initial spot to the highest limit it would reach, while dumps or dumping is the opposite or below the initial price.
222  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What I desperately need Now on: July 13, 2017, 12:21:48 PM
I don't know if any apps exist, but can't you get trade alerts or something through poloniex or other exchanges?  They have those at brokerages in the stock market.   I'm not really an active trader, so my ignorance shows.

Can't you just watch the market "manually"?  You're aware that bitcoin is in a dip right now,  I assume.  Shitcoins as well.  Might be a good buying opportunity now, no?
Me too,ive never heard one before also. He's right you can just check it manually if you have time, but if your too busy with and doesn't have enough time to look for, just browse some in google maybe you can find one there or while you are checking manually maybe you can encounter some strategies on how to manage it.
223  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Forex vs Cryptomarket on: July 12, 2017, 09:21:53 AM
There's not much difference but what you're saying is basically true. In forex, you will be studying and monitoring those steps taken by countries that may affect the value of their currency. In crypto trading, you will be studying and monitoring the specific crypto. In forex, you will have to watch the global market as well. In crypto, you will closely watch the entire crypto market also.

Here's the big difference: in crypto, you will easily gain a huge profit. In forex, it would be harder. In crypto, alts double, triple, quadruple, etc their value in a short time. In forex, it simply won't happen.
I was once interested also in forex trading, and i never had the courage to try it because i have heard so many issues and also one of my friend told me not to try without saying a word or his reason why even if i ask him why. Just like OP i am also wondering why and how they earn from forex.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: July 12, 2017, 08:06:44 AM
There is no easy way or tricks to win easily in gambling, but if you say its pure luck then maybe it is acceptable. In gambling there should be win or lose, and it is not based on having scripts or tricks on how you play the game, buying scripts online doesn't guarantee your win and even you can't control your losses.
225  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Sell on: July 11, 2017, 12:49:32 PM
For me it depends, by my own opinion if that coin you have invested has a potential to show off on the market then its not bad to hold it for greater profit, for me also as long as you gain profit its still profit as long as you gained. That only depends on how you handle your own investment.
226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: July 11, 2017, 05:30:39 AM
1 out of 30 gambling business get bankrupt doesn't sound realistic maybe 1 in a 100 because many gamblers tend to be careless and greedy wich accounts for their loss and they always come back in the hope of winning their money back and gambling houses have put in certain controls to minimize how much they payout by defining the max stake and anti hedging rules
Maybe those gambling places where there are only slot machines or something, I have seen those close down in my place and it's actually not a people's place because there are only a few people there. Possibly, there are addicted people there trying to make the place alive in some way. I'm also interested in where poplolnman got that statistic.

I see that probably one of the main reasons why a certain casino gets bankrupt is that there are no players on their casino playing. Maybe that is even the reason why they are inviting shark players and even providing good accommodation in order to attract more players.

Most commonly i have noticed since the addition of technology makes simplier and easier for gamblers to play. In my country most people tend to play online rather than going in a casino to play, most of them told me its a lot more convenient and the risk is a bit low, they also had told me its easier to avoid robbery if you wont go to casino rather than playing it online. To answer the OP in gambling you can easily or instantly win or lose money depending on you player.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: True Flip. Blockchain Lottery Bounty Campaign (FB, TW, signature etc) on: July 10, 2017, 11:59:14 AM
Hello d0flaming0

We want you to make high quality posts during the signature campaign for the reason moderators don't delete them.

We are counting only existing the last week posts. If there are less then 5 in different threads (preferable sections are preferable, not must), you don't get the weekly steak.

It is simple rule, if you are afraid of decreasing posts, make more then 5 a week.

Best regards,
TrueFlip.io

Hello out there trueflip.io, i just want to clarify some things regarding the signature campaign. I have noticed that some of my older posts have been deleted resulting that my post count also have decreased. According to your rules there should be 5 posts per week in some preferrable sections in the forum, i just also wonder maybe just because i didn't reach the minimum post count for this week that is why i didn't recieve any stakes for that week. But if you will check each of my recent posts it shows there that i have met the minimum quota for the past week. That is only my issue, hope to hear your response thank you. BTW in the spreadsheet im at number 140 in the list. Best regards.
Thank you for clarifying sir. Its no big deal, we know how much hardwork your putting into this project, as well as I do to meet the quota and to promote your project. Lets keep on working and have a greater future ahead. Cheers to all of us in advance. Thank you again.

