2201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donald Trump Says Crypto Is 'Very Dangerous' ... but ... on: January 04, 2022, 07:21:31 PM
Donald Trump has a right to his opinion about cryptocurrency and so do I, we have different backgrounds and that will give us different perspective.
His wife is now into NFT and he thinks she is doing great, so I don't think DT perspective should bother anyone especially now that he is out of power.
Well, everyone has different stand on bitcoin and cryptocurrency and we should not expect for them to be positive on bitcoin as people have their own preference in life. I think as long as dollar is existing, Trump will focus more on it for now but maybe in the near future, he will learn to discover the worth of bitcoin and starts to embrace it. While his wife is already in NFT, and is probably making profits by now. I'm just glad that whatever Trump's stand in life, he still supports his wife engaging in crypto and wish the best for it.
As a husband then its likely we would really be supporting our wives when it comes to things that they would deal on.Can you imagine or do able to know on what would happen if ever you would oppose
the interest of your wifes? This doesnt talk about being the most powerful leader in the world but rather talks about being on a typical husband. You could really make out bashes globally towards crypto
but you do know on what position you are when in talks about your wifes interest on things. Do you have the rights to argue on what she do likes? I dont think so. hahaha
2202  Economy / Economics / Re: Introducing a state-issued cryptocurrency on: January 03, 2022, 11:21:13 PM
Union Finance Ministry has take a decision on a state-issued cryptocurrency soon but ban all private cryptocurrencies. The VHP leader had sought a ban on all cryptocurrencies alleging its usage to fund terrorism, drugs and other 'anti national activities'. As all private cryptocurrencies are still not considered as legal tender or coin in India, but the govt may introduce an official digital currency in India.

I think its a good decision by government.. What you guys think about it?

I think this completely destroys the idea of financial freedom- in why why BTC was created in the first place. The idea of having a "state-issued cryptocurrency" but banning any other cryptocurrency equates to the idea of forcing someone to use a specific cryptocurrency in a country. Bitcoin was created in order to avoid any third-party consensus in handling our transactions- so again, this completely shatters the dream of Satoshi of having to attain financial freedom.

I doubt that this is a good decision of the government given that it equates to no other than having to use fiat, where you are subjected to use a specific cryptocurrency while banning others.
They do not really care about things like financial freedom and if anything they want people to be financial slaves, the ideals of satoshi in fact run against what they want which is why they will do everything they can to destroy bitcoin, right now we are seeing bans but if the economy keeps getting worse then it is entirely possible that in the future we will see them trying to prosecute anyone that deals or has dealt at some point in the past with cryptocurrencies, which is why it is important to not bring attention to yourself about the fact that you use cryptocurrencies, just in case this happens where you live.
Stay low key and dont tend to boast out that you are dealing with crypto even myself on the situation where i do live on which crypto is still on that neutral phase which they dont still make out reactions or steps towards it but i wont be surprised if they would end up on banning or prohibiting it basing on the things happening around on the market on where they do look that crypto is a scam or some sort of a high risks investment which they do give out warnings.
I cant blame them about being protective into its citizens but they shouldnt really make things even more complicated. warnings would be enough and hopefully they wouldnt
really be making further step on it.
2203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stake.com & responsible gambling? on: January 03, 2022, 10:13:20 PM
Just curious, what was response by Stake Bitcointalk representatives aka Steve, Stunna?  Didn't find the proper response by OP, hope all mentioned issues are fixed. Btw, he can post in Stake forum too..
Yep, he could post up on these places.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2072589.0
https://stakecommunity.com/

