2241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 02, 2022, 02:38:03 PM
Many think Borussia Dortmund will beat RB Leipzig today, but why are the odds the same? In the history of personal matches, RB Leipzig have won only three times out of 12 games, i.e. roughly every fourth game. I don't know how strong RB Leipzig are right now, but I also think Borussia Dortmund should win this game.
2242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: April 02, 2022, 10:38:19 AM
Villarreal, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid should all win tonight. All but Real Madrid need to pick up points to move up in the standings. Villarreal, for example, can compete with Real Sociedad for a place in the Euroleague. Atletico Madrid could overtake Barcelona, but if they do, it is likely to be short-lived.
2243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH going PoS is a huge mistake on: April 01, 2022, 06:16:50 PM
I don't think it's a mistake, but a smart move to make rich people even richer. Especially without the influence of miners it will become easy for those who have a lot of coins. I think Ethereum's move to POS algorithm is the scam of the century. It's a game for the big whales that all the miners will fall away from. There has been talk of centralisation or decentralisation between POW or POS for a long time and so far many are in favour of POW projects which are more decentralised.
2244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we just going around in circles? on: April 01, 2022, 03:39:58 PM
The market definitely has cycles and all new hypes are repeating what has gone before. For example, a new trend now is NFT, which is the same thing as ICOs were before. Defi and metaverces also appeared in this cycle. Most likely in a few years there will be copies of these events, just in a new wrapper. Even the new super fast Solana was once Stellar or EOS. Just like new hypes, the market just goes up and down. Now, for example, we are entering a new growth phase.
2245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: April 01, 2022, 01:57:13 PM
Manchester City are likely to beat Atletico Madrid at home and try not to concede away in Madrid. I think there is no doubt that Atletico will not go through to the next round. Benfica against Liverpool can be left out of the commentary. Benfica have already peaked this season, after Liverpool they will end their participation in the Champions League. The most interesting matches are Chelsea against Real Madrid. The Madrid look stronger, but it is very difficult to predict who will win. Bayern against Villarreal is also not hard to guess who will be the winner.
2246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia Sanctions Will Spur the Adoption of Crypto and Reduce USD Dominance - IMF on: April 01, 2022, 06:58:59 AM
Europe is not yet paying for gas in rubles, but Putin insists that it is, otherwise gas supplies to such countries will be cut off. But the payment mechanism is not quite clear to me. Countries will still pay for gas supplies in dollars or euros, simply exchanging them into roubles at the central bank rate and then making the transaction in roubles. I don't know how this would negatively affect the dollar in particular. But in general I agree that the dominance of the dollar should fall in the current world situation.
2247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 31, 2022, 02:53:57 PM
Union Berlin will host Koln  tomorrow. Both teams are evenly matched and have almost the same number of points in the standings, but Koln need to win this game to try and qualify for the Eurocup zone. But Koln have not been playing well away recently, so it's going to be a tough game.
2248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 31, 2022, 11:19:31 AM
I think the Italian Seria A standing shows that, the league is still open for clubs like, Ac Milan, Napoli, Inter Milan and Juventus, it's seven points between Ac Milan and Juventus and I believe if Ac Milan don't take there games too seriously, they'll definitely slide down the top spot.

Roma and Atalanta shares the same points at the moment, they should be rooting for the Europa league competition next season, coz the too four is choked up.
I think Lazio can fight for a chance to qualify for the Europa League because they are not far behind Atalanta and Roma. But Atalanta have one less game than Roma and Lazio, so for now they have a better chance of qualifying for Europa League. Moreover, Roma have been playing worse recently. There are not many games left, and any mistake for Roma or Atalanta could be fatal.
2249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Opera integrates Bitcoin in there Browser on: March 30, 2022, 03:33:19 PM
I recently tried to install the Opera browser to test out their free VPN, which was supposed to be installed in the browser by default. But then it turned out that this feature was not available in my country, and I had to additionally deal with commands within the files. After that, the VPN still didn't appear, so I decided not to try any further and uninstalled Opera. If the same manipulation is needed with the web wallet, I will definitely avoid it. And I agree with those who already said that such wallets are very insecure for holding your coins.
2250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How good is staking coins? on: March 30, 2022, 01:10:08 PM
Staking is good for a coin or token if it’s real use cases, fundamentals and demands are great along with it’s high liquidity, team with great reputation and great trading volume. Like AXS for example, it is one of those coins that are worth to stake regardless of the price.

