Such a nice rebound in price tonight  Cheesy seems the mention of E betting along with the devs very nice examples of the format is exciting investors and it should. And we're just getting started. And yes this is happening without anon lol

still far from what the real value shoul d be, and from what we were before(3k)...this coin deserve 10k NOW

the price is garbage vs the reward, the block reward for this is really bad, it make instaminer even more of instaminer...

now i undertstand the darkcoin trash what was about...

22386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MIN] Minerals - POS. Fair Distribution Cryptocurrency on: June 27, 2014, 09:28:09 PM
Interesting concepts. The in-wallet betting would be amazing but I assume it would be much harder to pull off development-wise. Would it be viable to have both options, both the web based one and the wallet integrated one some time down the road? I would say launch the web based betting platform first if anything, and then move on to the in-wallet system if there is demand for it.

Truth be told, both models are web based Smiley The one that's in wallet is just a web page that is opened in a frame. We thought about integrating it to the wallet completely but it would take more time and effort. We'll keep it as frame for now and see how it goes
Simply ingenious! I love it!  Cheesy
And profesional too even Blizzard himself does this kind of tricks Cheesy

what if he is a blizzard employer lmao

how to mine qbit with cudaminer

Cudaminer didn't support qubit. I use sgminer.

sgminer.exe -k qubitcoin -I 18 -o http://127.0.0.1:7755 -u solouser -p solopass

It works for me.

mmh , i can't then, i removed my amd card, i'm nvidia only now  Grin

Me too. I was wonder that sgminer works with nvidia! Try it.
But I can't tell you where I downloaded sgminer. I just don't remember. If you want I can upload my.

i don't think i missed too much here, this is not exactly a good coin, even if you instamine
22388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BritCoin] Launched Today!! - x13 PoW+PoS Hybrid with no IPO [BRIT] on: June 27, 2014, 08:01:51 PM
instamine could have been avoided if planned proper..
Good to see some big hashes... Go Brits go..

you know that someone who rent 1 giga and mine at diff 1 or 10 or even 100, is like someone who mine with one gpu but at diff 0.001/0.01 ecc..

this mean that everyone with a big rent is actually instamining

I don't mind so much when this happens. If they dump it badly they give everyone else the chance to buy in cheap. If they dump smart they make a profit over time and don't affect the market of the coin too badly. And if they hold instead of dumping they artificially tighten the supply, which given fixed demand creates upward pressure on price.

my point was, that all coins are actually instamined, in one way or another

can you change the launch time, 1 hour ahead is enough

Highly profitable right now!!

uh? not really, the gpu miner come too late, diff is 287

Now it is very hard.

diff too high, not minable with cpu, you need gpu, and even then is too high lol

Diff is different in qubit land. I was able to solomine some blocks with a modest rig when diff was around 800.

forgot about that, how many hash with one card?

it works  Grin (good luck compiling though...)
(in my first attemp the two uint32 wasn't in the right order...)

gpu usage stable around 78 (not good but better than yesterday)
speed: 2.9Mhash/s (2 instance gives between 3-3.2MHash/s) with the killer groestl version.

I will release as is (meaning it runs with -a x13... adding new option, is clearly the part I hate... and I don't know well ccminer interface)

(less than 5minutes of change over 3 hours of compilation  Roll Eyes )

you just added the two .c/.cu file and changed two line of code?

what is your ping?

8 ms to google.com

well not much of a difference, your secret is that you are here 1 sec after launch and maybe you sync in 1 sec too because of ramdisk, i don't think is the ping my problem, 20ms is good enough

btw what the best free utility for ramdisk, i want to try it

Believe me it is about ping. I have 5ms to google but probably a lot more to the seednode of the coin. That is what really matters, and mostly it is about luck. If your physical location is closer to the node your ping is less. I started mining when 10 blocks were mined on network and got only orphans and rejects

maybe you have a bad hash, because with my rig of 6 750 ti i've found 4 block from diff 0.06 and my ping is 20ms....

if i would have started at 10 block, i would have probably ended with 100 blocks

So ping between the node and the miner is pretty important.

It is VERY important. I had no luck many times from Dec 2013 with new coins.
New provider is very good. I very like it.

what is your ping? i'm at 20ms now