We didnt really able to see those admins/owners responses when it comes to this yet it cant really be denied
that they do really have some mistakes on here.
2204  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How often do you change your indicators? on: January 03, 2022, 09:17:41 PM
Using indicators is essential for technical analysis, having a fundamental background also helps to understand the overall picture. Moving averages and MACD indicators are main part of my technical analysis tools, so checking the mentioned indicators is first step then changing indicators to oscillators etc.
When it comes on changing phases then you would really be needing to be versatile and its true that we do really go into those kind of situations on which we do really chance up indicators basing up
on the condition we are facing because trading is a never ending kind of learning on where you could really make out adjustments according to your own knowledge and skill set.
If you do find out that your current indicators arent working on a certain trend then its not bad to make out some changes and this would be a continous one
because you wont really enhance yourself if you dont have that kind of mindset.
2205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hoddle or day trading on: January 03, 2022, 08:25:59 PM
I have some altcoins I bought at the ICO stage which did x pricee movement and now are dead while others are still at a stable price but I will like to make some profits at this time should I continue holding or start trading them to make instant profits what will be your advice in this situation.

You can't make money from altcoins that are dead but you can profit from coins that are still active now if you are good in short-term trading now.  It's not necessary to trade them all, you can still hold a portion of it and wait for the next bull run, eventually, the market will be bullish again as that's part of the cycle, you just have to wait at the right time, that's why patience is necessary.
Would really always depend on what coin you've been holding or dealing with and its true that you cant make money into those coins which doesnt have liquidity and thats why its better to stick out into those coins which does have huge volume which you could really assure that you could really able to make profits if you do deal or engage with it neither holding for long term or for short term basis.
When it comes to profit preference then it is really depending or varying on someone whether he do likes to make on shorter basis or longer basis.
2206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to my bitcoin if I die today? on: December 31, 2021, 05:42:22 AM
If indeed you die suddenly and there is absolutely no sign, then maybe your Bitcoin will be in your wallet forever. However, if you keep your data neat, and easy to understand on your personal computer. Then there is still a possibility that your Bitcoin will be used by the owner of the computer next.
Which is your own family but accessing it would be useless if family members arent really that techy when it comes on accessing things thats why its really important for you on at least showing off some
preparedness on teaching them about even just with the basics because no one really know on when they would die thats why it would be sensible on leaving those coins to be worthy and be used
by your loved ones rather than on letting them totally lost in void or totally cant be used by everybody. You should be mindful even with the simplest stuff
because you dont know on what would happen next.
2207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why should Gambling be legalized ? on: December 29, 2021, 07:21:51 PM

What else do you think could be the benefits ??

Benefits could really be mainly in talks of revenue or in tax which we know that it could really be always beneficial on a certain country but we know that there are places on the world
which do bans or prohibits gambling and they dont mind about revenue or tax that it could possibly give which they could get on other various industries which we cant really blame
them off if they do want or like to protect their citizens from gambling addiction thats why decisions will vary on each government that handles out a particular country.
Taxation

You are definitely on point on this one and this is one of the common reason on why they legalized gambling businesses to operate into their vicinity.Of course there would be some sort of gambling warnings for their citizens not to be addicted that much but well this one cant really be avoided and this is where this business is really a profitable one and which means that it would be more
revenue or tax for government to take.

