2241  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: February 28, 2016, 05:26:11 PM
My dream is to buy a mobile with my earned btc online, but recently i don't have enough btc to do so, but i hope i will do it in coming time. Smiley
T think we should dream of big things. I would certainly like to buy a trip to the moon with Bitcoins. Could you imagine yourself going to the Moon by paying with Bitcoins? That would be awesome. Its a dream only.
2242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Cryptsy's CEO predicted this would happen. on: February 28, 2016, 05:19:33 PM
According to a Florida divorce court, anyhow. What I'd like to know is how he thought Cryptsy members wouldn't be ticked... http://www.coindesk.com/court-cryptsy-ceo-predicted-exchange-failure/

Yikes - Cryptsy funds diverted to purchase 1.4million property in Florida.  So what happens next?  Is there a class action lawsuit with Cryptsy members?

He also claimed that it would dissolve due to "economic conditions" - I am not understanding what he is talking about, isn't this just poor bookkeeping?
This was to happen. Weeks before disclosing that the digital currency exchange Cryptsy was insolvent, CEO Paul Vernon told a Florida divorce court in a financial affidavit that he expected the operator of the exchange to fail.
2243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BLOCKSTREAM Appreciation Thread on: February 28, 2016, 03:03:37 PM
Well done Block Stream
Blockstream’s core area of innovation is sidechains, a technology focused on improving on the blockchain, the most powerful public utility for distributed trust systems.
2244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: February 28, 2016, 02:53:40 PM
I am waiting for some World T20 matches like again India vs Pakistan and then India vs Australia ( hope it happens ) , I am very certain that it will be India vs some other team in the final, because at the moment India seem like un-beatable.
I also am looking forward for the match between Australia vs South Africa in world cup T20, looks like it will be a contest of pride. I am always fascinated when these two teams are involved separately, now they play against each other, so just curious.
2245  Other / Off-topic / Re: How would you help with bitcoin? on: February 28, 2016, 02:14:36 PM
If you had a lot of money or Bitcoins how would you help Bitcoin/ Bitcoin community/Bitcoin awareness?
Seriously telling I would. I will make some banners in my city and advertise the best possible way I could. But the reality is I do not earn enough to even earn a living for myself so cant even help myself Sad
2246  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: February 28, 2016, 01:58:54 PM
Hello guys,

how many of you are earning for living just with bitcoin based projects? If some of you do, can you contribute what do you do?

currently i am earning some decent amount each month through trading and some additional on the side from participating in a signature campaign. i can't call it earning for a living but i am satisfied with what i am earning which is as a second job/earning thing for me.
Yes I am too really earning a living with bitcoins, I do various small tasks and they all sum up together quite nicely to contribute towards my living. I also wonder whether there is a stand alone method to earn a living from BTC.
Its difficult to earn a living with bitcoins but certainly not impossible, because there are many ways by which we can earn Bitcoins and then we can invest them too. I think if you once earn good amount, you can make a living with its interest only.
2247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do people around you think about Bitcoin ? on: February 28, 2016, 01:20:30 PM
Some people think bitcoin is the best virtual currency to which I agree completely. But some people are shit and when I talk to them and talk about BTC then reach as if I have given them a snake to play lol. Seriously people need to grow up.
2248  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: February 28, 2016, 01:11:46 PM
I bought a hamburger in the burgerking in arnhem, the Netherlands, today! And yes, I paid for it with bitcoin!

Yeah i read something about that on news site.
Very funny that you can pay for your burger with bitcoin. It shows to me there is progress happening which is very good.
Yeah I would wait for something similar to come in my city or country also, really it is a fascinating idea and I would buy two hamburgers instead of one if allowed to pay btc instead of money.
2249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 28, 2016, 08:29:09 AM
Serie A matches result

Empoli 1 - 3 Roma

AS Roma won! nice 2 goals from el-shaarawy.
over 2.5 goals won
both teams t score won

AC Milan 1 - 0 Torino

as usual AC Milan have a specialty as bored game maker with only 1 goal in the match.
under 2.5 goals won
both teams not to score won
I picked AC Milan and Empoli. Because they are strongest team in the series, specially Ac milan is my favorite team. I missed some matches of them but I read all news about them, they are too good enough now. Go ahead guys..
2250  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: February 28, 2016, 07:43:05 AM
Price rise of Bitcoin is better than the interest you earn with a bank. So I would definitely choose Bitcoin wallet.
The price of bitcoins is really better these days, but you cant be sure that its stays that way. Interest you earn with bank may be low but you are sure that the amount is consistent and u will always get the same interest from bank.
2251  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: February 28, 2016, 05:35:27 AM
this year is definitely a very interesting year for bitcoin. so far there has been a hot ongoing debate for block size which is not yet solved, consensus is being reached (a little Smiley ), and there is a big event (halving) on the way which has a lot of speculation with itself.

