What you said is true only people don't go for leverage trading. But most of the traders very greedy they want to make more profits so they end up doing leverage trading. If any sudden price drop or rise than most likely trader will lose all his money at one shot something similar losing money in gambling. So it depends on how people trade currencies, if you buy and wait for prices raise than most likely one may not lose all their investments at one go and will have a time to withdraw some of their investments.

One should have both savings and investments. Savings will help one when they need money for buying something in near future but investments are for long term profits. Investments are for fulfilling long term needs like for spending money after retirement or for your kids education like that. If one looking for long term gains than should invest in real estate which will surely give a very good profits over the time but it needs a high initial investments.

In my opinion any form of money is the problem for all kinds in issues today we are facing. It could be either oil, gas, bitcoin, gold, paper money or property. If any one got more of these things than many evil minded people will be behind them to take the benefits. For example If you see how developed countries put pressure on oil rich countries to take the full benefits.

I do agree gold has a more trust rating in the world compared to bitcoins. Yes I too think today England will win this match. They really got better batsman than pakistan but pakistan only advantage is spin bowling. If pitch supports spin then result may be different. Otherwise I think england will surely win this match.
