Yeah with bitcoin we have control on our money and its accessible to us 24/7 and we can use it or withdraw it whenever we want and its best investment for future too. yeah i agree, in my country i can use bitcoin to pay for electricity bills, water bills, internet bills and many more without converting it to flag money, my bitcoin wallet is responsible for converting it to flat money so less hassle for me when paying my bills. |

I keep hearing people say this or that year will be the year of Bitcoin. So far nothing really special has happened. For me personally each year is the year of Bitcoin as the adoption is increasing. I will not sell a single Satoshi untill we reach $700 at some point. If it takes 1 year then it takes 1 year. If it takes 2 years then it takes 2 years. I have enough patience. that patience will someday reward you with a nice $$, i know some people that are waiting for bitcoin to hit 1000$ before selling, as for me i sell bitcoin when i have enough profit, and will buy again to hold until it profit again, my bitcoin cycle  |

Just wondering when everyone buys bitcoin, weekly, monthly or just on the falls? thinking of setting up something regular to ride out the waves.....  i buy bitcoin everytime i sold my stocks, buy and sell bitcoin is very profitable , just know the right timing when to sell and when to buy and also you need patience on holding your bitcoin or selling it. |

yeah maybe, as of now the bitcoin user population are getting many everyday, i saw in bitcoin facebook page that lots of new comers are asking how to get btc, where to invest, and many more, and there are some stores now that accept bitcoin, someday even our bank will use bitcoin when everyone demands it

I will sell some of my coins when it reaches to $500 mark as that would be good price to sell and make some profits and I am sure many people are waiting for that price.
Its good to not sell any coins around this time better hold that use it and make profit at the time of halving. The value is not that worth enough to sell it, its better to wait and the halving is also coming and that will be pretty good for Bitcoin but still hard to predict for what is going to happen.... Holding till halving can be profitable and I am not worried about the price at halving, I have patience to hold it long I will only sell when it reaches to $1k. thats the attitude every bitcoin user need, the patience of waiting til you see the right time to manipulate your coins again , and get the most of the opportunity to get profit from it. we have almost the same idea when it comes of holding bitcoin |

Because we are waiting for the right time to sell it. Everybody is waiting for the halving, and because of halving bitcoin will definitely increased the price of bitcoin.. From 450 as of now, it will be doubled when halving starts.

No I do not spend them actively these days because the fact is that the halving is coming and it most likely will be good for sure without any doubts.

Me? I do have a day job and I consider bitcoin as my side job. I don't want to lose that another source of income just because bitcoin is awesome.
for me doing both is fine, i get salary every month from my daily work, and i got a chance to increase my savings because of trading currency using bitcoins , so i will keep my job, and do bitcoin in my free time. |

Every time, for as long as I remember, that I go on bitcointalk, everyone keeps posting "BTC IS DEAD" "SELL" etc... And then a few Sr/Hero members come and explain how thats wrong.
I just don't get it.
Aren't we used to the price fluctuating by now? Whats with all the crying/moaning about price bubbles, crashing, inflations, Russia, China blablablablablablaaaaa!
Jeez... Do some research before posting, I saw one post which got LOADS of attention, yet the first post was done by paint, with an unlabelled graph which showed wrong data!
This is getting to the point where we are affecting newer members or gullible people into selling/dumping all their coins instead of keeping them. I mean when I come on the forum, I see that its crashing, why would I buy in?
I think we need to stop giving the panicking people attention and focus more on positive sides.
they are just scared, you are right they need to do some research first before posting unproven story, because some people who doesnt do research will believe them also and it will make them look away from bitcoin. |

Yes if there's no new coin that will outstrip cause we dont know how future works. There might be a new altcoin that will replace bitcoin. But hoping that this will be the future currency would bring a bloody war first cause government doesn't want an anonymous and a money that cant be manipulated. you will not get hurt if you try to believe in bitcoin and in other alt coin that has a potential, bitcoin is very powerful crpto-currency that is easy to use for transaction, someday bitcoin will be use by most people |

You can read the title, obviously he's asking about fiat money. of fiat money better investment in bitcoin then hold for halving. it depends on your will if you just want to keep and are afraid to risk then it is better not to go into investment because all investments particularly at risk. if you people who loved the challenge and wants a big profit. then it would be advisable to invest in bitcoin in addition to trade bitcoin. you can also grow bitcoin in many ways This is a double benefit I agree if you dont want to lose money their you can just saved it and wait for the right time but tge problem their is your money will not multiply and for the past years comes its in the same amount, while if you invest it you can earn money although it has a risk for losing money but theirs risk everywhere risk made us cautious so we can avoid danger and yet if we risk we can earn. Saving is a bad idea if you put your money in the bank as it can be affected by inflation, you don't need to do that actually because with the advent of bitcoins we can save and invest in our own wallet at the same time. agree, saving money is a not an option, invest your money instead of saving it if you want to see it grow from time to time, make sure you read the company background first before investing money/btc to it. |

this is not realistic, if you want to get rich, find a high paying job then save all your salary, then after decades of working , and if you think you have collected alot of money from your salary you should start a business, its risky but you need to think very carefully of the business you want to do (this is more realistic than your first suggestion ) |
