I don't believe that barcelona have somehow been able to sign 7 new players this season even though some of them are free transfers. Obviously I think Real Madrid should be wary of them because actually this season Barcelona have great potential to win the title.

I don't know what real reason Ancelotti has about why not many players have been signed this season while some good players have left now. We lost Casemiro and a few others, but somehow the president and Ancelotti can relax seeing Barcelona go crazy with his transfer.
2242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: September 01, 2022, 11:20:22 AM
If you look at the results of last season's match in the Premier League between Manchester United versus Leicester City, it is clear that Leicester City is far superior to Manchester United because Leicester City were able to win twice over Manchester United and draw once.
Likewise with this season where Leicester City was able to play in a draw with Manchester United and Manchester United's task for this season is to beat Leicester City with passion and hard work that can give satisfactory results because Leicester City also won in the FA Cup last year over Manchester United. So it's not an easy game for Manchester United.
It's true that in the last few seasons Manchester United had problems against Leicester City, but I think this season will definitely be different. Manchester United have recruited several new players who can increase the strength of their team both in defense and attack.

Manchester United's performance has improved in the last two matches where they have now collected 6 points in 4 matches. Then the game against Leicester City should be another proof that this improvement can help them compete in the standings this season. Two early defeats against Brighton and Brentford have paid off with wins against Liverpool and Southampton. So now Manchester United will be looking for a third win.
2243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to Know the right crypto project to invest in on: August 31, 2022, 09:07:57 PM
As you said with so many crypto projects flooding in, it is really hard to choose the right projects to invest in.
But we don't have to look at new projects to choose as they are indeed risky. We already have established projects that we can choose to invest in.
Although they would have a big marketcap already but they are really potential and it would be a wise decision to choose existing projects to invest in.
There are many good projects such as Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Fantom, Polkadot, Binance etc...
Bitcoin is always the safest bet and even a newbie should consider investing in bitcoin to play safe.
Altcoin on average have no real use case as an adopted currency or as a means of payment out there. There are only a few altcoin adopted and I think that is a good criterion to consider. Ethereum or any other altcoin can be considered a good investment asset in a portfolio, but if you are in this space then never ignore bitcoin. As you said in the last sentence, it should be true because bitcoin is the king among cryptocurrencies.
2244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My feelings after 11 years with crypto. on: August 31, 2022, 08:51:29 PM
I am very close to 8 years in crypto because on October 17th I will be 8 years in the forum, but my knowledge is still very narrow especially complicated issues about it. I don't have much experience to be proud of, but honestly crypto especially bitcoin has taught me a lot. Long or short our participation in crypto will not make us superior to others, that's not the problem because actually knowledge about crypto is unlimited considering that it continues to grow.

In this case there have been many examples but strangely there are still so many people who do things like this.
Even though when they are not too sure about bitcoin then don't be here because this will only harm themselves. Many of them say they regret selling bitcoin when they are in a panic but when they see bitcoin drop in price their panic increases again and again.
The mindset needs to be changed a little, I think, because if things like this keep happening, it's not a profit you get but a loss again and again.
They are day traders, so it is a natural thing because the profit they want is not too much but they want to consistently make a profit. If they don't want to panic, then be a long-term investor or holder. Ignore price fluctuations and focus on the best price in the future.

Yes, Arsenal are better in this game than Aston Villa. Arsenal are 2-1 up at the moment and they still look to be securing the top of the table with full points. This positive trend continued to be maintained by Arsenal until the 5th week where they managed to win 5 matches in a row. Arsenal are getting better and they are very motivated to do their best, but in any case this team is still not sure if they can keep up with teams like City or Liverpool.

Manchester City just beat Nottingham with a big score, 6-0. Haaland surprisingly scored his second hat-trick of the season in 2 consecutive match, he has scored 9 goals in 5 matches. While Liverpool still drew 1-1 after Firmino scored the equalizer. Liverpool have to maximize all chances to win because it looks like Newcastle is not as easy as I imagined.

I'm anger betting on Toulose now at almost 10/1 haha.
What you're doing, it's like diving without oxygen, man. Lol
Toulouse did have time to make a few shots on goal but they did not manage to score.
But if you are happy with big odds, then of course Toulouse should be on your bet slip today. I'm sure PSG won, now PSG are 2 goals ahead. I don't even think PSG will make such a big mistake that they drop points, victory should be easy for PSG.

You both have to look at the scoreboard now because Manchester City haven't stopped scoring goals. Alvarez scored, it became the 5th goal for Manchester City's advantage. Haaland has been taken off and replaced by De Bruyne, it's not bad because Haaland has scored a hat-trick.

I can't believe Liverpool's difficulty scoring goals against Newcastle. Liverpool lost in the first half even though they had some good chances. I hope Liverpool can score goals to continue their winning trend.

Alexander Isak has been granted his visa and is eligible to play at Anfield tonight. I don't think he'll start the game though.

I really liked him both in Spain and in Swedish's national team and I feel that he'll be a big hit at Newcastle.