If gambling was banned or not legalized then expect that there would really be illegal places or operations around which would be typical.
2208  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we in 2017 again? How do you feel about the price chart today? on: December 29, 2021, 06:12:39 PM
There is no way to forget. If you look at the voting result, most of the votes were cast in BTC 100K or more. Moreover, there is no possibility of going back to 2017. Now the market capital is much stronger position than before. So it is not possible in any way. We are just now expecting that the price of BTC would be over 100k. The current market situation is up-trending gradually probably it would be happen with Q1,2022.
When we do really tend to compare out the adoption or recognition rate then we could really tell the difference between the two and we could really presume out that it couldnt be possibly to happen
once again which i could really say that it is unlikely to happen but we shouldnt really cross out the probabilities because it could happen depending on the market demand and some sort
of manipulation or something existed that much more better than Bitcoin but we know that it couldnt happen as of these years but always mind off about the probabilities
because no one can assure on what the future looks like.
2209  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I know legit and scam investment? on: December 29, 2021, 05:09:35 PM
I have come to realize that most of the real investment do look like scam. meanwhile the scam looks like the real once,50 percent of us  here have been scammed in one way or the other, But still yet we call ourselves good investors meanwhile we are investing into the wrong company. We really need to know the good and real trading company because they are all like the scam.Do you really know the difference?
This is actually true based up on real experience on where legit projects do looks like a scam and those scam ones looks real. How to identify? Its not easy but it could be done.
Make in depth research then try to find out holes in terms of legitimacy specially on the team behind the project and always go for the roadmap and try
to read it whether its a realistic one or impossible thats on where you could really make out some conclusions or could help you out on your decision.
2210  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it good to penalize airdrop hunters? on: December 29, 2021, 11:12:30 AM
Airdrops are a great way to attract people into newly-fond crypto projects. They're basically "free money" for not doing anything in return. Some projects have been widely successful after an airdrop, while others have gone all the way down the drain. There's been a upsurge of airdrop hunters looking to "milk rewards" from the system, effectively dumping all of their coins/tokens on the market for profit. While most projects have been quite flexible in the eligibility for an airdrop, one project decided to take the stand by adopting measures to prevent abuse. Parachain Swap's airdrop has been quite controversial as it only rewarded a small portion of its users. The vast majority of the people weren't rewarded (especially airdrop hunters), resulting in a decline of the token's price.

Do you think it's a good idea to penalize airdrop hunters? Will this do more harm or good to the adoption of crypto/Blockchain tech? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Airdrop hunters has nothing to do with the price because if we do really tend to look at on how much coins been allocated for bounties then it is really just small. It is just the community or the demand
would really fluctuates whenever a project does have those bad shady moves because the community wouldnt really be blind or could trust up a project if ever they do have that kind of behavior.
One of the risks when you do deal up with bounties is that you could neither be paid or get scammed or been hold on to those token pays of a certain project.
Deal with the risks and you cant do anything about those price movements.
2211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: GGG vs Murata - Reschedule on: December 28, 2021, 10:59:50 PM
With the postponement, this fight might not push through. The sad thing is that time is running out of these fighters. Youth is not on their side. And they have been inactive for a considerably long time already before the day of their match arrives, GGG for more than a year and Murata more than 2 years. If I were the organizers and promoters of this fight, I would rather look for a place somewhere that doesn't have a strict travel policy for foreigners. We know there is a risk because the new Omicron variant is already spreading but there must be a nice country that could host this match.
I think the same however most likely there are contractual obligations that does not allow them to do that, and even if they were not we need to consider all the expenses that are necessary to organize and promote a fight, a change of venue will without a doubt increase the cost for the promoters making the fight unprofitable for them, so I think it is way more likely we could see the fight taking place where it was originally agreed to or a cancellation of the fight than a change of venue.
Change of venue would be out of their options but rather make things to wait up.We are on a global pandemic situation on which it would really be just right and considerable for those delays and fans could  wait up for the fight rather than these organizers would changed out some venue for that sake of that and as said it wont really be profitable for them to do so.
Just like other fights that do happen now and been postponed do really share up on the same very reason so there shouldnt really be made those kind
of adjustments and just wait for the right time on resuming those fights.
2212  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What are your non-negotiable when choosing an online casino with crypto options? on: December 28, 2021, 10:08:58 PM
If they don't have NO KYC Policy, I won't join them. I play on very few sites and they don't require me to go through KYC. Apart from that, I don't use sites that require KYC though recently I was forced by Binance to submit KYC details. Other than that, I wouldn't bother much however, I would wait for your site to be a [proven trusted site.
KYC is one of the main factors or things on neither people would be dealing off with a casino or even exchangers on where we are really mindful about those verifications that been asked first before
you could make use of them.Just like others been saying that reputation would be important because you could really make out basis that they are having those qualities if they do able to
achieve such state and the rest had been already mentioned which is a solid indication that people do really always prefer those key points.
2213  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we in a bear trap? on: December 28, 2021, 09:41:23 PM
So if we said 2025 or upto 2030 perhaps, its possible 100k can take that long but I do think it occurs on the precondition that BTC itself at least remains as valid and used as it is presently.
Bitcoin is always going to remain valid and used actively although I agree other cryptos are taking a share of the market rapidly. That said, they are all categorized as altcoins while Bitcoin is sort of standalone crypto so it will always remain valid and active.

