2221  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: June 08, 2016, 07:25:52 AM
Probably I purchased a large number although this price can talk about very big issues.

Yeah, agreed. I think that if the price is that low, then there must be either a very big dump, which I don't mind at all, and I'll buy in as much as I can, or there will be some major failures within the system.

If there was failures within the system, then hopefully the devs can fix them... So either way, I would buy.
2222  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How earn 1BTC a year? on: June 08, 2016, 07:24:46 AM
Earning a single bitcoin is really a hard task and time consuming if you're a beginner. When days pass you will understand various strategies which makes your earning better.

I agree with what you have said, every single bitcoin is really hard to get unless you are rich and you are just going to buy it using your fiat money.
Earning 1 btc with different sources is really possible just like combining your earnings with trading, different campaigns and even giveaways.
You just need to work hard for it, and the most important is patience.

Yeah, if you choose to earn bitcoins over the internet obviously it's going to be a hard task to do, especially if you have no skill that you can offer in return for bitcoins earned from your employer.

That's why I believe converting fiat into bitcoin from your job is the most efficient way to get 1 BTC a year. It's not difficult.

2223  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: June 08, 2016, 07:23:36 AM
The main reason that im buying bitcoin because i need some capital for a altcoin public exchange site, because i cannot afford 1 bitcoin so i earn it piece by piece with the help of trading and if i gain enough like 0.25 bitcoin i will hold it until the bitcoin halving comes in the month of july to earn some more money.

Yeah, if you want to trade obviously you need to have a starting capital to play with and that's when buying is a good option rather than starting from scratch. However, you can also buy bitcoins for hoarding, for future price rises.

for me, I'm buying bitcoins for the coming halving, as I know that the price is going to rise. That's why i'm buying.
2224  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: June 08, 2016, 07:23:08 AM
bitcoin itself is one of the safest ways you can imagine to have your money like. i mean as a currency. the transaction, the holding and everything about it is safe.

but also bitcoin may not be the safest investment because of the volatile nature of the price, but this has been changing over the past year and bitcoin is reaching a more stable state.
That is really true, it's more safer than the any other payment system around, the fact that it is decentralized it gives us more comfort to transact online and save our money in the wallet because we are assured that no one will steal it if we are taking care of our personal details.

Yeah, definitely. Bitcoin is very safe in terms of security of your coins, you are pretty much guaranteed to retain those coins forever. Also, bitcoin is decentralized which means that someone won't print a load of it and flood the markets.

But I don't agree on what you said about bitcoin being an unsafe investment. In fact, I believe it's the opposite.
2225  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best site to Gamble? on: June 08, 2016, 07:21:55 AM
For me all of them are good. But im searching for the best ? Can someone tell what is it ?

I think that yes, all of them are very trustworthy in terms of owners of their sites. You can definitely trust all of those sites to not run away with your coins, as well as all of them being provably fair and not rigged.

But I believe that PD has the best customer support and reputation. They also have a huge community. That's why I prefer them.
2226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 08, 2016, 07:21:26 AM
I've been an addict. And some time I have tried to stop. It's not easy. I have read many articles of self help, saw several videos on youtube and always trying to kick the habit. More recently I read a book "the power of habit" and that helped overcome my addiction. Today when I want to play, I separate some bitcoins for it. If you lose not continue. I'll do something else. Currently I do Yoga and meditation.

I hope yoga and meditation helped you and make fast recovery from addiction. Meditation can really help your mind focus away from the bad habit and focus more on good activities. You can also try sports to replace gambling. It is good for your health and do not eat away your money. Good luck with your rehabilitation.

Doing something productive will always help you with your addictions. Whether drugs, alcohol, or gambling. If you have a purpose in life, then you don't need gambling. If your life is full of exciting things, then you don't need to gamble either.

Simply find something to distract yourself from your computer. Like doing sports, watching TV, etc.
2227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH vs btc? on: June 08, 2016, 07:16:04 AM
ETH vs btc  Huh

Well, Ethereum is an altcoin, and could be said to be based off the idea of bitcoin. While bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency around, and so far definitely the safest and most adopted cryptocurrency around.

