2221  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good buying price for bitcoin? on: April 04, 2018, 03:33:38 AM
Is it a good buying price for bitcoin?Might cross-border activity often lead to better demand for bitcoin? So bitcoin will do better in the second half of the year. What do you think?
Yes I guess so. The price of Bitcoin has been moving sideways lately and went slightly south for a few days but today its starts climbing up a bit. There speculators out there that says the worst is yet to come (3rd quarter of this year) but if you look at the price history of Bitcoin, 3rd quarter and 4th quarter are the times when Bitcoin price is high and its always the 1st half of the year that Bitcoins price is slightly low. Mind conditioning maybe or they facts to back up their claim that the worst is yet to come.
2222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is banning Crypto ads on social media short sighted? on: April 04, 2018, 03:17:06 AM
Intereting article that argues 'yes', saying it's a heavy handed: https://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2018-04-03-banning-cryptocurrency-ads-is-short-sighted

Curious people's thoughts on this.
There's always an option on this orchestrated move by Facebook, Twitter and Google and its actually a blessing to other companies who are in the business of promoting products as they can offer their services with minimum cost compared to Facebook, Twitter and Google. Forums like Bitcointalk is a good launching platform for this business. Its just a matte r of time when this 3 will realize that they lost a niche market.
2223  Other / Meta / Re: Any advice on how I can earn merit? on: April 03, 2018, 02:58:30 PM
I was therefore wondering if I am doing anything wrong. Is there anything else I can do beyond putting time in my threads and trying to use correct language to get merit?
If you post because you want to earn merits then your mind set is wrong. What will happen is your post will be long and beats around the bush instead of going straight to the point. If you post, ask your self, why do you need to post? Because of merits? Or because you feel your post will add something to the topic of discussion. If your answer is the later, then you are in the right track.
2224  Economy / Economics / Re: The market started looking green today. on: March 31, 2018, 04:10:07 PM
The gainers versus the losers are really small and if you look closely, the increase is not really big compare to the amount that a Bitcoin and Alts has lost from the past few days. What I did lately so I don't worry about the price of Bitcoin is I uninstall all apps that gives me price of Bitcoin. I also unfollowed those Telegram accounts that broadcasts BTC price and other alts price movement.
2225  Other / Meta / Re: Merit is so unfair on: March 31, 2018, 03:56:41 PM
First of all this topic should be in the Meta section (reported). Merit is fair, I say it is, not because I am already Legendary status, its because it will bring fairness to those who just post to uprank and join campaigns and those who makes quality posts. Would you allow someone who posts a single liner with no substance at all to rank up together with you who try to make it a point to make a good post that is worthy of receiving a merit?
2226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Positive News about Bitcoin on: March 31, 2018, 03:45:18 PM
Good news yes? How come market does not respond positively? I am beginning to think the media doesn't want this kind of news and instead they would rather publish and promote negative news. Negative news is good news for the media, they have a lot to write about it and the story can be twisted in 101 ways plus headlines that guarantees clicks, unlike positive news, after reading whats next, that's how I look at it now.
2227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long should one have to wait to sell on: March 31, 2018, 12:09:13 PM
Bitcoin keep on falling down  and no sign of raising. How long can we keep holding?
Depends on your goal. What is your target? if your target is sell when you reached 20% profit then sell. You don't sell because you've been holding for a long time, eve if we say you've been holding for a year but if you compute how much profit you already earned and it turns out its negative then don't sell. Setting a goal is the most important part in investing and in trading and you have to stick to it.

Now if the market is bearish and you are losing money, re-think your plan, Is it achievable? Is it realistic? If you sell, do you have back up plans where you can recover the amount that you lost? I would sell if I see an opportunity that can help me recover what I've lost.
2228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Test news on their falseness here. on: March 30, 2018, 01:09:32 AM
Test news on their falseness here. I created this topic for news analysis. Add here news and we all  together let us analyze on their falseness of
Instead of posting the news here and let others to share their thoughts about the news if its fake or not, I would rather hit the report to moderator button and let the moderators move the thread to the trash bin where it belongs if the fake news was reported here. Reason why fake news continue to spread is because people share it and give their analysis but others will still take it as legitimate news.
2229  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's happening to Bitcoin? on: March 30, 2018, 01:04:33 AM
What is happening to Bitcoin? Why does the pricenkeeps on falling down? The initial result of G20 is favorable towards it so I thought that it will be the start of another bullish chart but it is the opposite. Can someone enlighten me about the current situation of cryptocurrency?
There were reports that Mailchimp started shutting down accounts that is related to Cryptocurrency. You can read it at Cointelegraph. After the news broke out, price of bitcoin dropped below $7,000. Its a good marketing tool but if Mailchimp doesn't want the business of Crptocurrency, there are always other options like aweber, freshmail, and icontact.
2230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Mailchip Starts Shutting Down Accounts Related to Crypto on: March 30, 2018, 12:50:32 AM
This is move is like orchestrated. After Facebook, Google and Twitter, now its Mailchimp a popular email marketing tool used to send emails to subscribers. It was published in Cointelegraph that Mailchimp started shutting down accounts related to cryptocurrency. There are other alternative for mailchimp like aweber and getresponse.

