Accumulating (whenever possible) and holding (until proven worong) long term is my strategy. I don't blame traders though, we need them. But if I understood what Bitcoin is about I will not sell my BTC so easily. I feel privileged to own full bitcoins, not decimals, when there is still so much people who would like to buy 1 and they can't afford even 0.1 I know there is speculation and such but I believe in what Bitcoin can do for my financial integrity. I will never be able to transfer wealth to somebody else as I am able to do now if Bitcoin fails (don't start telling me about other coins, I know them). I love watching the charts but Bitcoin does not live in those trend lines  Do you know what I mean? |

I am personally very skeptic about any new Proof-of (put your favourite one here) which is not Proof-of-work when I hear the word Blockchain. Nothing works better then POW in terms of security and reliabilty as we speak. We all know about the pros and cons of POW but here Multiversum is trying to achieve something very challenging. If your ideas will come to reality I think this project could be a top 10 in market cap.

The team will release very soon a first glance of the android app connected to a test network. It's in beta stage now and they are fixing bugs. In days they will release the mobile applications, Android first, iOS after, a test wallet that shows the basic features of the product. The MVP in case of simple soft cap is the coin with the wallet and the infrastructure with Multiversum technology (a real Relational Database Blockchain) and an efficient protocol. Ok Felicisimoii, I see. I am still considering if investing in this or not and having such info makes the difference. You could probably create a post on medium about this to get more people aware about these developments as I see there's a bit of confusion around. |

This is truly disappointing for all of us but until we don't know the answer here we can't say anything about them. Cryptopia is trading an aggregate volume of 1667 BTC as I write and it seems there are many people using it and certainly they are making money from it.
As I stated previously, I'll be more than happy to close this thread soon when we finally get our GBYTE ready for trading again.
We can't say anything about them? Wtf happened to you? Hush money? What they're doing is a point of fact. Confiscating our funds and at the very least, giving us the impression of lost bankrolls for months on end. And more likely at this point, they've straight up robbed us. "We can't say anything about them" is really stupid bro. Their reported volumes mean nothing. If they're on a GOX exit scam, they'll just keep running fake bots on their own exchange until the last possible second. And people like you (the OP of this very thread I might add) are going to believe their numbers and say "we can't say anything." JFC this world is a mess. This drop is brutal though. I bought pretty much at the peak. Around $30 each... Now it is 67% down and even with the airdrops I will not break even.
What do you expect when large bagholders get tons of coins for free? We saw that happening with byteball already. People are greedy, that's it. For those who did not buy a single BTX (cause they have linked their addresses) thiese airdrops will always be a win-win. |

We are going to see a widespread shift of financial instruments onto blockchains. None of this blockchain for dentists - no one gives a shit about that. But definitely blockchain for all sorts of peer to peer lending, insurance and other exotic instruments not even dreamed up yet.
In fact, they are going nuts over any sort of project that can be Blockchained. There are blockchain job titles popping up everywhere. So many unemployed of tomorrow, I wonder what they will work on after all this hype |