I am sure $100k will be hit within 2022 itself, we don't have to look at 2025 or 2030 that time around we may be looking at million dollars maybe.
Being optimistic isnt bad but dont anticipate or hope that much that the market or price would really be like that on upcoming years to come or in next years because its never been a guaranteed thing for
these things to happen because market is truly unpredictable no matter what this is why its really hard to make out conclusions basing up on volatility alone on this market
Bear or Bull trap it wouldnt matter because it could really happen in an instant whether there are sentiments around or totally having nothing at all
which it is really hard to make out such move.
2214  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You don't need to hodl a particular coin all your life on: December 27, 2021, 11:12:29 PM
Holding a certain altcoin must have a target price that must be achieved, if the altcoin to be held has a good future, it will take much longer.
But for Bitcoin, holding it for the rest of your life will not be a problem, but the target price is still important to be used as the main benchmark. Sell at ATH and buy at crash price, that's what to do. profits to increase.

Easy to say but would really be hard to be done because identifying bottoms and tops would always be a challenge for us investors or traders here on this market.
Also when it comes to profits then nothing beats out into those people who had been doing active trades which is very common action to take for those who are skilled enough and this one
isnt for everybody thats why majority do end up on holding for too long and it is somewhat mixed with luck when you do hold a particular coin because determining
potential is really hard.
2215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Animal racing on: December 27, 2021, 10:37:07 PM
As the festivities get high in spirit a lot of players are now taking part in different games in my neighborhood I saw some individuals playing different games with animals from horse to bull and even cow racing all over the street and I stop to wonder if this kind of game healthy for those animals some people think that using animals for such games is being harsh on the animal well being.

If it's not healthy for those involved animals then you should see a big awareness campaign against it from the beginning. Didn't you know how owners of those animals spend too much money just for maintaining the shape and strength of that animals?

We should just leave it that way. There's no form of abuse here unless you are an animal advocate that will take every concern so deep.
True!

When it comes to caring up those animals by its owners then this is something totally opposite on what other people been thinking about abuse. They might ran or having a race but its not
totally a harsh thing to be done by an animal even though it wasnt actually its main purpose of existence but its not surprising that people would be finding out other ways or other forms
of entertainment that  they could seek off. If these sports had imposed out risks with those animals then its been long time this one had been banned.
2216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin in the highest level of trust? on: December 27, 2021, 10:09:45 PM
Bitcoin has proven to be able to provide many benefits to many people. Bitcoin has even created a lot of new rich people in a pandemic situation, this makes Bitcoin more popular and gain the trust of many people.
Still, I do see veterans are not recommending to go all-in into bitcoin investments as bitcoin is an experimental project hence investing only affordable is highly recommended. I agree that bitcoin has proved its potential so far in more than 11 years of time but anything could happen in future hence we should not risk our life with only one investment opportunity which could be bitcoin or anything else.

Bitcoin really got the highest level of trust but that does not mean we can invest all our money into it. Even Bitcoin is highly reliable one, we should diversify our investments along with other investment opportunities like stocks and gold to balance our life at any unexpected events.