If we see $1000 at some year ago
i thnk we have big chance to reach $1000 again at this year, maybe $2000  Cheesy

2016 is Year of bitcoin

I am very happy if the price reach $1000 due to halving. I think if the price reach $2000, it is good for the future of bitcoin.

$2000 is to high imo. i'm not sure the price of bitcoin will reach $2000 because halving. Maybe around $500 - $700. Even $500+ i'm happy for that.
At Halving we may reach $1000 bitcoin price, but after that it may come down or may go up, because how many people after selling the coins, are willing to buy again.
After halving bitcoin supply will be very less, it will make value can keep on raise up to 2000$. We will have to wait and see .
2252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin. on: February 28, 2016, 05:11:15 AM
nobody wants to pay

Nobody wants to pay or Nobody wants to pay in Bitcoin?
Yes, nobody wants to pay in bitcoins because they want to save bitcoins and sell it when its price is doubled. Bitcoin is easy to earn.  Thats why most of people these days wants to earn bitcoins but dont wana buy it.
2253  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking to sell 7BTC on: February 28, 2016, 04:52:05 AM
Your rates are good Plus the communication

i just cant understand why people do shit like this

maybe

The love of money is root of all evil but the lack of it still makes you evil

I am looking to buy some bitcoins. If he sells with some discount from market price it would be more possibilities for immediate sell off his bitcoins. Yes, good rate+good communications are better parts of a deal to go complete.
2254  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: February 26, 2016, 08:14:07 PM
For me best thing in bitcoin is we can hold full control of our money. We do not need to trust a third party like bank or something else. Just with a btc wallet. We can do what ever we want to do with a bank and this is best part of bitcoin in my view.
That's right and that what make I love to use bitcoin , no third-party seizure.
Also there is no taxes no matter how much you hold money in bitcoin, government will never ask you to pay task! I love it!
Tax free currency is also a big plus point of bitcoin. I love bitcoin as a digital storage medium of wealth. Easy carrying to anywhere we go, is the another big best of bitcoin.
2255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: February 22, 2016, 01:26:18 PM
I believe gambling can not be profitable even in long run.
It is not at all possible to develop your skills against the bots. May be profitable if you play against another player. You can beat another gambler but not definitely a gambling bot.
You are never playing against a gambling bot lol, rather you are playing against a site whose bankroll is too big to be won and yours is too small to be kept away from loosing. I see people martingale and laugh at them, because they are having small bankroll yet they think they can win the big bankroll of the site.
Very right, but I do not agree with the second part. See gambling is all luck based thing and hence if you are lucky and doing martingale you may end up winning good part of site's bankroll. So, nothing as bad in that from my point of view.
2256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best BTC casinos? on: February 22, 2016, 01:06:22 PM
I have played on many casino sites but the best one I have ever came across is bitcasino.io or something like that, I played a lot of live dealer games and was having a feeling as if games played in front of my eyes.
2257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: February 22, 2016, 12:57:28 PM
For some reason I heard it as Gambling for Food lol Tongue . I think quitting gambling is not going to happen unless you really want to leave it. You have t think again how badly it has affected your life, your thoughts and your nature.
2258  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: February 22, 2016, 12:06:13 PM
Gun control is very important in any society and poses a risk if appropriate measures are not taken against who is not eligible to actually own a gun.
A license should be issued to the holder and full details should be noted and under no circumstances should any gun fall into the wrong hands. In my opinion guns are not needed for any civilians.
2259  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: February 22, 2016, 11:58:49 AM
introdice her how bitcoin work, ask her to download bitcoin, then send 10btc to her address, after you can give some reference how to spend it  Roll Eyes
Yes true that women believe in and are interested in bitcoin enough for her interested in using bitcoin.
If she had been interested she'll try to use bitcoin.
LOL if you will give her 10 BTC I think she will come with different names to get the 10BTC from you everytime. Jokes apart, I think the best thing to introduce bitcoins to women is by telling them the uses of bitcoins and the ease to use.
yes explaining the advantages and potential of bitcoin ecosystem will attract any human regardless of their gender. But making them to start listening is the preliminary challenge always.
2260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin. on: February 22, 2016, 11:48:48 AM
To be honest, storing bitcoins is not good but most of us do that. We should share bitcoins among the ones we know not for free, we must try to use it as real money. I myself store some but never stock too much for too long.
