221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: TikTok is a new social media source for promoting cryptocurrencies? on: August 12, 2020, 07:17:58 PM
I think that TikTok has nothing with crypto-currencies, people are the ones who use social networks to share their interests, and
we can see crypto-currency enthusiasts everywhere. More people in crypto-currencies, more about them we will see everywhere we
go on the internet. It's a good thing for all of us, it's advertising in some way and that will attract more people.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Calm before the Storm? Post 2020 Bull Run fuelled by new gen tokens? on: August 12, 2020, 06:19:30 PM
Pumping a coin / token is not mean that coin is good project. When a team of a project starts developing slowly, the result of that project is seen in the market. There is no point in looking for old coins and new coins, the real issue is whether those projects are really good or not. When a project has real use, the demand for that coin automatically increases. And when the demand increases, the market price of that coin automatically increases. Now that the coins are being pumped out, not all of these projects are good. Some of those coins have real use. So everyone should trade with a little caution.

ScamViruS people should trade with high level of caution! I think there's many pump and dump coins, with low market cap usually.
The higher the cap is it's harder for pump and dump group to interfere. But they can try to pump and dump any project, it's market
vulnerability, and some exploit that with their huge capital.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never give up on: August 12, 2020, 05:20:01 PM
When join bounty at the moment, you need to look into reality. Never expect bounty to be the same as 2017 because the market has changed now, new projects cannot be successful and they don't have the money to pay for bounty. In this year, if any bounty succeeds, that would be great

Killerfrost you are right, bounties will not be the same as they were, but as I read there are still good bounties, and some of
them paid a good deal of money to their participants. Add that some bounty tokens made a nice rise after trading started,
some bounty hunters are surely satisfied.
Giving up shouldn't be an option! Every mistake can be used for learning how to be better next time. Instead quitting try something
else, try different ways.
224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What makes a good bettor? on: August 11, 2020, 09:13:50 PM
Good bettor has a passion for the sport his bet on. He is watching games, he knows statistics, he knows when the team
is in full condition. I know few people who earn from sport betting and believe they watch games all the time, every game
is followed with interesting discussions. Knowledge they have about sport is huge! In my case it's European soccer mostly,
basketball and tennis, the 3 most followed sports in my country.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The new drama has started in Altcoin on: August 11, 2020, 07:55:54 PM
AS for many days, the crypto market is now in good conduction as compare from the last three to four months. But now a new thing in coming to altcoin, that the prices of all altcoins are fluctuating very badly
and not able to stable in a single position for at least an hour. So, what should we do in this dramatic conduction of altcoin?

I think you got it all wrong! I don't think it's the right term to use it, alt-coins fluctuating very badly, fluctuations are a trader's heaven,
more it happens the more profit he can make. And this is not a drama, maybe in the beginning when you introducing crypto-market for
the first time, but after a while you get used to it, and you find a way to make profit from that!
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: A List Of The Best Altcoin Casinos Of 2020 on: August 11, 2020, 06:22:45 PM
May I ask what criteria you've used on choosing those casinos? I read the reviews it's quite informative however how did you come up with this list? Also I think they there are some casinos out there that's more better than the list which accepts Altcoins on their casino as well.

I wonder the same thing, what criteria did he used when he was making this list? And this list is short, there are many other casinos,
who have active ANN topics here, then the ones on OP's list!
What others are writing is true! These casinos are not popular here on forum, I don't see them often, and some of them I never
saw here, or anyone discusses them.
OP should make more effort to make his site more attractive for Bitcointalk members!
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bitcoin and Altcoins bullish together on: August 11, 2020, 11:12:51 AM
but the fact that happens when bitcoin rises, altcoins also follow I believe in this but for me only good coins can keep up with bitcoin's rise

I agree with you Masyudhi, alt-coins moves with Bitcoin, in both directions. Alt-coins follow Bitcoin rise, and they drop when
Bitcoin drops. It's a proven fact, when something happen so many times it's natural to believe it will happen again. But not
all alt-coins follow Bitcoin rise, some alt-coins are on the way to the bottom.
228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade by yourself on: August 11, 2020, 06:51:40 AM
There are several traces of newbies finding signals here and there to trade, but it is wrong. Believe me If you want to trade consistently and profitably just learn how to do it yourself no matter how difficult or how long it takes.

You can subscribe to signals if you're the type who wants to earn while you learn but long term.... Learn trading by yourself
well, I better learn to read the movement patterns myself with the support of other information and experiences. however, depending on patterns given by others will only disappoint us. it's just that, quite a number of people are still looking for such groups, and most of them are fake.