Let it just start after tonight, it's a must win game for us.
Who knows, Eddie Howe could play him in this match, but not for his main line up.
Alexander Isak seems eager to prove his talent in the Premier League, but he doesn't look safe as his first match is against a top team. Liverpool are ahead of Newcastle, so maybe it will be difficult for Alexander Isak.

I think Arsenal vs Aston Villa is the best match out of all. Manchester City and Liverpool seem easy to win the game but I doubt Arsenal can easily win this match. For the first half I would have watched Arsenal, but might have switched if actually Aston Villa were too weak.
2249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 30, 2022, 08:27:39 PM
Sassuolo is a strong team and they are very tactical. Their main aim is to share the points against strong teams. Attacking gameplay was absolutely necessary to win against a strong defense. But AC Milan did not play an attacking strategy. This was their first mistake. They kept possession of the ball but did very little attacking. AC Milan will lose points if they apply such tactics against strong teams.
If that's the case then I totally agree Milan made a mistake in that match. But I don't completely blame Milan's strategy, it could be because of Sassoulo's tight defense which Milan is difficult to penetrate. Lack of creativity meant Milan failed to create many chances, but don't worry this is something that happens in some match.

The point is Milan must find a solution how to penetrate the opponent's defense who has a defensive strategy to get points like Sassoulo. If in the next match they also fail, then I don't know what will happen to them as defending champions.

Quote
Inter Milan and Roma are going to win their matches. Roma now leads 3-0 and Inter Milan leads 2-0. Both teams look set to score full points. If Roma wins today, they will go top of the table with 10 points from 4 matches. And Inter Milan will be second in the table with 9 points from 4 matches.
Each match 3-0, both home teams seem to be winning 3 points in this match.

I advise him not to rely on google search results, sometimes get redirected to phishing sites especially if it's a wallet issue. Get more information about wallets and security advice from the official site, you may be able to choose which wallet suits your needs.

Follow the steps: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

Take the following safety steps: https://bitcoin.org/en/secure-your-wallet
If someone knows bitcointalk, then they should know bitcoin.org. As _BlackStar said, the site is one of the most popular to get a lot of knowledge and guides to get to know bitcoin and wallets. I strongly advise beginners to read a lot on the site if they don't want to read the whitepaper, at least they will get some basic knowledge from it. +2, You remind me again of that site and I'll bookmark it again now.

For that, the OP can suggest his little brother to learn to make a wallet instead of making one for him. We should pave the way for them to learn, not make them jump without basic knowledge.

In fact, maybe an early goal (a penalty was awarded in the 22nd minute) would have mobilized Milan and they would have started playing as actively as possible from the very beginning and this would have brought them victory, no one knows. But in fact, it turned out that Milan dominated possession of the ball and nothing more. If you take shots on target, then Sassuolo is ahead - 3:2. I don't know how the game would have gone if Sassuolo had scored that penalty, but Milan didn't deserve to win today.
I don't know why you don't think Milan deserved to win today's game. I didn't watch the game, but the match stats seem pretty good for Milan. I don't know what the reason is, but what is clear is that Milan couldn't create many goal opportunities and they also failed to take advantage of the opportunities that existed.

In other matches, Inter and Roma are both superior in their respective matches. Inter and Roma were 2 goals up in the first half which is safe for me to think they could have won this match easily. Roma are getting better, so is Inter who are consistent. There is a reason why Roma deserve to be in the title race this season, it is because Mourinho has found the answer to the strategy his team needs.

Arteta seems to has implemented a game that is almost similar to the style of play used by Guardiola, although a touch from Arsene Wenger game is still very visible in the current Arsenal style of play, I think Arsenal performance at the beginning of this season was quite dynamic after the many changes they made, but still arsenal still has a few weaknesses in defense, especially the defensive midfield sector which is often chaotic when repelling fast attacks from opponents, but in terms of the game for the beginning of this season arsenal looks quite good and hopefully they can be consistent in winning, because I think at this time the fans Arsenal have quite a thirst for titles and also play in the Champions League.
If you think Arsenal fans are hungry enough for titles, then I think you have to hope that Manchester City, Liverpool or any other team won't beat Arsenal in the next match. But don't get me wrong, it's not because I tend to other teams compared to Arsenal but obviously the quality that the Manchester City players have is much better than the average Arsenal quality.

I wonder how far Arsenal can maintain the consistency of their wins. The more they are able to maintain it, the better the motivation of the players. But obviously I doubt the possibility of them maintaining this winning trend, because in time Arsenal will also lose.

This seems to justify assumptions about the weakness of Manchester City's defense this season. They need strong defenders so they can minimize losses and concede lots of goals. Manchester city have priority on defense now after their previous 4 matches saw them conceding 5 goals. But if actually Manchester City want to buy a defender, then I'm sure they will look for a better one instead of Manuel Akanji. Honestly I don't know the man, he doesn't seem like a strong defender to me.

