Greetings, I have installed the Android wallet on my tablet but am unclear of the correct procedure for setup. Skimming back through the thread didn't further the information for a proper installation either. I'm being asked for a couple of things when the wallet is opened the first time and unclear of what should be done. Is there a guide anywhere and if not, would you kindly have the creator post them? Also, explaining what the options mean might be wise. Thank you, CapnBDL ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

Your site detected my amber wallet adress like autumncoin and exchanged to atm, how possible to fix this stuation?
If you want your payout in AMBER then the password in your cmd line should read c=AMBER. Just wondering, I have 9 small transactions totaling 0.72139984 from mid Sept. to the end of POW (Sept.30th) which haven't confirmed yet. Is this normal and will they confirm before the end of Oct.? Thanks, CapnBDL ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) edit: I see the market cap has been doubled. This coin must be FLYing. (sorry, couldn't help myself). Also, as explained previously, I AM in the middle of my unwanted coin sell-off. Will PM vegasguy as soon as I get it accomplished.

@Vegasguy, Lol....your comment really was funny as your suggestion is exactly what I am currently doing. Updating old wallet versions/blocks/etc so I can list & dissolve shares of unwanted coin, thereby helping myself. As you know, this can take time. As soon as possible, I will inform you but some of my wallets haven't been updated/upgraded in a while. In reference to the slack channel, I am unclear on the reasoning of NOT extending an invite, but that is your prerogative. Your coin, your decision. I'm just a pocket change guy, trying to grow that into a bag holder account. Really not a regular user of slack, as it is tho. Respect, CapnBDL ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

As was mentioned on YoBit, I am interested in the 'private buy' opportunity. However, I am also critically limited in funding. A little about me is below, but you should also know that I hang onto what I do have, no selling (currently just 6.41758294 FLY). I know, small, but it was the best I could do during the last days of the POW phase, plus the trade-in (swap). My wallet stays open 24/7 to staking, though with the amount I have, no doubt my stakes will be excruciatingly small. I was a late-comer to this coin. There are few alt-coins I feel have a chance, but view FLY as one of them. It looks good! You've done a nice job VegasGuy. Keep it up, very impressive numbers, CapnBDL ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) 'nuff Said edit; I don't use it much, but, may I get an invite to the slack group? Maybe a 'little guys' perspective could be useful.

Android wallet!! Nice... going to check it out just now, thank you VonSpass
CapnBDL - You can stake your coins either every month or every three months. Personally I do it every month. When you stake them depends on how long they have been in your wallet. If for example you sent 1000 CBX from Cryptsy to you new Vault on the 1st of October, then you cannot stake them until the 1st of November (or thereabouts). Your wallet does not need to be open or unlocked until that date. If you open and unlock your wallet on the 1st of November, it will stake, as your coins will have been in your wallet for a month. It should not take long to stake, but there are a few factors that will affect this. For most people leaving your wallet unlocked for one or two hours should be long enough to stake your coins.
If you have coins in your wallet that have sat there for a month or more (without being moved or staked) then you can stake them. If you are staking your coins and you accidentally lock your wallet before all of your eligible coins have finished staking, simply unlock it again.
I did unlock it again, right away. No luck tho. Sits there and hogs mem. I am slowly mining CBX at the same time I am always looking in the trading exchanges. I happen to be the type of person that keeps what I have and don't move them around, don't sell. CBX is an alt I believe in. I simply don't own much, at this time. Just a lowly miner, scrapping up a livin'. (a thousand? yeah right, I wish). ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

First off...accept my apology ahead of time. I'm going to digress to the 'wallet' for CBX. I have v1.2.0.6 installed, which I believe is the latest. It is somewhat of a mem hog. In some cases, if I have too much going on, it will close due to low mem problems. I have 16G so I don't get it. Can anyone explain? Also, I made a mistake on what would have been my first stake. I had the wallet open to staking, the upper lock unlocked, lower lock disappeared, etc. When I pulled it up from being minimized, there was a lock showing in the bottom right. I thought it had been locked again, maybe due to mem problems or whatever. Wrong!! That was actually the wallet staking indicator. Just as I clicked the upper lock, I noted the small type in the lower left saying 'wallet unlocked for staking'. Too late to stop my finger tho. I locked the wallet and, of course, staking stopped. And, before you ask, the staking indicator will be a locked lock. I'd like to suggest that the lock color be green when staking so as not to confuse it with an actual locked wallet. The type in the lower left is very small, easily missed. My question: How long will I have to wait before the wallet will stake again? Further: is there an explorer with 'rich' list anywhere? Thank You CapnBDL ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) edit: Also, why isn't there some type of 'time' indicator for staking? I have a VERY small wallet (<50, I was a late-comer) and it would be nice to know how long I'd have to wait. edit; I voted to send to foundation for development. If dev falls off, so does support, and with so many alts out there, we need to make CBX the real, only 'go-to' alt. (IMHO) 'nuff Said