Right now, I am staking KOMs (Kommunitas) for me to be eligible for participating in IKO (Initial KOMmunity Offering) campaigns as well as being bullish about it’s future due to their social engagement burning and their continuous token burning. I’ve just ended my 3-month staking with them and planning to renew it.
It seems to me that staking is utopia, at least in the long term. One of the older POS coins, DASH, can be taken as an example. Those people who have been staking it by buying it at high prices are very unlucky. I think all POS coins end up with the same story. Now it is possible to stake ATOM to get bonuses from other projects, but looking at history of other coins I don't have confidence in getting profit from it.
2251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 30, 2022, 10:37:53 AM
Watching the American qualifications I can say that Brazilians have very, very good results. Out of 17 games, they have won 14 and drawn only 3. Argentina drew with Ecuador yesterday and are even further away from Brazil in the standings. The Brazilians are probably very serious about becoming world champions this year.
2252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 30, 2022, 06:47:02 AM
Portugal has done its job very well. Pity Ronaldo couldn't score a single goal but Fernandes did a double. But most of all I am amazed that Poland finally managed to beat Sweden. The chances were about equal, but even Zlatan Ibrahimovic couldn't save his team. I thought the Swedes would score at least one goal.
2253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 29, 2022, 07:31:20 PM
Based on the first half, North Macedonia will not win this game, although they are not playing badly, but Portugal have many dangerous chances. Ronaldo and Jota are constantly taking dangerous shots. I think the game will be even tougher for North Macedonia in the second half. But it would be interesting if they can draw the score.
2254  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Breakout on: March 29, 2022, 06:29:54 PM
Many are now talking about the 50k resistance, which bitcoin should break soon, but it may not happen at the first try or it may not happen at all. Today bitcoin hit 48k and almost immediately rolled back to 47k. So now we have a resistance around 48k, which we need to pass before we can talk about 50k. But I also think April should be bullish.
2255  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin reaches maximum, target $80K BTC on: March 29, 2022, 05:46:06 PM
Very brave reasoning about such a high bitcoin price, especially when you show an hourly price chart. But bitcoin has a lot of resistance on the way to the new ATH, which is not shown on your chart. I think you should listen less to popular traders who are always talking about new highs when the price goes up and burying bitcoin when the price goes down.
2256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 29, 2022, 11:14:32 AM
I don't know what happened to Italy when they lost to Northern Macedonia, but I don't think the Macedonians' luck will be repeated today against Portugal. Although they have repeatedly played unpredictably, beating Germany away and now Italy as well. Maybe Portugal will also lose? But personally, I don't believe it. Otherwise it will be another sensation.

It is still difficult to accept the fact that Italy failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup because they were defeated by North Macedonia. I think
North Macedonia's luck was pretty big against Italy, but it looks like North Macedonia's luck won't be repeated against Portugal. After all,
Portugal saw Italy's defeat as a lesson for them to be more careful when facing North Macedonia. Although most people agree Portugal can beat
North Macedonia, but in football nothing is certain, anything can happen. So even though many people predict Portugal will beat North Macedonia
easily, surprises can still happen, therefore the Portugal vs North Macedonia match is very interesting to watch. We'll see if North Macedonia can survive
by Portugal's attack and take advantage of the counter-attack like they beat Italy, or Portugal could use its players who have good individual skills
to score goals and beat North Macedonia. We will find out the answer in a few hours, because Portugal vs North Macedonia is about to start.

In general, Northern Macedonia did not have a difficult group, with the exception of Germany, which they also managed to beat once, the other opponents were very weak. But the fact that, because of Northern Macedonia, Italy are missing out on the World Cup for the second time, being the current European champion, is really very hard to believe. I'm sure the Portuguese are praying right now.

2258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT Tokens a Good Long Term Investments? on: March 28, 2022, 04:09:05 PM
NFT tokens should be sold as soon as possible, especially if you get it for free. I would not keep such projects for a long time, because this kind of thing appears regularly on various blockchains and the value can go to zero at any time. Probably even crypto punks and apes won't be worth as much over time as they are now.
2259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: March 28, 2022, 05:53:39 AM
Many see the Swedes as favourites, but I think the odds are about the same.  Looking at the personal meetings between these teams, Poland have not beaten Sweden since 1991. In the modern phase, they have hardly ever met, except for the European Championships last year. I think Sweden will win again today, but it could be a draw.
2260  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Breakout on: March 28, 2022, 05:18:32 AM
Yes, bitcoin made a breakout today and if it proves to be true, it could mean a new up cycle has begun. What I like the most is that it is a good new green week and a new monthly candle should appear very soon. Many people, including me, thought that April would be good for cryptocurrencies. I hope that is true.
