Syukur-syukur kalau koinnya memiliki nilai jual. Kalau tidak, apa yang mau diconvert ke rupiah. Kenyataan ini sudah sering dialami bounty hunter sejak runtuhnya dominasi bounty campaign, maksudnya hasil dari bounty tidak semewah seperti dulu. Saya, anda dan juga user lain pernah meresakan bagaimana pahitnya menjadi bounty hunter, hasil yang didapat tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang terbuang selama berminggu-minggu. Jangan pernah berfikir susah mendapat 100, 250, 500 dan 1000 merit, sangat banyak user yang sudah membuktikan sesuatu yang dianggap sulit dicapai bisa mereka raih berkat mengubah cara berpikir. Mereka selalu belajar dan terus belajar untuk mencapai yang diinginkan, meninggalkan kebiasaan lama menjadi langkah awal menuju perubahan. |

Minimnya topik menarik yang dapat dibahas juga menjadi penyebabnya, selama ini hanya beberapa thread saja yang aktif, baik di papan utama maupun di CB Altcoin. Sebenarnya ada banyak topik yang menarik gan, tetapi mungkin banyak pengguna lebih memilih untuk mempostingnya di topik-topik yang pembahasannya lebih umum dibandingkan pada topik teknis seperti dompet atau mungkin pada topik diskusi bitcoin. Coba periksa halaman utama di main board, pasti banyak topik menarik, tapi minim posternya. Menarik. Tapi belum tentu menguasai topik teknis seperti dompet atau Tempat Penyimpanan Mnemonic Phrase, itulah makanya pengguna lebih memilih untuk mempostingnya di topik yang pembahasannya lebih umum dibandingkan pada topik teknis. Saya pribadi juga jarang singgah di topik itu, karena belum sepenuhnya menguasai tentang teknis, takutnya kalau terlalu dipaksakan akan ngawur jadinya, bisa jadi pengguna lain alasannya sama seperti saya, itulah makanya minim posternya di main board. Meskipun ada sedikit penurunan jumlah poster yang aktif di SFI selama bulan Juni tetapi yang menyenangkan adalah jumlah distribusi merit semakin membaik atau meningkat.
Imo, penurunan poster disebabkan oleh pemotongan jumlah post oleh manager campaign misal dari 25 jadi 20, dari 20 jadi 15 dst. Mungkin kedepan jumlah postingan akan stabil seperti ini jika tidak ada penambahan signature baru di board service, atau malah akan mengalami penurunan drastis, jika campaign yang didominasi orang Indonesia itu distop atau tidak adanya topik baru di board SFI. Bukan hanya itu Om, penurunan poster disebabkan juga karena beberapa user lokal mulai diterima di campaign yang mengecualikan postingan di board Lokal. Ini juga dapat menjadi penyebabnya, secara tidak langsung mereka yang diterima di campaign yang mengecualikan postingan di board lokal harus meninggalkan SFI untuk sementara waktu demi mencapai jumlah posting mingguan. Minimnya topik menarik yang dapat dibahas juga menjadi penyebabnya, selama ini hanya beberapa thread saja yang aktif, baik di papan utama maupun di CB Altcoin. |

Ini sepertinya udah ga berlaku, saat ini sudah banyak member baru yang bisa rank up dengan cepat. Sekarang banyak member yang sudah paham bagaimana cara memperbaiki postingan mereka, jadi yang masih berpikir menaikkan rank sulit, itu karena mereka hanya ingin mengejar bounty altcoin, namun belum mencoba untuk memperbaiki kualitas post.
Saya sependapat dengan Om Masulum, untuk naik rank lebih mudah sekarang ini. Jika dibandingkan dulu (saat awal-awal sistem merit diberlakukan) untuk bisa naik rank yg menjadi kendala adalah perolehan merit, yg memang saat itu jumlah merit source tidaklah sebanyak sekarang dan mayoritas member yg memiliki smerit lumayan selektif dalam memberikan apresiasi. Kalau dibandingkan dengan beberapa tahun lalu, kondisinya sudah berubah sekarang. Merit source sudah mulai bertambah (termasuk user asar indonesia) dan loyalitas member yg memiliki smerit sudah mulai meningkat. Sekarang tidak ada alasan sulit naik peringkat asalkan dapat menemukan celah mendapatkan merit. Snip... Jumlah merit source yang semakin bertambah memberikan kesempatan untuk dapet merit semakin mudah.

Manchester United are doing all they can to finalize the Frenkie de Jong deal for themselves. They agreed upon the transfer fee as far as I know and they were discussing the add-ons after that. They might really be close to happy ending now. Laporta said before that Frenkie de Jong was still happy to be part of the team. However he doesn't seem like he is opposing to this transfer too. Barcelona are going to have much work to do in case they sell him. On the other hand this transfer is going to help them raise funds significantly too of course.
This Frankie de Jong deal has dragged on for sooo longggg and I don't this transfer will be happening, whatever happened at Manchester that such deals take this long... its either the scouts aren't doing a good job or it's the fans that keep speculating on such transfers which aren't anywhere from being signed. De Jong transfer process is very complicated, Manchester United as the party who wants to bring De Jong has not been able to reach an agreement with Barcelona. Manchester United reasoned that Barcelona's asking price was too high, in my opinion it was reasonable, because De Jong's contribution to Barcelona was very good. Toko akan terus berkembang selama kita mau mengusahakannya dan kita sendiri yang memegang kontrol penuh. Sedangkan campaign signature atau bounty di forum, kita tidak tau sampai kapan akan ada. Bisa jadi bulan depan atau tahun depan sudah tidak worth untuk diikuti. Atau bahkan proyek crypto yang baru ke depannya beralih menggunakan cara lain dalam mempromosikan proyeknya. Sehingga campaign signature atau bounty menjadi sepi. Hal-hal seperti ini bisa saja terjadi, oleh sebab itu terlalu beresiko mengandalkannya sebagai pekerjaan utama.
Kalau dipikir tentang resiko, sebenarnya kedua pekerjaan yang saya jalani selama ini sama-sama memiliki resikonya mas.
