One month have passed and still no way to log in with Twitter any more and logging with email leads me to a new and empty account. I have managed to log in with a link received by email but all I find inside is that the Campaign 1 has finished - and I never had a chance to insert my wallet there.

I have been contributing to your bounty campaign for a while in the past weeks, and I was login into your portal with my Twitter account @Crypto_robert
but then it has happened that Twitter has locked my Twitter account for no clear reason and now I cannot log into the protal any more. I have reached already the Silver level there, but I haven't input my Xaya wallet yet. So what could I do now?
Your (locked) Twitter account should normally not be the reason, why you can't log into the portal. With portal I guess you mean the widget on xaya.io. By clicking sign in, you will have to put your email address in and will get a sign back in link via email. This should work even with your Twitter account locked. You can then put your CHI address in to the widget. In fact I have then signed up with my email but is seems to be another account, I didn't find trace of my bounties and the silver level, all the bounties are still to be earned. One month have passed and I didn't get any support from the team, still no way to log in with Twitter any more and logging with email leads me to a new and empty account. So all efforts and my bounty contribution of August-September have been lost - so obviously I have stopped my activity of promoting Xaya. I thought your system was cool, now I have changed my mind if it allows the rewards of the efforts of people contributing to vanish so easily. You always had to register for the Refereum Growth Engine with your email - it was not possible to register for it with your Twitter account   |

ich hab ein kleines problem ich hab de sneueste wallet runtergeladen dieses trinity wallet von iota.
jetzt will ich da meine seed eingeben die ist aber 1 zeichen zu lang des wallet nimmt nur sedd,s mit 81 zeichen meine hat aber 82
mus sich ihrgendwie meine seed ändern in der wallet oder was muss ich tuen um das neues wallet zu benutzen?
Lass einfach das 82. Zeichen deines Seeds weg, logge dich ein und schaue, ob du im richtigen Seed bist. Falls der Seed eh leer ist, machst vielleicht einfach einen neuen. |

und erhalten die einzelnen projekte eigentlich (beim ICO) die daten vom KYC prozess?
oder sind die "nur" beim KYC anbieter verspeichert und das projekt selbst erhält nur ein "der kunde ist OK oder nicht OK"?
Ich kann hier für Xaya sprechen, die KYC mit einem Drittanbieter gemacht haben - dort hat das Team keinerlei Daten erhalten, es sei denn, KYC failed. Und so sollte es bei jedem seriösen KYC Drittanbieter sein. Und jedes seriöse Projekt sollte KYC auch über einen Drittanbieter machen. |

Manchmal ist die Kostenbasis aber auch bisschen fragwürdig  Ignis z.B. wird bei mir mit $10,x Kostenbasis gerechnet, dort war Ignis mal in den kühnsten Träumen von einigen, aber nie in Wirklichkeit: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/ignis/Hab die Ignis dann irgendwann verkauft und aufgrund der hohen Kostenbasis extrem hohe Verluste laut cointracking gemacht, was ja nicht der Wirklichkeit entspricht (und für die Steuer relevant ist). Zu welchem Zeitpunkt war das? Hast du dann die Asset Werte selbst angepasst oder wie bist du verfahren? Hab einen Eintrag für den 01.01.2018 erstellt, da wurden die Ignis wohl noch als IOU token zu utopischen Preisen gehandelt laut coinmarketcap. Habe es jetzt erstmal als Einzahlung gebucht, damit Kostenbasis 0,- ist - liegt dann zwar kein passender Kauf vor, aber was solls. Und die Kostenbasis sollte hier auch null sein (wenn man für snapshot NXT Ignis bekommen hat), da die Anschaffung nichts gekostet hat. Die logischste Variante hier bei Ignis wäre, dass die gekauften NXT als Kostenbasis herangezogen werden, aber man kann es halt auch übertreiben  |