Would be great to get to the bottom of what variants there are to the S3 & S3+ hashing boards & which ones support Variable Voltage & which ones do not. The pictures I have added two posts back show a section in the middle top of the board, where the power connectors are & 2 of the DC-DC converter stages, they are very different as you can see. The one on the right uses the TPS533355 DC-DC converter as the S1 and definitely does not support variable voltage. The one on the left is from this thread by adaseb and also appears to not support Variable Voltage? With my 20140804 S3+ Build, changing the Voltage in the Advanced Settings does absolutely nothing. The "key" component will be the DC-DC converter IC in these pictures numbered U32 & U35, the spec for this should reveal if it could support variable voltage. Can I suggest that if you have a different board that does or does not support Variable Voltage that you add a picture here along with the IC type so that others can tell if their unit will support VV? I am still very new to mining, but we are at a stage IMHO where efficiency and hence a need to adjust for best J/GH is of paramount importance. My S3 on my electricity tariff in the UK on the standard settings is now only just better than break even. I have risked buying an S3+ from ebay in the hope that it allows VV, but am also about to start work on a mod to add VV to any S3. Rich Hey Rich, Sorry nobody has gotten back to you. I just don't come here often anymore. I'm not sure about the converters you are referencing or the difference in boards. Needless to say, not much help today. My s3+'s (2 of 'em) are due for a cleaning in the middle of the month so when I take those off-line, I will be more than happy to get back to you with more info. I am answering now so you didn't think you were being ignored. IMHO, you are really spinning your wheels tho. I mean, does it really matter? We already know what the s3+ can/cannot do. I can only speak to the 'plus' (as in the thread title). These miners are a beast, rough, & tough and can take a lickin' & keep tickin' (as long as you don't 'brick' it). We DO know that voltage is adjustable in .0005 increments. That is a fact straight from a Bitmain guru. However, it is sort of an unwritten piece of info that the s3+ is a 'sail in the wind'. Meaning, they have some common settings but each one 'acts' just a little different. Like a fickle woman. You need to test the waters and find out what each one likes. Furthermore, make sure you are running the latest flash/software. The pool I and some others mine on is www.kano.is. Not advocating for the pool, just backround info for ya (I won't mine anywhere else). They (kano & ck) are the coders/creators of cgminer...blah..blah (no dis meant, total respect). Anyway, very good ppl and have written an upgrade to the cgminer that comes in the 'flash' for the s3/s3+ you get from Bitmain. I can't find the link, right now. (shoutout to mikestang...have you got it handy) I'll get back with that if you need it. I will check back in here to see if I can assist further and update what my converters are for you. Or, you can PM me if you need any help sooner as I'm usually somewhere in BCT, just not this thread as much. Best of Luck, Happy Mining CapnBDL ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

long term it ought become a relatively flat rate the idea is just to start to explorer the option to cross swap so exploring the discovery of the fair market rate of exchange in low volume no need for a hot competitive market just a basis on the books open for all to see anyone with the skills to generate and make public the historic UNO/CBX prices and overlays of both paired with BTC and USD to get a good picture pls feel free ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) keep us posted Amen to that and a +1 from me. Competitive, transparent, fair market. Nice words, but... ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

Hello All, I may be way out of place to comment on the UNO/CBX thing being discussed, however, I personally hold my CBX to be of greater value than the UNO I own. No...I don't hold a majority share of either, far from it, but knowing that UNO can be merge-mined, it just doesn't hold up to the standards I have come to believe my CBX has. Just my two cents and thoughts on such a venture that compares UNO vs. CBX. 'nuff Said, ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)
