22201  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Even More Countries Mock Trump With Wickedly Funny Parody Videos on: February 10, 2017, 04:07:49 PM
The elephant keeps walking as the dogs keep barking. I don't think that Trump will be bothered by any of these loonies. My simple advice for them would be to concentrate on their countries first, before meddling in the internal affairs of the US.
I don't agree with you. Trump is in any way interested in the opinions of others. He's a narcissist and he needs others to admire him. It has his vanity. In addition, Europe is an ally of America and lose it no one wants.

Trump understands the need to ignore harmful opinions from those who act like friends. He may be a narcissist, but he knows what is the best for the American citizens. And till now, he hasn't caused any damage to the US-EU relations, and he is not interested in damaging the relations anytime in the near future.
22202  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think in the future on DONALD TRUMP in his term of presidency ? on: February 10, 2017, 04:04:25 PM
"The Constitution gives the House of Representatives the right to impeach the president. Impeachment means that a charge of misconduct is filed against the president. A majority of the members of the House must vote for these charges in order to impeach the president."
The House is also Red, making impeachment even more impossible.

Any republican legislator who is even remotely supporting the impeachment proceedings will be treated like a mad dog by the grassroots GOP supporters. The majority of the GOP rank and file voted for Trump not because they were especially fond of him, but because of the pending SCOTUS vacancies. If Trump is impeached and the successor Democrat president nominates ultra-liberal nominees like Kagan and Sotomayor, then there will be a bloodbath within the GOP.
Trump once again in another scandal. He stood up for the daughter whose designer clothes refused to sell. Now, the Commission on ethics of civil servants. The principle seems to Trump a day without scandal.

Are you sure that when Bill Clinton was the president, he didn't exerted pressure on the business leaders so that his wife daughter could get business? Trump is not surviving on revenues from Ivanka's cloth sales. Just admit it and move on.
22203  Economy / Economics / Re: Long term OIL on: February 09, 2017, 05:19:55 PM
On the other hand, Russia was rumored to have been secretly buying Iranian oil previously and then reselling it as their own to European countries. Why couldn't they do it all over again?

After all, the US has no access to the Caspian Sea to check that trade (unlike the Persian Gulf)

This is the first time I am hearing about it. How can Iran smuggle oil to Russia, when dozens of American military satellites are scanning every square inch of the Russo-Iranian border? Also, I don't think that Russia will take the risk of dishonoring the UN sanctions.
22204  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 09, 2017, 05:16:15 PM
if one million dollar only buy bitcoin is danger investment

If you have 1 million follar, you could purchase around 900 btc or more with the current price and could you imagine what you can do after that? You can go back selling it because by purchasing 900+ btc you are already pushing its price up therefore that means you are already getting profit from the speculation that you have done

No... your calculations are wrong. If you want to purchase BTC900 in one go, then you need to buy them at a considerable premium to the prevailing exchange rate. Also, if you are dumping the same amount of coins suddenly, then you will get a rate which is lower than the market rate.
22205  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski sides with Democrats in the Senate voting on: February 09, 2017, 05:12:49 PM
If politicians just voted the party line, what's the point in voting for them? They literally serve no purpose if they don't use some independent thought and cognitive thinking about whether the impact of the vote will benefit the electorate in their district.

I think you miss the point of Democracy, son. What you're looking for is a dictatorship that changes direction every 4-8 years.

By the way, DeVos still won, so what's the problem?

Does this independent thought and cognitive thinking exist only among the Republicans? We very rarely see any of the Democrat senators or House members voting for the measures introduced by the GOP.
22206  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump first action as a president: attack abortion right on: February 09, 2017, 05:10:23 PM
However  if you are a Catholic life is really valuable more than anyrhing else

Is that the reason why Catholic nations such as Poland and Italy are having some of the lowest birth rates in the planet? I think that the fertility rate in Italy is somewhere around 1.2, when compared to 1.8 in Belarus.
22207  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Vladimir Putin wants an apology from Fox News on: February 09, 2017, 05:08:25 PM
he is less a murderer than a US president, at least thats my opinion, how many people die for misil launching ordered by US in middle east? is it a lie that they create ISIS? so?

The total (direct and indirect) death toll in Iraq crossed the one million many years back. And I am not even considering the hundreds of thousands of children, who died as a result of the US embargoes and sanctions while Saddam was in power.
22208  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Saudi diplomat sentenced to caning in Singapore for sexual abuse on: February 09, 2017, 05:04:04 PM
Unfortunately most countries have immunity on diplomats that's why some diplomats abuse it. Most cases, they're just sent back to their home country. Good thing that this didn't happened to Singaporean government and i salute them for teaching a lesson to this diplomat.

Perhaps that is the reason why Singapore is having one of the lowest crime rates in the world, despite its location in South-east Asia. Also, we should remember that Singapore is a multi-cultural nation and a melting pot for immigrants.
22209  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who will win WW3? on: February 09, 2017, 05:00:23 PM
Long time ago I heard the best answer to this question.
We don't know who will win WW3 but we know how we will fight in WW4. With stones and sticks.
So, you better hope that WW3 will never happen or we will see the end of our civilization.
Nobody can win WW3.