What you say is true and makes a lot of sense, because no matter how good Bitcoin is, it's still risky to risk all of our money in Bitcoin. Moreover,
many rich people give advice to always invest in several assets, because if one asset loses, we can still generate profit from other assets. Especially
if all the assets we have go up, it opens up opportunities for us to become millionaires or billionaires. I am among those who have known Bitcoin
for a long time and have also managed to make big profits from Bitcoin several times. But I admit that it is very risky if we only invest in Bitcoin,
because Bitcoin does not continuously generate profits. Sometimes Bitcoin also experiences a decline, if that happens we must be able to have income
from other places, it's important to diversify our money across multiple assets.
Trust is there but the final decision would really be depending on a certain individual and we know that diversification is always been recommended and only invest
on what you could afford to lose on here in crypto because no matter how Bitcoin flying out with colors but there's no guarantee that it would lasts out forever on which
you do come into a point on where you do go all in without minding that particular risks on getting wrekt if the market would make out some sudden u-turn.
I dont blame out people on having that support but they should be mindful about probabilities.
2217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Musk the boss behind SHIB? on: December 27, 2021, 09:46:09 PM
No he’s not, he just enjoys trolling & the fame behind singlehandedly pumping a shitcoin. He enjoys the publicity & attention it brings to him. Admittedly the guy is a genius & is one of the most iconic businessmen & great minds of history. He is a true narcissist though & pumping shitcoins is another little bit of attention for him.
Thats why we should really be wise on making decisions because its a bit obvious on whats the intent of these big guys playing around and since they are financially capabled
then its normal that they could really drive out on what they do like to happen in the market even though not most of the times but it is most likely would be the scenario.
We do see lots of big holders are there on SHIB basing up on tracking with those which does also signify that ELon isnt the only one who had been trying to
play up the game.
2218  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: December 26, 2021, 11:25:01 PM
Noticed a common trend related to 1xbit in recent times.

1xbit signature campaign starts -> Participants shill -> Participants stop shilling once the payments stop completely and wait for the current campaign to restart or a fresh new campaign.

Plus point here is that this basically implies that majority or all of these shills will most probably abandon this forum once these 1xbit signature campaigns shut down completely which could happen in the near future.
What would you expect? Its always been like this yet those accounts wont be able to join up other campaigns since negative trusts accounts wont be able to join those legit campaigns
and its normal that they would be stopping on posting literally since they do know that they cant join anymore aside from this one and since they had been paid out by 1xbit
then they would be shilling it out as best as they could be as long they do get paid then they would be continuing on doing that.
2219  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I recommend a friend to buy Bitcoin now? on: December 26, 2021, 10:34:20 PM
Bitcoin is now rising, and it has jumped by 3k in less than 10 minutes. Although everyone is happy but also worried, is it going to fall again?
My friend asked if I can continue to buy it? But I see a lot of people commenting that giant whales are now controlling the market. I told my friends not to enter the market for now, but my friends seem to have misunderstood me.
Do you think that this kind of market should be forbidden to enter or continue to buy?
I suggest not to panic selling。
But now stays at least steady at 50k for whole day , christmas day boost the price but I don't think that this will last long.

it has been the whales is tricking weak and greed investors again to be put in trap before the year ends.

there are so many desperate people here that expect another ATH before this 2021 ends and this is what the whales taking as opportunity to bag money.
The price had somewhat stabilized on these levels which it is honestly that hard to determine on which would be its possible movement specially now that we are approaching new year.
Its really not surprising that it hadnt really make out some significant move on this last month of this year but we cant be sure if it wont really be making one on
next years to come and it will always vary with market demand and the activity of those big traders specially whales who do always stir
up on the market.Making out some suggestions into a friend isnt a bad idea as long you do explain also to them about the basics and the risks.
2220  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When Bull Market will Start on: December 26, 2021, 09:36:13 PM
Hello Everybody can we expect Bull market in January 2022, Can bitcoin create his ATH in 2022.
No one actually knows on what would happen next thats why its never been ideal if you do make yourself hopeful with those ATH topics because price couldnt be precisely predicted.
Deal on what you are seeing today and dont mind much about the future unless if you do really hope or believe into its potential then its a personal choice. We do have own decisions
in life specially with our investment whether we do hold or make out active buy and sells according to your own preference.Just put up only into your
mind that price movement could be predicted whether it do pumps or crashes on next years to come.
