221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't panic on: July 23, 2021, 04:19:28 PM

Yes, and what will definitely come back after going down are good coins that always have potential in the market, because for those who hold meme coins, then just pray that the coin can rise when it falls, so obviously there is no need to panic as long as we hold good coins
that is true but it would be better if you take the time to do research while learning don't just wait for time you should also try to do research so that when you buy a coin at least you know that the best entry to buy is where and where is the best entry to sell it . so you don't wait for something uncertain and you will be monotonous when buying good coins but when a bear market arrives like now what will you do? just waiting for it to come back up? at least you have to think about the time you're wasting here
222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons for newbies loss in bitcoin on: July 23, 2021, 03:27:37 PM
It was not a bad idea as it was a sort of motivation but the wrong is that they never have a good entry. Most of them never know what will be the best position to start investing in crypto, they just put their money without doing research, and losses will absolutely they will get in the end.

Honestly, it was not only newbie suffering like this, even old-timers make some losses because of the market volatility. Because even though we have knowledge in crypto space but it wasn't all the time the market is in good trend, and sometimes we make a wrong decision. Losses can't be avoided as it was a part of our journey here and if we are not able to cope up with this, we even lose more.
I think things like that are not motivation but greed because the average beginner doesn't know what the system here is like, how to read what kind of candles and without knowing the latest news, they immediately make entries without doing research first in the hope that they can make big profits. , this is too rash and this is tantamount to gambling because they only use the instincts they have in the hope of making high profits.
I don't hate or blame beginners for things like this, but at least they should start from the basics first by learning things related to crypto etc. Don't immediately think of big profits in one day because there is nothing like that here. here there is a process and the process is not instant.
223  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is Happier: Stock investors or Bitcoin investors on: July 23, 2021, 03:11:29 PM
A person's happiness is not measured by how rich he is and how much he invests and where he invests because a person's happiness is relatively dependent on the person himself and usually everyone is different in choosing their happiness although it is true that many choose happiness from money and wealth but not everyone thinks the same.
at least if you want to know the answer you have to be prepared to do research by making surveys or questionnaires that are intended for people who invest both in stocks and in crypto but I think this is also very difficult because we have to know what kind of question index which is empirical in nature but relates happiness to investment.
I think to answer this, research is needed which takes quite a bit of time and requires answers from all related people according to the criteria
224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: There are three kinds of people in the Bitcoin world on: July 23, 2021, 02:59:00 PM
technically a genuine idealist in fact they will still be here because if we look at the idealist sense itself is a person who acts based on unique empirical experience, thoughts, and high ideals to achieve maximum results. from here they should have understood that from previous experience and seeing from year to year bitcoin has always increased quite well and it is impossible to leave bitcoin that easily if they are a true idealist.
other than that I prefer to classify people who are opportunist as rationalists. because basically everyone also wants the same thing and is looking for opportunities to buy bitcoin at a low price and sell at a higher price.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Altcoin Safe for Investment on: July 22, 2021, 05:59:10 PM
Altcoin investment is more risky then another coin like Bitcoin. And Altcoin investment profits here are also much higher. Because its price fluctuates more.  The amount of profit here is as high.  The amount of loss is also much higher
I think it's the same if you want bitcoin or altcoin, both are full of risk and talking about profits, not everyone in altcoins will get a bigger profit because theoretically, as you say, fluctuating money is the reason and cannot be equalized all coins in altcoins.
apart from that maybe we can minimize it by looking at coins with good prospects that are bought so that they are not too high risk
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much of your total capital is in crypto? on: July 22, 2021, 05:45:03 PM
I have never calculated in percentages like this because as long as I can still store my assets in crypto I will do it regardless of how much the nominal is and how big or small it doesn't matter as long as the money is not used for needs in everyday life I will definitely save it in crypto.
and for the nominal balance, I don't think it's ethical to mention it in the forum because it belongs to someone's privacy. What I want to emphasize is that no matter how much money you have here, be careful in your actions, besides that I suggest if we have more money and there is still no urgent need I recommend saving it here because the future prospects for old age are very good
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are meme tokens dangerous or moon on: July 22, 2021, 05:29:41 PM
Still depends on what coin are you investing, there are so many meme tokens now existing in the CoinMarketCap and there are so many newly created meme coins every day and most of them are scam so be careful on investing on all of those, always make sure to have research first before you choose a coin to invest to. Always invest what you can afford to lose and invest only in the coin with the use case.
it's true that we have to be really careful in choosing coins, but for meme coins I think it's too high risk because coins like this have a guessed system and only look at pumps and dumps, nothing more.
it's like gambling and if we guess the meme coin correctly and it is pumped in a short time it will go to the moon but if we choose the wrong coin your money will disappear.
I do not forbid to invest here but I think the risk is very high in coins like this and can only wait and hope the coins are pumped
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polkadot Price Down – Time To Buy DOT? on: July 22, 2021, 05:17:40 PM
if you look at the price maybe we can add our assets here but I suggest buying little by little because considering the current market is still unstable because if you look at the existing candles I think the polka will still go down little by little.
but this is just my opinion if you want to buy all of them now it's also okay because I'm sure polka will continue to increase in the future so it won't be a loss if you buy it now
229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do many people call Bitcoin "digital gold"? on: July 22, 2021, 05:04:03 PM
people call it that not without reason, because we have seen the prospects of bitcoin getting better and better and it has been proven that now btc is still at the top and there is still no one to compete with it.
besides that btc is an asset that will be very valuable in the future which is why bitcoin is called that
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lesson from bear market on: July 21, 2021, 03:36:21 PM
The lesson which i learn in bear market is how to buy more reliable coins, i have miss buy low and sell high time  which mean i have learn my lesson.
maybe from now on you should start learning how to read candle charts so that the same mistakes don't happen again.
It's a very basic lesson if you're still going to be here with an advantage.
and maybe most importantly don't always believe in other people because other people's predictions may be wrong and don't follow the pump is not clear Wink
231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't give your bitcoins to scammers on: July 21, 2021, 02:41:11 PM
a lot of newbies are still exposed to this kind of trick, and no one can be blamed for it all because they are too rash to follow something.
I think this will continue to happen until whenever there will always be because greed makes everyone forget about honesty and in bitcoin not everyone does the right thing there are a few people who collect their assets by means of deception and hackers.
this is of course unsettling but we can do nothing about it other than secure our assets and tell those around us not to fall into this kind of trick.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High discount in presale on: July 21, 2021, 11:05:59 AM
without realizing it, presale is still the main attraction in a project, but don't always fixate on the big discount that is applied because what I emphasize here is how the project works and what kind of team that rides it. Don't make the wrong choice in choosing a project just because the presale discount is high, but see what the future prospects are like.
it could be that the coins that are in high presale will be fraud and the coins will be dust later.
start to learn something in detail before buying, don't just be provoked by the high discount presale price
233  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do many people who do not understand Bitcoin slander Bitcoin? on: July 21, 2021, 10:21:17 AM
because basically those who don't know for sure will talk more about this, they only sell their words to cloud the atmosphere and finally the beginners feel panic and join in making bad news here.
It's a different story with people who have been here for a long time, they are more quietly observing what is going on and don't go into the flow like this.
but I think this is very reasonable because what is valuable must have its pros and cons, let them talk anything about bitcoin because I'm sure those who talk negative now will regret it later
234  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: July 20, 2021, 09:48:00 PM

