2221  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: July 31, 2016, 04:42:09 AM
Of course we all hoped that dropped the price of bitcoin . But so far maybe its not happen because bitcoin is stable the price now.

Actually the price is decreasing right now, it seems the chinese have made some movement on this weekend and we will probably see bitcoin on the range of 550-600 $ soon. I find it funny that people dont know the fact that the price could always be dropping when you dont really expect it to happen
2222  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: July 31, 2016, 04:39:25 AM
Some people short the bitcoin and say the bitcoin is dead, they want the bitcoin price to drop and buy back.

Mere statements are not going to make a difference.
We know that the markets don't listen even when the leaders of countries try to talk their currency up.  Smiley

Those mere statement will create a ripple and that could affect bitcoin;s growth. You might or might not realize it however to create a huge ripple on a huge lake, you dont cause it by throwing big stones however you create ripple by constantly throwing mere pebbles and affect the lake
2223  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: July 30, 2016, 02:37:13 PM

Local governments are losing the battle against globalisation, this is obvious.

They are trying to control something they don`t understand.

Bitcoin is the largest cryprocurrency and it has no central bank. Grin

Goverments are smart enough now, they dont need to control bitcoin when they could be studying blockchain and make their own version of bitcoin. With this they could create new money out of thin air and switch everything into digital form, truly malicious against bitcoin
2224  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 30, 2016, 02:10:00 PM
Not yet man, we are still young and anything could happen. Bitcoin can also be replicated with other program and we even have a similar features in altcoins while gold is you cannot replicate it so you cannot affirm your statement with the reality.

There is nothing similar to bitcoin currently, it is the only one thing in the world currently. It is said that bitcoin is the new gold so if you want to compare all this things then ypu could compare those altcoins to copper, silver or anything else you could think but dont compare those stuff with bitcoin or gold
2225  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: July 30, 2016, 01:25:06 PM

I also have some bitcoin, I hold it for long term invesment.
I'm sure the price will rise for the future and the price will be good after the next block halving

The last block halving made the price pumped into the current price so the next halving could probably be good as well however everything in the world has its own variance therefore the price could be going down as well, the price is predicted to be going down in 6 months or so
2226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Transfer Market 2016/2017 ! on: July 29, 2016, 11:59:36 PM
Anyone has the latest info regarding paul pogba moving to manchester united soon? I found this statement from raiola official twitter account https://twitter.com/MinoRaiola/status/759051938637881345.

It said that there is no deal has been done however if you check it here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mino_Raiola. The deal has been listed on wikipedia, obviously anyone could make a contributions to the wikipedia page however I do know that wikipedia wont be accepting any fake information on their page

I think the Pogba to Man Utd deal will happen but there will be twists & turns in the deal yet. It is for a hell of a lot of money & it won't be easy to strike the deal, expect more complications but it to get done eventually.

Perhaps it will however with two different relevant sources telling different thing then it is questionable about this transfer status. So far I still dont think it is appropriate for manchester united to be throwing that much of money just for 1 top overrated guy, many are still better than him

When the ICO ends, we will invest a percentage of what we got in the ICO and our own money to buy our stakes.

How are you going to buy your stakes when the ICO ends? are you going to purchase this directly from the market?this means will there be a buy support? Buy support is one of the best thing in ICO, this ensure people to hold their coins rather than dump it all the way when ICO ends
2228  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Place where you can bet with bitcoins on: July 29, 2016, 04:42:21 PM
Ahh, sportsbet.io actually process withdrawals means nothing and when it will come to the point that they will not, then it is too late.  Sad

Even if they have terms and conditions, what prevent them from not running away with our coins? there is nothing that could protect us with this. I have seen alot of gambling sites went missing here and most would still have user's coin on their site so having terms and conditions isnt relevant at all

2230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: July 29, 2016, 12:06:39 AM
Francis Coquelin is preparing to play as a center back due to a number of injuries, including Per Mertesacker.

Gabriel and Laurent Koscielny were left behind as Arsenal traveled to the United States for two preseason fixtures.

This sounds to me that arsenal is just a cheap club, they should be signing another defender instead of turning coquelin into a defender. They use the same thing that manchester united used before, turning daley blind into a defender and that totally ruined his performance for the whole season
2231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Transfer Market 2016/2017 ! on: July 28, 2016, 11:42:35 PM
The Pogba deal is obviously going to happen now. Juventus wouldn't be aboe to afford to pay 75 million for Higuain unless they were expecting to receive a massive fee themselves very soon i.e. Pogba.
i think the deal have happened and it will be announced in the next 48 hours and they are saying its about 120 million euros with 10 million goin to Pogba agent and 10 million add ons

It hasnt happened yet because pogba's agent wants 25 millions for himself and juventus doesnt want add ons but only straight money to their bank account so for now both party hasnt reach conclusion yet and with real madrid joining the race it is going to be difficult for united to sign pogba now

I don't mean to be a Debbie downer, but lofty plans and devs that aren't even on bitcointalk just screams "run away" to me.

