Boxxa and I have been apart of this community since the relaunch. To Refer to the dude who is developing SMS text message transactions, out of the kindness of his heart on behalf of the entire Pinkcoin community, as being "negative" is what I would refer to as a "negative". To be "positive" do some research and know who it is you are talking to. Boxxa can say and do as he pleases as far as I am concerned, he is an honest dude. Honesty is the Best policy regardless whether you want to hear the truth of not you should always provide for it. I for one want to know what Boxxa thinks of developments hitting Pinkcoin he is a major player and I personally wouldn't stick around too long without his overlooked intensely enthusiastic support.
SpockSkywalker, PinkCoin has a great community of people and (for us) it doesn't revolve around just any one person as it does for you. As of yet, I have not seen any SMS released for pinkcoin from boxxa, but what I have seen lately amounts to bully tactics (throwing his weight around and saying he will crash the market) and fud (being negative himself and then saying it's all negative here). I don't enjoy doing it, but by me calling him out on it is not being negative it is just being honest. I just call 'em as I see 'em. I don't play favorites. That's my truth. That's my promise. Moving ahead, I am really looking forward to these new features like SMS and poker. Nothing makes me happier than showing my appreciation and giving praise to people who deserve it. I disagree. Do you mean like when people like you say stuff like... If it turns into just Pink, I am selling.
Or is it when other people who don't care for your negativity respond with... Good, sell then and miss out some nice opportunities.
What I see is a mostly positive and welcoming community that's dealing with this relatively new influx of people who come here believing they are so important and think that they are entitled to bully the community. People don't respond well to ultimatums and egotistical people. You reap what you sow. Is that really so hard to understand? I think the Pink community has tolerated much of the negativity that others have recently brought to this thread. I think people have more than anything tried to remain positive with responses like... Then BEE positive mate! I like Pink coin because the dev team just keeps developing new features not worrying about trying to get pumped.... A few others Have Identified Pinkcoin as a safe, fair and Honest coin..... Good things are bound to come! I voted for the name change to Pink, but I have no problem with the name remaining PinkCoin. After hearing the concerns of a few people I googled "pink" and it does indeed seem like we could get lost in the results that turn up. On the other hand if you google Nike (used for example since someone mentioned them) you only get the company Nike. This all happened kind of fast and no-one really voiced their concerns until after the voting closed.
If it's allowed, I will change my (swing) vote to PinkCoin. (Even if it's decided to keep the official name as PinkCoin, I see no problem in continuing to affectionately call it Pink. That's our initials now anyways, so it's all good imo.)
Nike has never changed their company name it has always been Nike which wasn't a commonly used name at Nike's initial roll-out. The Doge meme is dead and Dogecoin brought it back which is why Doge and Dogecoin can be interchangeable. Pink is already commonly used, Pinkcoin can earn the title "Pink" as an interchangeable name related to one thing in peoples minds as the "Pink-Themed Crypto-Coin", but Pinkcoin must earn this feat like Madonna and Cher. Does Tiger Woods own Tiger as interchangeable title between an animal and a golfer? No, either has Pinkcoin earned 'Pink', a universally known Color, as an interchangeable title between a shade of White/Red and a Crypto-Currency. As for changing 'Coin' to 'Currency' that would be akin to Changing Led Zeppelin to Lead Zeppelin or Dogecoin to Dogcoin. It will not fly with consumers. Not an opinion this is Marketing 101. Yes Nike has never changed their name, it's always been Nike, that wasn't my point. I just used Nike as the example because of Pinker's comment. Too bad someone forgot to tell Nike to name the brand Nikeshoes when founded. Imagine how big success could those losers have by now.  The confusion is a relevant point, but those familiar with cryptos would know and others would be confused whether Pink or Pinkcoin in my opinion. My point is that Pinker doesn't make a valid argument because Nike is not a name that's used for anything else. |

a little update from 3 sticks i manage to stop smoking 3 days ago there is still the urge but i am fighting so hard not to light one stick i brought some chocolates and some menthol candy so that if i feel the urge to smoke i make my self busy by eating those chocolates and eventualy forgot to smoke i always stay at the rooftop because my brother is smoking and trying not to smell the it maybe i can adjust in the next few weeks
Wishing you success. Careful about substituting smoking with food, especially sweets. You may want to consider healthy snack foods like carrot and celery sticks. Even nuts would be a better choice. Finding hobbies and activities that keeps your mind and hands busy helps. |

Wow! Sweet! TYVM fayoling! I had fun playing. I just messaged CountofMonteCrypto about his promotional event. In it I mentioned, "It would also be nice and look much more professional if we had some informational brochures and flyers about the coin including the current vendors that accept PINK and the kinds of merchandise they sell... IDK if the dev team has the time and ability to help out in this matter. It would be nice if they had a doc file to send us to print up... we could always go to Kinkos for example and have them print up some stuff in color on good paper." I'm curious do you have such a doc file and if not would you be interested in making one up? (Maybe a doc for each, the flyer and brochure.) I'm thinking this would be a nice tool for anyone in the community to use to help them spread the word about PINK. What do you think? |