2231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for a list of best bitcoin cassinos according to their users on: March 29, 2018, 07:24:37 PM
hello i'm looking for a list of the best bitcoin cassinos from people who where actually able to win games

can anyone tell me what are the easiest and honest bitcoin gamblimg sites?
Why rely on someone else's preference as to who is the top Bitcoin casino today. You might bump into a blog with feedback where an unknown exchange site is being promoted. Come up with your own list and for you to be able to back up your claim, visit the site and play. Once you are done playing, give feedback so others will know what to expect when they visit the site.
2232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Pacquiao vs Matthysse on: March 29, 2018, 07:16:19 PM
I still go for Manny. I believe it is not the size of the opponent that counts/matters but the experience, the tactics, the moves and the fighting spirit. I believe money pacquiao have it all. It is just my opinion but i still do respect other’s. Goodluck to both.
If the fight goes to the distance I am 80% positive that Manny will win the fight. Matthysse  should aim for a knockout to seal his victory with no doubts coming from sports analyst and fans. Just like what happened when Marquez fought Manny for the 3rd time and he win, he retired and go back to his country ending the Marquez-Pacquiano trilogy.
2233  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 50 Crypto Trading & Investing Lessons Learned on: March 29, 2018, 05:48:32 PM
#49 goes to those who believes and even subscribes to pump and dump groups in telegram. I once joined those group when I started to trade believing that those group are really providing good calls in which coin to buy and which coin to sell. I ended up losing more money compared to trading by using my own instincts.

2235  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] Bittrex - Next generation exchange (btc/ltc/eac/ppc/rdd/ftc/and more) on: March 29, 2018, 05:22:31 PM
Dears, I want to inform you that bittrex support team has stolen my bitcoin and ethereum.
Coins are withdrawn from the exchange in last couple of days without email verification and with password change, unbelievable.

This is BTC adress that took my coins:
1PBAsjDTyvEms2YY4c85NWLnJKmbWXWsAA

This is zec adress that took my coins:
t1cwf9QCgq4m1CJA2Hmj8dSREQ9iSAMWyQQ

To make things worse, it's not possible to submit support request.

You have a very interesting case there with Bittrex but if they blocked you in submitting support tickets, try going public by posting in twitter and tagging those who are known to be related to running Bittrex day to day operation. Check the twitter accounts below and send them a DM or post in twitter then tag them. That should get their attention. Below are their Twitter accounts;

2236  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁3 NEW COINS★★★23nd BILLION BETS PROMO★★★🎁 on: March 29, 2018, 05:09:25 PM
U guys really dont care about the players?
5000 DOGE minimum to exchange? whats wrong with u?
0.10 min ltc to exchange ?

u should look to your competition and why people likes it there, listen to your customers, dont make it harder and harder
Competition should look at Bitsler not the other way around. They should ask why Bitsler have high traffic compared to them.
I don't think people drop by at Bitsler because they want to use the exchange function.
There might be other sites out there that offers low minimum amount to exchange, then let them be on top of that game.
It's just an added function in the site but not really the bread and butter of the site.
2237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggest some resource for learning trading. on: March 29, 2018, 04:56:50 PM
Lot of people trades only with the emotions, some of them also joins some signal indication groups and just follow them , that's why they can not make profit in trading. Please suggest some resource where a newbie can learn about the basic of trading.
In trading you need to learn how to use the tools in technical analysis, like those candle sticks, RSI's, and bollinger bands. I bookmarked Investopedia as it is a good source of information on how to use those tools. there are good videos in Youtube that gives good explanation on how to use those tools but, nothing beats experience in trading Cryptos. No one is successful in trading overnight, you will face walls and encounter bumps that will slow you down and lose money but it will also give a first hand experience (costly) on what not to do next time.
2238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Convince me why ETH will reach back to $800-$1000 this year on: March 29, 2018, 04:38:44 PM
ETH could fall below $100-$200 and it can take 2-3 years to reach back to $1000.
Back in November 05, 2017 the price of Ethereum dropped to $299 USD, however last December 31 Ethereum price goes up to $721 USD, that means if you bought 1 ETH last November 5, after 60 days the price of Ethereum doubled. If Ethereum can turn around the price in just 60 days, that $1,000 USD is very much reachable and you don't need to wait for a year.
2239  Other / Meta / Re: How to get Merit points on: March 29, 2018, 04:28:57 PM
Don't post because you want to get merit points. Your post will end up looking like trying hard to get merit points. Post because you have something in your mind that you want to share to the forum and you think your idea will benefit those who will read it. If you have nothing new to add or share, don't post at all.
2240  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best exchange platform on: March 29, 2018, 04:18:03 PM
This is a never ending topic of discussion for what is the best exchange platform out there because it depends on the needs of a trader. You might say you like Poloniex better than Bittrex but remember if you tied your hands with Poloniex, there are trading pairs that are not available in Poloniex but available in Bittrex. There's always pro's and con's and this is why its good to signup with different exchanges, just chose one that have good reputation, good customer service and long list of coins/token available for trading
