A bit of historical research goes a long way, Croatia have been a force to reckon with for many years but I dont speak the language or watch these players so maybe its not well known; where as Brazil is known to everybody so its an overly popular bet plus its a massive country.

I got 5k lottery ticket win from the newsletter spin, pretty lucky for a freebie even if its daily I dont find that happens that often so I feel lucky  Cool

I placed bet for FUN token price this month to stay where it is.   Mostly Im not predicting negative or positive just that crypto has a lot on its plate and its going to take a while for market to chew its way through this whole event news and purely mathematically the data on the chart says price will remain squished, its weighted.   We can and will fight back upwards but imo not substantially enough this month to beat the clock so hopefully its a reasonable bet to guess we remain as we are mostly.   Plus if Im wrong the price went up and I own them, hardly will I be sad at that point Tongue
2242  Economy / Speculation / Re: Generational Buying Period is On-Going on: December 09, 2022, 09:41:34 PM
I wouldnt plan to buy now without also planning to buy in future, expecting or chasing the bottom price is probably not the best behaviour and can end with people giving up just before it does finally turn.    Its possible all of us but especially some of us act irrationally at both market peaks but also market lows too and so we go too far in extremes in both cases.   Price has to drop in some cases in order to service demand, that idea and requirement is more important then people being happy personally about whatever balance sheet they are operating.
Im just glad if BTC continues along its path even if it seems a tortoise  pace rather then the hare sprint some had expected.   I dont have any belief in new highs for 2023, endurance is best policy (maybe also BTC's best feature) imo so buy every year and plan for that I think best.
2243  Economy / Speculation / Re: Capitulation doesn't always mean prices crashing... on: December 08, 2022, 11:26:38 PM
Capitulation is forced selling I guess, its an alignment of common interests and a forced sell to that asset that is most often paying a dollar account like taxes.  Taxes counts as a possible sell event in the calendar year as everyone has a certain date in common where they might sell or cash out an asset to realize any profits.   Usually capitulation happens at the bottom of a market price because the sale occurs even when its not required so afterwards that price is incorrectly too low and it allows many to buy in and keep hold of that position with some confidence.  Its ironic like short positions must eventually end in a buy when closed.
I think we already drifted down the majority of the price so I agree its not always sudden, mostly we've been slow down with often sideways moves.
2244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Proof Of Income Will This Pass on: December 08, 2022, 07:08:08 PM
I dont see that 500 would be an issue they have to pursue, if its millions then maybe its something a company is obliged to check I dont know.   I would hope very much they refrain from harassing normal people from whether they have 500 to spend because thats normal behaviour and criminalizing a population for normal behaviour is pointless.
2245  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin bottom prediction? on: December 08, 2022, 06:35:37 PM
An exact bottom price is not something I'd like to name but we can see points of emphasis like right now the weekly price and monthly average are converging, it suggests to me we will get movement some a resolution between positive bias or a break negatively.
If we can trade past and hold the prior December 5th high then that is a start to indicating positive price action is underway.  This is a really small step we need to confidentially surpass, the bigger move would be to regain 19k and similarly hold then trade above that level using it as support not finding these common price points as resistance or ceilings.
2246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My concern of security when using casino houses. on: December 08, 2022, 10:52:11 AM
I dont think its the casino which is the problem but maybe the area its in is relevant.   Just going into a city center on nights when  its got a bit wild could be inadvisable, you have to judge these things as they go.    Especially true around sports events I think, too many people to control which makes it a bit iffy to be distracted on that night and I would skip.   Most times well over 90% you aren't ever having any trouble, the casino obviously wants customers to have the easiest time arriving.
2247  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is likely to head towards a price of $13,000 on: December 07, 2022, 11:58:53 PM
Its respecting the trend since late November I think though  we have sold off if that point continues to be held and we have support to trade off then BTC should be alot more able to move positively I think.  At present we lack momentum as thats been reset by the last sell.