I agree with both of you, most trading signal groups are fake! It's better to learn to do it yourself, and to rely on yourself
not on others. Many of these groups are pump and dump schemes, and I never liked to participate in that kind of manipulations,
and I don't advise others to do that.
Newbies should start with reading trading blogs, watch videos on YouTube, and to try to understand the market and how
to take advantage of fluctuations.
229  Economy / Economics / Re: Growing number of institutionnal investors on: August 11, 2020, 05:04:59 AM
During the pandemic, many people lost their jobs and therefore their livelihoods. Millions have become unemployed. In your opinion, in such conditions, they thought how to invest the last remaining funds in bitcoin for storage? I don’t think so.On the contrary, people try to keep cash, which will be appreciated in almost any bad outcome.

Under such circumstances, they are not going to trust fiat cash either. With the federal debt at historic highs, only idiots would keep their wealth in fiat cash. For me, the only safe asset seems to be bullion. I am talking about physical gold, and not about paper gold managed by the banks and other financial institutions. If you want to keep your wealth securely, then gold bars/coins seems to be the best option as of now.

While many people lost jobs, and many businesses are almost dead, some companies are making profit, and they are looking
for new investment opportunities. I didn't hear anyone complain in pharmaceutical and telecommunication sectors. This would be
good for researching, to see the top gainers during pandemic, and top losers. If we had some statistic about that, we would
have a better picture about money flow in last months.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What we can expect the price of eth at the end of 2020? on: August 10, 2020, 09:38:41 PM
If we're going to talk something realistic, I would bet it'll touch $500 by the end of this year (or maybe less or a little more). I wouldn't expect Ethereum to go back to 4-figures this year due to the rise of decentralized finance (DeFi) industry and the much-awaited Ethereum 2.0.

I would bet on the price despite that I am not a fan of speculating prices. The market condition is very unpredictable, so there are no guarantees that our predictions would be correct.

Cheezcarls it would be great if Ethereum price reach $500 by the end of this year. What would be even better is staying
above $500, in that way the next year will be opened with higher price, and we can expect from Ethereum a lot more.
As you, I think this is realistic prediction, there're many months left and anything can happen with the price of Ethereum,
I will stay positive and optimistic whatever happens!
231  Economy / Economics / Re: How long will it take banks to phase out physical cash completely? on: August 10, 2020, 07:06:39 PM
they dont have a plan to kill cash yet ...as they are printing it more and more.
now they give out even more cash , btc will go away faster then fiat currency.
btc is not protected by any laws it doestnt belong to any goverment if one day the btc is just gone who blame for?? nobody !

i dont think the btc could be the cash money cant be so sacred btc is bad as money as gold.

gold is physical and not rational to use it as a money btc is slow and the creator is still unknown btc is still wild west.

Cryptoboss2020 I don't think we can talk in general about banks phasing out physical cash, every country is
different. While some countries are far from phasing out cash, some advanced countries are very close to that.
And it's what we will see first, advanced countries going cashless in near future. It's all about how developed
a country is.
232  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Win any BlackJack Hand | Strategy Calculator on: August 10, 2020, 02:44:08 PM
Well, in my opinion it is not a strategy calculator. It is simply like a winning probability calculator.

There's not much available strategies in Blackjack unless you are sort of gifted and has the capability to read cards. Otherwise, the rules of the game are pretty simple and your decision whether to stand, hit, double, or split are most often done according to patterns. You don't hit when you've got 18, do you?

I agree with you Darker45, this is just a winning probability calculator, that can be accurate in some deals, and to miss many
others. It's Black Jack, one of the games I like to play, and I tried this calculator it has same predictions when to hit and when
to stop like I do!
You can't win all the hands in Black Jack, it's not possible. There's no calculator for that!
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trx or Eth ? on: August 10, 2020, 12:50:34 PM
considering Trx and Eth
Tron can be regarded as a blockchain-based platform that is decentralize that has the aims of building easy and  low cost of sharing digital asset or content.
Ethereum on the other hand is also a blockchain-based software platform that is decentralize, which enable smart-contract

on this hand Ethereum tends to have edge more than trx presently, but on the long-run things can change, because the only thing that is constant is change. but with the present state of things now Eth have edge.