The excuse that the developers "don't have accounts" is absolutele nonsense. Yeah, it's probably too much work to create an account if you expect $400.000+ in crowdfunding of something that doesn't exist yet.

I'll be sitting this one out til there is WAY more info. I also despise the "first day bonus" BS that always is designed to milk people out of early money.

Feel free to address this.

There are alot of developers here that just purchase account and act like they have owned that account since the first day however that doesnt mean anything at all to me. The main concer for me will be when they will not be able to deliver what they have promised so we'll wait and see on this
2233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONS CUP 2016 Discussion and Tips on: July 28, 2016, 03:58:57 PM
and again the results on international champion cup should be determined by penalty kicks because Man City vs Dortmund playing draw at normal time and after penalty kick Man City is the winner with final score 5-6

Manchester City played much better than Dortmund before kick off this game, it was looking Dortmund will continue with winning spirit as it played lately, but ended with draw result on penalty shoots Manchester City was brilliant because they know much better how to control the nervous at that stage.

Manchester city was better only on the second half especially after most of their ace player gets into the field like aguero and such however the first half was dominated by dortmund. It is obvious that there is a large power gap between their substitions and their main squad on manchester city which means injury will be fatal for them

Im just wondering what is actually the minimum number of bitcoin invested on this project to provide you guys with ideal financial to deliver everything that you guys promised on the OP?Obviously the larger the better however there should be atleast an ideal amount for this project somehow
2235  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: July 26, 2016, 03:52:28 PM
different governments have different view about bitcoin. some states consider it as illegal currency. while other have consider it a legal currency and they are allowing every act of bitcoin in their state even they are looking for to apply tax of Bitcoin. but some state have yet not statement about bitcoin they neither consider it as a legal or illegal currency.

So far I think no country has declared it as a "legal currency" they dont declare it as something illegal but it is something legal, in general bitcoin is considered as goods or thing instead of currency. If there is a currency that truly acknowledge bitcoin being a legal currency than that country will be taking it as one of the country's payment method
2236  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: July 26, 2016, 03:49:36 PM
in present time as most of the people have no idea about bitcon. so many people are still there who have yet not hear the name of bitcoin so they have only one choice and that is the fiat currency.

It will never be possible even if we had a thousand years to go, no government in this country will be willing to give up their fiat to be in place of bitcoin unless the country's economy has gone down to a level of insanity just like greece but then there is always other options besides using bitcoin
2237  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: July 25, 2016, 05:38:54 PM
Bitcoin allows you to purchase anything without any delay

This is not correct at all because you cant purchase anything with bitcoin or should I say that you can only purchase "anything" only if people decided to accept bitcoin otherwise you will need someone to swap their cash for your bitcoin and purchase it with fiat , thats of course got some delay in it
2238  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: July 25, 2016, 05:33:02 PM
If you use fiat in your daily life like most of the world, then it does not matter you believe in it or not. because it remains as a fact that fiat means the most trusted money payment nowadays.

Fiat is not the trusted kind of payment nowadays , I corrected your sentences because it doesnt make sense at all. Fiat is much more convenience in your daily life that is all, although it is not really convenience if you are going to purchase something overbroad, it will be too much of work of course
2239  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: July 25, 2016, 05:21:27 PM
This is according to some charts:

Gold 30 days - UP 4.35%
Gold 6 months - UP 20.59%

That's not bad at all if you ask me.

Silver isn't the main subject of this thread, but here the silver movements just to compare:

Silver 30 days - UP 13.59%
Silver 6 months - UP 39.98%

Silver usually follows gold (unless being manipulated in "solo" mode) while gold itself has strong negative correlation with USDX. Now when USDX seems to be on the rise, we could expect gold to decline somewhat in value...

Provided the US dollar continues its rally, of course (which is mostly due to Brexit and the hype thereof)

Its kinda interesting to know this but Does anyone hold those power to manipulate silver? as far as I know there is no one or a group that could manipulate silver as of now, it needs a whole country against another country if someone wants silver to be manipulated which in this case is not possible at all .
2240  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: July 25, 2016, 05:19:15 PM
If you see a promising and rare opportunity or have a good plan and resources to implement, it is important to give a try.
But you should not put everything in it. It's always good to save money, you never know when you'll need it.

The saying of never put all of your eggs in one basket is actually a reflection on wether people should be choosing saving or investment. The saying teaches us not to put everything on one side but rather to diversify it, this will limit the variances from each sides so it kinda protects you as well