So about 17k is required presently to call BTC as moving with positive price action but I dont believe it has gained a negative trend just yet.
2248  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: December 07, 2022, 07:38:01 PM

maybe free users will smile seeing this promotion, I only use RP to WOF I don't have enough RP to exchange it into BTC because to exchange it into BTC you have to be at least 100k RP, if only the exchange limit was smaller maybe I would be easier to collect BTC from the result of exchanging RP to BTC compared to exchanging it to WOF

That'd be a benefit of being involved in the premium system from FUN tokens.   Or just generally involved with the website, more active users will gain more RP and spins which allows it to be more liquid in that way.   The whole website  is geared to benefit the more active user with greater cashback or bonuses though anyone can get something;  its a nice feature to give something every hour just by being there but obviously cannot float in entirety as just that.
2249  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: December 07, 2022, 07:59:21 AM
Negatives should be packed into two separate queues, new information, developments and old recycled doubts.    People will doubt more when the price is lower but if its the same deal as could have been true at the higher price amidst much hype then its only a weak will and depth to their involvement or they are speculators and were always due to sell at some point.

We have a test of the recent trend and we'll see if it can hold or quite likely we are to repeat the range probably for the rest of this year.   The market often has to chew over data and event info before processing it, we may just have to go over this all again.
2250  Economy / Speculation / “It's not about how hard you hit Its about how hard you can get hit & keep movin on: December 05, 2022, 11:57:32 PM
Easily possible depending on volatility and momentum development.  BTC can get prices more easily because its so volatile, does it keep them is harder to say.

If this trend on the daily held fast for example then you have 23k occuring Jan maybe earlier.  BTC hasn't yet proven strength just yet, normally we hit our head on the ceiling fall down some and then the real test comes how fast do we get back up.   Watch for the blue line here in 50 day average, to turn upwards and maintain that attitude then we start to aspire to all the prices in the 20's and even beyond perhaps.
2251  Economy / Speculation / Re: The world is not doing well on: December 05, 2022, 10:35:28 PM
Dollar is still weak against real items, if it were actually strong currency the people who hold dollars would benefit from a reduced cost of living but generally all average income populations have become worse off from inflation observed globally.   Its just that Dollar is the least affected, thats how the reserve system works at the moment with a bias towards mostly western currencies.

BTC is priced in dollars but its really not dollar related or reliant so my conclusion is that it can rise in price should demand stay at least level long term.  Clearly we dont keep the bubbly hype levels of demand that was at the top, thats fine I only aspire to the steady gains its had over many years as thats been possibly even more impressive and durable.
2252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Roshtein fake money streamer or not? on: December 05, 2022, 09:59:35 PM
All of these things might be true but people generally watch for the host and the rest is gravy.  They wont stay if they dont like watching that host, there are other similar gambling streams so I think that justifies it mostly though it would be ideal if people were open about all the smoke and mirrors used; a win is still a win as the game odds and chance of a win are observable.
2253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Casino on: December 05, 2022, 06:18:42 PM
Nobody was winning doesnt sound like an especially good idea for a scam, people would soon leave and it wouldnt do very well.    False reports of winning would be the idea to go with I guess and I've seen that done but it wasnt crypto based just a fake website that was hoping to attract deposits and then disappear.   Obviously be careful when new and play on a trial basis, I dont see why anyone needs to bet big when a new player first get comfortable and familiar with the games .

Brazil is one of the best bets generally in worldcup terms I can remember there being so I'd side with them but perhaps some more upsets before the end, it should be diminishing over time as teams are more settled.

Takes a while for it to appear

"Your bets will appear here within 1 hour of being placed."
Also with the pay, it takes some time to clear and correct from 0 to actual pay out which I forgot is a thing.  My time bonus for monthly bet was like an extra 11% I think, fair as I had added to the bet much later also.

England but most likely they will win.
So I took the risk and went ahead with placing the bet.