Kehindem you are right, consider both! I have both! When you invest in Ethereum save something for Tron, it's what I do
with all my investments, I diversify. And Ethereum is expensive, while Tron is cheap, why not buy some cheap Trons now
and then.
Ethereum has a better performance on the crypto-market, and I think that Tron will make some progress in near future.
I am holding both, I am in for the long-term!
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos Scared of Lawsuits on: August 10, 2020, 10:56:13 AM
Well yeah, it is somewhat ridiculous though  Grin, filing a case on a casino just because you think you caught the virus there? Damn. But, tbh it won't be a problem if the facility is really guilty of a given case. So, although it is quite tough to prove that a certain guy caught the virus in such place, conclusions can be drawn upon, if the casino would be proven guilty of; lacks of sanitation, or whatever protocols on handling their customers, the same thing with their facilities. Then so, necessary legal action should be charged against them  Wink.
I am sure the casino will not let people get infect of the virus, and they will do everything to prevent because that is related to their reputations among the other casino. Before people can enter the casino, they need to pass the physical check in the front door of the casino, and only people who healthy and clean can enter the casino. People can not be filing a case on a casino if the casino can follow the protocols, and they work hard to make their place clean, so people need to have something that can prove them clean and healthy.

Rosilito even if they catch a virus in casino, will they be able to prove that? Maybe they got in taxi while they were going there, or plane,
virus shows in your body only after some time, you don't get sick immediately! Can anyone of us remember what we were doing for the
past two weeks? With how many people we had contact, and where we went? How can we point our exact place where we got sick?
Michelle I understand you, but we talk about virus here, there's no ideal protection. Maybe in full quarantine, to not get anywhere,
but casino is the place where many people work, and many others are going in and out, you can't have full protection in that place and
gamblers should be aware of that.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: August 10, 2020, 08:53:22 AM
hold eth is important. The potential for eth will be a coin that has the best future price, plus the current eth price increase of $ 400 from the previous $ 200, why should we bet our money for other coins if eth has the potential

For me holding Ethereum is important, and adding more when I can! Most of us can't afford to invest a lot, we need to do it
in stages, when we have extra money from other jobs! Ethereum is not holding for now until the price rise, it's for holding for
years, because in far future the value of Ethereum can be a lot higher than we can imagine!
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas Casinos Scared of Lawsuits on: August 09, 2020, 04:12:43 PM
I don't think it will win in any court because the virus is everywhere and it's invisible the accuser will have a hard time proving that he really gets the CoVid in the facility, they could have got it in their homes in while travelling while in the market or while in the street it's hard to established the fact on this case but I don't like casinos open at this point of time people should only stay home and restrict their moves.

You are right Fortunecrypto, I don't think that someone can win in any court as well. How can they prove where they got sick
when virus is everywhere around!? And nobody is forcing people to go to crowded places like casinos can be, or any other place.
They choose to go somewhere so if they get sick they can't blame anyone for that!
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH will touch 10,000$ to 12,000$ at the end of 2020. on: August 09, 2020, 02:30:04 PM
Its really possible but not this year maybe in 1-2 years.. for now its just a baseless prediction if they can successfully upgrade into eth 2.0 next year and supply will be known its not impossbile it will trigger the price to explode but as long as we dont know yet how much total supply of eth this prediction is a big NO, how can we predict if the supply is unlimited or unknown.

I agree with you, and with most others, it's impossible for Ethereum to rise so much this year. As you said maybe in a couple of
years, maybe longer, but I am a believer in Ethereum and I believe it will happen one day. Until that happen we can continue
to accumulate at this low prices, because compared with $10k this price now is low!
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What happened in the bounty program? on: August 09, 2020, 01:22:25 PM
Also it's better if you avoid projects from new bounty managers because if anything goes wrong at the end of the bounty the new bounty manager may not be up to challenge the project team about why they refused to pay
You have a point there mate, bounty campaigns manage by unknown members or the newbies are the campaigns that went to scam in the end of the bounty.  There are bounty managers out there that is trusted and handles the campaign very good,.

I saw many bounties run by newbies, I never trusted newbies to run a bounty. Trusted manager means a lot for the project,
and he takes care of participants to not spam the forum.
There're good bounties, but you need to be active here to sport them on their beginning and to reserve a spot for yourself.
Many people join bounties without thinking, and later they regret and call all bounties scam, but it's not like that.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Band Protocol - Cross-Chain Oracle solution & Chainlink Competition - Next 100X? on: August 09, 2020, 09:27:41 AM
Thanks for the detailed review! I like how you explained Band Protocol and I will check more about this project! I have Link
and this amazing rise in the last weeks is great! If Band Protocol can follow Link I will be happy to invest in it!
Both can be great long-term investments, because they are getting more popular with time!
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if you want to invest in crypto... on: August 09, 2020, 08:41:46 AM
It's not the time to think about investing in crypto-currencies. The time is passing and more people wait it will be more expensive
for them to invest.
When it's come to choosing in which crypto-currencies to invest just invest in the ones we talk about here. Bitcoin, Ethereum and
many others.