One of the reasons why Hillary Clinton lost the POTUS 2016 elections was that some of her supporters expected her to trigger a WW3. The statement by Dr. Jill Stein went viral in the social media. It cost her a lot of votes from the left-leaning youth.
22210  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What would happen if ALL countries's borders were taken away tomorrow? on: February 09, 2017, 04:58:20 PM
Opening borders can potentially help but also potentially be dangerous for country. That's why we need laws and restrictions to prevent this. And by restriction, the right kind not totally flushing out immigrants. They still help out with the economy as long as they are given the right treatment.

How can be the illegal immigrants be of any help to the economy? They don't pay any taxes, and they create extreme strain on the welfare budget. On top of that they will make the native workers jobless.
22211  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump: safe zones for syria; imminent us-russian war? on: February 09, 2017, 04:56:52 PM

Never Trump and Putin do not get along with each other. America's interests do not coincide with the interests of Russia. How tiger can get along with the kid? It is not possible. Russia is an enemy of America.

If Russia and the U.S. both have the goal of remaining sovereign and independent nations (or re-achieving that mode as the case may be) then they do have interests which coincide.  If there are 'Davos Man' type people and groups who seek to integrate the two nations...or get them to mutually destroy one another for strategic reasons...then the two nations might recognize a common enemy.

As far as I can see, most of the rivalry between Russia and the United States is caused as a result of inflammatory rhetoric from the politicians from both sides. I am not just referring to the American politicians such as John McCain and Hillary Clinton, but also to the Russian extremists, such as Vladimir Zhirinovsky and Alexander Belov.
22212  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are terrorists only muslim in religion? on: February 09, 2017, 04:51:42 PM
It's not about islam as a religion, geography has to do a lot more with that than just a religion.

It has nothing to do with geography. The Islamic terrorism transcends geographic boundaries. We have recorded Islamic extremism in all the inhabited continents, with the incidence directly proportional to the percentage of the Muslims.
22213  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who will win WW3? on: February 09, 2017, 03:33:13 PM
It seems to me that if the war will be without the use of nuclear weapons. Russia does a soap bubble which is not able to fight, and China has the technology much worse than the Western countries. Think will win the West.

You are mistaken. The Russian defense technology is one of the best in the world, if not the topmost. And whatever disadvantages China is having in technology, they overcome it by plagiarizing the Russian equipment, and using their huge manpower resources.
22214  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump: safe zones for syria; imminent us-russian war? on: February 09, 2017, 03:30:30 PM
Never Trump and Putin do not get along with each other.

Well.... don't use the word "never". Always there will be some sector, in which two persons can have joint interests. For example, both Trump and Putin are interested in the eradication of the ISIS. So for now, they can simply ignore the issues in which they are against each other, and concentrate on these issues.
22215  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Brazils Purge, disarmed civilians being slaughtered in the streets. on: February 09, 2017, 03:28:13 PM
That reminds me of Serbia right now with it's upcoming elections. Vucic that's been the prime minister for 4 years now, has been speaking about 10 years earlier how everything will change in the next 2-3 years if he's still a PM.. first it was 2014, then 2016, then 2017, now he want's us to elect him again so he can fix the country in the next year or two. Cheesy

Well someone has something out of that situation in Brazil as long as it's going that way. Corruption is the worst thing that can happen to one country.

Vucic is doing whatever he can, to improve the situation. The major issue is that many of the rivals of Serbia (such as Croatia and Slovenia) enjoy a good relationship with the EU super-powers. That makes it extremely hard for Serbia to get additional concessions from the Union.
22216  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Even More Countries Mock Trump With Wickedly Funny Parody Videos on: February 09, 2017, 03:24:53 PM
Trump will continue going down his list of priorities and he will deliver on the promises he made to the people of the USA.

The media will get even more restless, as they are handed out one defeat after the other. Look at the appointment of Jeff Sessions. The Dems were hoping for a NO vote from some of the RINOs. In the end, the RINOs stayed loyal, and one of the DINOs jumped the ship.

22218  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War III ? on: February 09, 2017, 03:17:39 PM
Whoever started it, World War III will happen. It is now the battle has not occurred throughout the world, but most of the country is now at war. Unlike what happened in Ukraine and Russia now. And in countries such as the Middle East like Israel and Palestine, or also the case in Syria, the War had occurred there. So the future is not likely war would spread throughout the world.

After losing the most productive and the best of their populations during the WW1 and WW2, the western nations seems to have realized the importance of staying away from needless conflicts. Now they are using proxies to fight on their behalf.
22219  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: February 09, 2017, 03:15:06 PM
I don't believe in a drug free place, it just gets moved to a more underground state and in smaller numbers, governments can squash it but it just pops up like a bad spot that won't go away, you cant fight what is normal imo !

That is the problem. Already the drug trade is underground. The latest crackdown will send it many layers below, to the deep-underground. It will be extremely hard for the NGOs and the charities to monitor the drug users. The incidence of HIV and deaths due to overdose are going to rise.
22220  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What would happen if ALL countries's borders were taken away tomorrow? on: February 09, 2017, 03:12:55 PM
We will still have ours...

And that idiot Turnbull is doing his best to import as many Muslims as possible. I am glad that Trump gave him a mouthful, and refused to give refugee status to any of the immigrants who ended up in Australia.