I believe that bitcoin is better than eth though, simply because eth is a likely pump and dump scheme.
2228  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I do trading? on: June 08, 2016, 07:05:57 AM
Hello to all, I want to know how I can enter into trading and do trading?

Simply do some research first on what markets you want to trade, then do some research on what exchanges you are able to trade on. Note their reputation and fees, as well as any additional features like loans and leveraging.

Remember that trading is also risky, and should not be done if you don't have any knowledge. Good luck.
2229  Economy / Services / Re: Renting accounts????? on: June 08, 2016, 07:04:09 AM
Would it be possible to rent bitcointalk accounts out to users wishing to participate in signature campaigns? I'd just like to know the practicality of one of my crazy ideas. Just a little FYI, I was considering buying an account and trying to profit from signature campaigns but found the price too high. So I was wondering if other people encounter the same issue and perhaps would want a place to "rent" an account from. Thanks for reading and responding!

This is a very good idea IMO, and it's already been put into place right now for development I think by one person(can't recall who). But right now this remains as an idea and not an actual project.

Some things are not practical, because the account is always at risk throughout the renting process. How you can guarantee that the account does not get used to scam is a huge problem.
2230  Other / Meta / Re: referral links VS faucet rotators on: June 08, 2016, 07:00:02 AM
Referral links VS faucet rotators. Should we boycott rotators?
As you know, in general, referral links are not allowed on the forum boards.
However nobody has anything against referring to faucet rotators which are in fact massive referral link databases.
I really don't like double standards thus this pool.

In my opinion, we should disallow rotators to be posted on this forum starting from now. Simply because people are using rotators to their own benefit, i.e. putting referral links in them for their own profit.

This is the same nature as a referral link, so yes, I think we should ban faucet rotators.
2231  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: June 08, 2016, 06:56:34 AM
Title.

So. Electric cars are gaining in popularity, therefore the popularity of gasoline will be going down. Won't the price go down, leaving the oil industry in trouble?
Not really there are different ways to produce electricity, hydro meaning powered by water using dam, coal, bunker fuel, natural gas, wind and solar, some combine natural gas and coal. So price of oil will remain high unless all power producers shift to renewable energy one that does not require fuel like solar and wind.

Well, this could be true. However we are moving towards sustainable energy at an incredible pace, so I doubt that we will see a lot of oil users in a decades' time. This is bound to happen, since oil is not a renewable resource.

This will also be bad news to the US, since their currency is strongly dependent on oil being traded.
2232  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: June 08, 2016, 06:56:26 AM
for me Bitcoin allows me to hold some saving out of the banking system and the hands of the government.
I like bitcoin cause bitcoi  has a many advantage, Bitcoin is so much better than USD, Bitcoin has low transaction fees. Its easy to earn bitcoin and grow it, My favorite games is now accepting bitcoin im able to buy Ingame items because of bitcoin

Wow that is great. I would really love to play some games which accepts this kind of currency. So it is really growing slowly and even taking on premium items payment for online games.

I guess you should try to play some games using steam, they are now accepting bitcoin as one of their payment. And for sure in the future, there are more online games provider that will going to accept bitcoin as a payment for their ingame items, loads and services. Just believe it mate.

Yeah, steam is now accepting bitcoin which is great. However, playing games isn't what bitcoin is all about. Bitcoin should be considered as a currency, rather than a gaming token in my opinion.

Bitcoin can be used to buy goods and services, both online and in real life, wherever you are. That's what's appealing to me.
2233  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2017 Year of the Bitcoin on: June 08, 2016, 06:55:23 AM
why in 2017?

why not in 2016?

nah agree why not in 2016?

halving in this year right?

I agree, I believe that this year is the year of the bitcoin. However, there will not be one single year of the bitcoin. Every year we make some progress and bitcoin gains more popularity.

But in 2016 the halving will happen, and this will be pretty interesting to the bitcoin community. I believe that it will help drive the price up.
2234  Other / Off-topic / Re: Steady Way To earn Bitcoin Online... on: June 08, 2016, 06:53:04 AM
What advice can you give to someone who wants to earn bitcoins online ,however not through faucets

If you have much free time, captcha solver is the solution. You can earn much money on captcha solver and don't forget signature campaign, it's really for earning bitcoin.