Of course it's not easy to get through a situation like this, especially now that Covid 19 continues to mutate,
so you could say this pandemic might not end anytime soon,
and this is also bad news, especially in some countries, a lockdown policy has been imposed again so that this will have an impact on the community's economy to decline
covid is increasingly transforming in different directions and now there are many cases caused by mutations of this virus, even with the same virus it can become various variants or clusters.
and it is true that it will take more time to clean up these pests coupled with government policies that are not accompanied by genuine life in the community because so many still do not understand the dangers posed by this pandemic.
even if this pandemic is over in the next few months but surely the economy will have a stagnant phase first until it is completely safe it will take a long time
235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safety on: July 20, 2021, 09:31:15 PM
it's true because basically bitcoin is one of the references for altcoins to adjust prices, but not all altcoins refer to bitcoin in the sense that only those connected to bitcoin can be said to be like that. There are many examples of altcoins that don't follow bitcoin like bitcoin cash etc.
Don't generalize all altcoins are all bitcoin because some are not.

237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you guys think about NFTs? on: July 12, 2021, 07:20:40 PM
what I know at this time is that NFT is starting to rise and there are lots of fans here. this is not without reason because apart from NFT it is fun (because some of them are games) this NFT can also be used as our capital for Farming because there are several NFTs devoted to it.
I myself like this way where we can have fun but on the other hand we also benefit from making money here.
and from some I have NFT from Black Eye Galaxy where here I can farm and here you can farm as much as possible because every month you can get hundreds of $. besides that I also like Axie Infinity because it's like a game in the form of PvP where we can raise our NFT level here and it's very fun to play
238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is still the favorite choice on: July 12, 2021, 06:48:17 PM
it is very clear that bitcoin is one of the assets that has a lot of enthusiasts because if you look at the intense sales, bitcoin is one of the most admired ones. this is inseparable from the quality and consistency of bitcoin itself.
if we look from several years there has always been bad news here especially during the 2017 decline and even the last few weeks but the consistency of bitcoin is so strong that they remain one of the dreams even though there are so many who want to undermine both the fud and the government ban but still a lot of fans.
why this can happen because people are starting to think that bitcoin is one of the bright future prospects so they remain loyal even though there are a lot of disturbances from several parties
239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do many mainstream economists always oppose Bitcoin? on: July 12, 2021, 06:26:30 PM
actually not all economists think the same and only a few are old-fashioned like this,
this is very reasonable because there are several reasons that I can conclude here
the first is how does one get an economist degree? none other than the answer is from the government itself so that indirectly the economists say like directives from the government and directly aware of it or not this refers to a mindset which if bitcoin continues to soar it will become a chaos in the economy.
the second is that these economists only know about theory and rarely practice directly so that they think the theory they learn is generally correct even with the old theory so they don't want to take risks by making new steps and changing from their comfort zone. they can now.
this is just a mindset that is applied how we accept it or not
apart from that I prefer to be here now whether it can be destructive or not according to them because as far as I walk in crypto I don't know about what they are talking about whether it's a scam or a bubble that is like a bomb just waiting for time to end
240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never sell your Bitcoin? on: July 11, 2021, 07:40:25 PM
Do you think someone should never sell their btc unless they absolutely have to?  Such as if you have money enough to even barely pay your bills, do that and don't sell any btc?
we do not sell btc does not mean it is not allowed to do.
so it means that we are free to do whatever we want to do here, be it selling, buying, or holding.
but it would be better when the current price is less friendly because we are in crucial times in bitcoin, we are even wiser in the steps we take.
but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be sold because it is your asset so you are free to do whatever.
related to bills or other needs, as long as we have a reserve of money that we have it would be better if we don't sell our assets but if it's stuck and don't have anything else then use your assets with this note being the last choice because of profits in the future coming will be far from what you imagine