I mostly prefer the underdog if the odds can give an excuse for the risk at all, I go with that and its more fun to cheer for the impossible victory.
2255  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin December price on: December 04, 2022, 11:57:45 PM
Sideways drift till we break range and then prove the break is solid support by trading above that prior range.  So for all those conditions to get proven in December is not that likely, its a process that takes time like healing broken bones its best not to have impatience for the best heal to occur long term.
We're above weekly average, below monthly at 17.5k aprox. and also 50 day average is in decline, these flags all need to fly the same way for a take off condition otherwise we are somewhat turbulent which is understandable.   Very short term I see we are somewhat positive but I would estimate greater momentum must come into play hence I do think more then just this month for full process.
2256  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mark Mobius Prediction Bitcoin could hit $10k at 2023 on: December 04, 2022, 10:18:37 PM
I know of him for many years, he is quite senior now experienced in emerging markets and commodities I think.   I dont see why he should have a special opinion on BTC or has any personal involvement that I have heard of.   So he is likely making the same type of call others would in very general finance related trends around dollar flows, just like calling Euro strength or any country rising or falling.
I wouldnt dismiss him exactly, his opinion comes from the mainstream and he is correct in saying FTX casts a long shadow in terms of market confidence.  It is true but also thats a private company not BTC itself, someone in crypto screwed up badly is not a new headline its a wild west still so yea be careful do not ever place everything in one place and consider it a safe bet.   Thats also true of some of the worlds largest banks, so the context for BTC to continue to progress and be required is still there and yet 10k can happen sure but its more of a buy then a fear I rate personally.
2257  Economy / Economics / Re: Sonic the Hedgehog Creator Arrested for Alleged Insider Trading on: December 04, 2022, 07:48:18 AM
Not that unknown for rumors to spread on developments but trading while quite closely linked is asking to be caught and punished because you are so obviously part of the news and with prerelease knowledge.  Quite a few with no obvious link probably get away with it, definitely not a perfect system but it was arrogant of him to think others would not track this down.   Quite possibly it was used against him as he fell out with past colleagues, I guess.
Hard not to be arrogant and ego driven when you invented Sonic but also when you have that legacy be grateful for past luck perhaps, try to repeat your inspirations   I understand development is often frustrating and restrained in their creative pursuits.

gold, and silver are three of the better investment

I dont consider commodities as investment without any yield there is no deployment of capital in a working business or a return on revenue from that involvement.   Buying commodities is usually speculation and it has a cost to it usually with some decay factor, its an old trade done for centuries as farmers sell their crops ahead of harvest and other ideas to raise cash.    Its a natural thing to trade but I separate speculation from investment, the reason gold is not higher is this lack of yield I think and probably it will adjust for inflation but only over many years maybe a decade.
BTC is far more liquid but also imo a commodity, global security commodity perhaps but there is no natural yield on that so thas why I come to that conclusion, and it also matches the volatility we see as holding is less favored then other investments.   I only state this so we can better understand the nature of what we trade and these cycles or season to BTC price action.

I can't understand how they lost their opening game to Saudi Arabia.

Jet lag, acclimatization, they are coming from far further away with varied climate.  Lots of good reasons, Saudi Arabia is just around the corner so its nothing to them.  There is some effect in that, anyhow it helps global relations if everyone wins a match I guess.  Helps justify all this giant amount of money spent etc.   Football probably does more for world peace then politics managed in a decade imo
2260  Economy / Speculation / Re: I hope this Bitcoin dip won't be deeper? on: December 03, 2022, 11:04:24 PM
Impossible to say right now but the ominious sign despite current rises in price action is that the 50 day moving average is declining which means be on guard for future resets.  We cannot say if those resets will be deflected and minor in their effect but Im quite certain they will occur and register some negative and selling, makes sense there is a beginning and tail end to any event.
I drew the uptrend at present in at 16.5k and if we cannot maintain that level even under duress then I think we have develop further downwards once again.