Indeed, solving captchas especially if you have tons of experience in it and you can solve them really fast can be a steady way to earn bitcoin online. If you live in a country where goods are cheap, then this would be a good thing to do for you.

However, solving captchas is not a very substantial earnings source.
2235  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: June 08, 2016, 06:49:33 AM
no it will never will. Why? because not every people on earth have access to any hardware that are required to store bitcoin not even on year 2022. also the thing is if it will be used by people what if there is no electricity on a certain area. then no money at all. ?

But the fact is that electricity and network coverage is expanding at an incredible, ever growing rate right now. There is simply no mistake by saying that bitcoin will be used by everyone in 2022.

Your argument is as weak as saying that because there are no printing presses in a certain area, that area will have no access to money. First of all they will still be able to hoard their money, and second there will be a time when there is a printing press.
2236  Economy / Economics / Re: What if US Dollar Crashes? on: June 08, 2016, 06:46:40 AM
American dollar is the central of all currencies and the basis on money exchange around the world. So i dont think that usd will crash someday even if it will be re owned by other people. But if that thin would really happen,it may be the end of happy days of bitcoins industry because tho bitcoins price is too big now bitcoin is still depending on amerian dollar currency

A collapse in the currency of the US is inevitable and bound to happen somehow sometime in the future. There is no way avoiding it, you just gotta be prepared for that event when it happens.

While bitcoin prices will not tumble at all. It'll in fact go up instead, since bitcoin is a separate system to fiat currency.
2237  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: June 08, 2016, 06:45:15 AM
Well I earn using bitcoin but im not earning a living because im just a student and I use it to my tuition fees and my daily allowances.

Wow, you can pay tuition fees with bitcoins? Which school or college do you go to that allows you to pay those fees in bitcoins? Tongue But seriously though, that's pretty cool. That should be counted as a part of living, as school life is also a part of life.

daily allowances are also a part of living, so you are basically making a living with bitcoin Cheesy(although not fully)
2238  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: June 08, 2016, 06:39:35 AM
Nowdays i am holding them and wating for price increase, than i am gonna sell it to get more profit. I am not sure that price will grow very high so need to find a right moment.
I think for the moment where halving will come and the upward trend of prices continues to occur, many people who prefer to hold their bitcoin than spend it. same as me I now prefer to hold maybe it will provide great benefits for me

Yeah, right now I'd rather hold my bitcoin than to sell it, simply because I do not have anything to do with fiat currencies right now anyway. I have enough of the paper money to cover my day to day expenses.

But in the future, I'd like to see more merchants accepting bitcoin directly. This will mean wider adoption, as well as greater bitcoin usage.
2239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: LUCK!!! :) How does it feels? on: June 08, 2016, 06:39:20 AM
Did you ever got lucky in gambling and betting?  In gambling it will be a great memory to be smiling at if you got the lucky jackpot.  In Sports Betting Luck is minimal it is a kind of chance tosser to back your analysis and comparison for a decision. Usually you need luck when its gonna be a tight match it is like a head and tales result.
I have many times been lucky in gambling while trying my luck against very low house edge. But, most of the times I have lost in the long run trying to multiply small wins to big against high house edge. Overall, I have always taken gambling as fun and enjoyed it. Smiley

House edges are pretty low especially in bitcoin games such as dice or roulette. Bitcoin has made it possible for casinos to offer such low house edges. But in the long run, you'll always lose to the house.

However this does not mean that you cannot profit from gambling in the short run. Take a look at MrVincenzo.
2240  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is dying?! on: June 08, 2016, 06:38:33 AM
The bitcoin is not dying at all, I even think its getting bigger and bigger because of the fact that the halving is coming and its growing with more users everyday.

Yeah, I simply do not understand why some people are so retarded and think that bitcoin is dying when really it's succeeding at an enormous pace. It's getting new users everyday, and everyday people are using bitcoins for more purposes.

So no, although bitcoins might have some minor problems within the system, the system is functioning really well atm. Bitcoin is thriving.