229  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you trade at multiple exchanges? on: July 10, 2017, 04:33:33 AM
It's called arbitrage trading.  Here's why all the prices aren't the same:

-There's a "spread" on most exchanges, which is the difference between the buy and sell prices.

-Some exchanges have high fees (e.g. Coinbase)

-Some exchanges are dysfunctional (Bitfinex, BTC-E, Chinese exchanges), and some exchanges are also extremely shady/annoying when you move large amounts (BTC-E, Poloniex and more).

Overall doing arbitrage with several exchanges can get very hard.  There are some minor opportunities with the extreme price fluctuations that go on, but they're gone very fast.  I don't recommend you get involved unless you know what you're doing or you can trade with foreign exchanges (like South Korea).

yes i highly agree with you my friend, but i have never been able to try that kind of method in trading, i am also a bit scared to some risks for example, i am afraid about those tokens i bought when i transfer, it wont reach to the specific destination, coz i have heard one of my friends told me he had lost some tokens after he transfered it.
230  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's the most that you've made or lost in a single trade? on: July 09, 2017, 04:33:24 PM
i also experienced those type of buying like the OP said about hype buying, but it never came to mind about panic selling. I always consider and imagine my self that i would lose money that is why i hold it and just wait until the price will get higher maybe not in a short period of time.
231  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a future? on: July 09, 2017, 09:38:54 AM
i do believe bitcoin has just started or it is only his beginning, future is a little bit farther than expected. as i have notice bitcoin is already slowly adapting to our community, this is also why i believed the future of bitcoin is bigger than we imagine.
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: July 09, 2017, 07:57:35 AM
its up to you wether you like to play with it again or just take it or reserve it incase you will need it. But if you still want to play its your descision to made and your choice to do. I think also most gamblers wants to play their money again hoping also they would win by next turn.
233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: July 08, 2017, 03:21:10 PM
,as i can remember before when i was still playing gambling almost the while time, i have suffered so many losses instead of winnings. What's inside my mind is that after i lost i would regain my losses by the next turn, unluckily i always lose instead of winning. Just because of greediness i suffered so many losing streaks and end up having empty handed.
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has anyone ever tried medicine to control impulsive gambling? on: July 08, 2017, 12:32:54 PM
As for me and just my own opinion, I didn't even heard a drug or an existing drug that could cure gambling addiction. But in the other hand , it is only your own will if you still want to continue gambling or stop it for your own good. We can only suggest some tips or advises but in the end your the only ones making the final descision.
235  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Sell on: July 07, 2017, 05:13:24 PM
its obviously you are going to trade because you want to earn, so why sell when you can't earn some profits? if your already contented to your profit then its up to you to decide wether you will sell or still hold until how much profit you want to gain.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: July 07, 2017, 01:03:07 PM
nah i dont think so, if only when you can predict when or what day you are gonna be lucky on gambling then that will be the time you will play on your lucky day, but it is very impossible. Its only pure luck my friend, you could also play as much as possible as long as  you wont get addicted or it will not be a hindrance to you.
237  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Where can bitcoin be use as a money? on: July 07, 2017, 11:30:50 AM
as of now kaunti pa lang po ang mga merchants na tumatanggap ng BTC ang bayad dito sa ating bansa, pero one thing po is for sure pwede nyo po i convert ang BTC into cash, for example po kagaya sakin, I am currently using coins.ph kasi kung kapain mo yan marami kang makikitang cash out procedures at options in wich you can convert your BTC into fiats.

239  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So I want to get into trading. on: July 06, 2017, 12:08:10 PM
Guessing or predicting the price wont let you earn, even waiting at the right time, it is always better and much advice when i first entered cryptocurrency espescially trading they have told me to buy now and hold and don't wait because we don't or we might not know what will happen next.
240  Local / Pamilihan / Re: DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BITCOIN & COINS PH? on: July 05, 2017, 12:17:01 PM