I read the local media within my country. De Jong had already gone to England. Did it really happen? In the writings read it turned out that he just wanted to attend the wedding of Donny van de Beek. In addition, all new Barcelona players can also be registered to play in the league. So the chances of him leaving seem to be small. But I think anything can happen. It's interesting if he so leaves. The transfer market is about to close. Last time I heard if Chelsea wanted it too. It should be that moment that can be used by Chelsea or Man United to approach him.
De Jong will not leave Barcelona earlier this season, he has the will to stay and I am sure that will happen. Xavi has given him time off for a few things, but it's definitely not because he wants to move to England.

De Jong has the potential to move to the Premier League if this season he doesn't really get a place in Xavi's first squad. Pedri, Gavi and Busquets have been regular so far so Kessie and De Jong will only be substitutes. If this continues, then clearly De Jong will have to take definite steps towards his future.

Here's a list of options you can review. Do a little bit of your analysis when choosing an exchange, it will help later. If you don't mind KYC, then Binance is a good one in my opinion. I use Binance, but maybe some others don't especially if they don't like KYC.

Another option without KYC is Bisq. It is a decentralized exchange. The exchange also does not require registration.

but Juventus appeared very convincing. they had a lot of chances and even scored in the early minutes. it must have taken the Roma players a bit by surprise.
But Roma has a solid midfield and defense. difficult for Juventus to overcome and add to his goals. even the Roma players managed to equalize. Tammy Abraham and Dybala played very well in this match. even though Dybala had to play against his former club, he showed his qualities as a professional player.
Although you think Juventus' performance was very good but I don't think they were very convincing with few goal chances throughout the match. They had a high number of shots, but not many on target, that's the problem why Juventus couldn't score more than one goal. If Juventus are not very effective in attack then I believe their journey in the Champions League this season will not be long. Pogba and Di Maria might be able to make Juventus stronger, but unfortunately they are still injured.

Now Fiorentina vs Napoli is going on. If Napoli can win the match, then it is certain that they will again lead the standings for the 3rd week.

Barcelona should win this match comfortably. Valladolid is a weak team. Also, Barcelona has won their last 5 matches against this team. 15 minutes have passed. Despite not scoring a goal so far, Barcelona's dominance is clearly visible. Dembele-Lewandowski-Raphinha is playing well.
However, Xavi did not keep de Jong in the starting eleven today. I think Barcelona's pace of play would have increased a bit more if de Jong had been in the midfield. My prediction for this match is that Barcelona will win 2-0.
As seen, the first half belonged entirely to Barcelona where Valladolid was unable to do much other than try to close his defense from Barcelona's attacks. Lewandowski and Pedri scored and I can confirm it was an easy match for Barcelona. They could have hoped to score more goals in the second half, that could have been done if Barcelona had not relaxed their attack. Without De Jong there seems to be no problem, Barcelona have a good attacking pace where their tempo is very good at the moment.

For Real Madrid's match away to Espanyo I hope it won't be too difficult. Real Madrid are clearly underdogs to win, but we can't be too arrogant with a team like Espanyol playing at home. They may be able to cause problems, but I'm sure that won't happen in today's game.
2259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: August 27, 2022, 09:31:38 PM
Real Madrid are doing so well this season, already they  have won the Super cup trophy to begin the season which I expect should be a motivation for the team going into the season. Two wins in two games is a very good way to start the season and I hope to see them take the tally to three wins when they play against Espanyol and a comfortable win to be precise.
Real Madrid always seems to be able to convince me of a good chance to win every match. I'm not too worried about the improvement in Barcelona's squad, but I'm just worried that Real Madrid's high self-confidence can turn into disaster when the team slumps with poor performances. So far everything is fine, but I don't know how it goes as the competition seems to be getting tougher.

The toughest competitors this season are Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Sevilla. They are a tough team who can put a lot of pressure on Real Madrid, but if we can be consistent and focus on playing well then I don't expect many problems to come.
2260  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you felt the impact of inflation so far? on: August 27, 2022, 08:27:53 PM
I can really feel the impact of inflation. Almost all goods prices went up, electricity went up, fuel prices went up and I also agree that taxes also went up. You are in the same country as me, obviously this will feel the same to us. There is no current government policy that is very beneficial to the people, this is a bad era for the economy which is getting closer to crisis. I can even say that if we are not going to have a financial crisis, then we are going to have a crisis of confidence in the government.

If you were in this position, what would you do?
Find a way out. I think a side job without interfering with your main job is a good option to consider. It doesn't matter how much money you can make but when you have 2-3 sources of income then your financial situation will be better.

Are you sure the savings you have so far can minimize your financial problems from rising inflation?
Over time it will run out, but if your income and expenses are controlled then I think stability can still be achieved. The main point is to find a way out and have several sources of income instead of just relying on the main source of income.

Mate, 1 pack of cigarettes I smoked today last year cost $1.2, but this year it went up to $2 more. Imagine how much other stuff is expensive now.
