How the hell can someone still come in and try to defend their actions when their scam is so obviously put in front of everyone else? If I am betroar I would simply just keep his deposit and try to suspend ALL withdrawals for a while (like a day or two at most) and figure out what other accounts this dude had and take all their deposits as well in order to stop what he is doing, if you take ALL his money then there is nothing he can do and he can't sue you, he can't do anything, and as you can see people here will find you right on this subject as well.

Dude tried to scam a casino and he failed spectacularly and now he wants his "deposit back" well bohoo you should have considered that before you try to cheat the system, when you try to scam the casino you do not get to win, you do not even get to keep your deposit, you should lose all your money.

I've also been looking into maybe investing Ethereum as it can be a good way to help build up my ETH stack as I want to try and accumulate as much ETH as I can ready for the future as I do see ETH doing very well and investing ETH and earning from it can be a good way so I'll be interested to see what others say as well about investing ETH.
I invested with BTC, ETH and DOGE back in September 2019 and ETH investment is doing the best of the three.
By the way, what is the longest you've waited for withdrawal when you got that message that funds need to be taken from cold storage?

Thank you for the reply.

I may put a couple of Eth into this and see how it goes this year as like I said I want to accumulate as much Eth as I can as I am expecting big things coming for Eth in the near future and I also plan to stake Eth once it goes PoS so thank you for letting me know.
That is kind of the whole point of investing into a casino and that is why many people do it, because we do not have savings account in bitcoin world.

Well, there could be some that we haven't heard so far or there could be some that is basically scams but in the end I am talking about real place with real chance to make money when you invest. So when you get a bitcoin, anyone who has bitcoin what do they do? 99% of them just keeps it as bitcoin and that's it, nothing less and nothing more, just stays there.

However when you invest into a casino you are putting your money to work and that is actually what the real rich people do, they do not work they make their money work for them and that is how you get rich. That is why investing here, no matter how much, would be one step closer to being richer.
2243  Economy / Economics / Re: All Fiat-Replacement crypto will fail: what is wrong with this line of thinking? on: April 08, 2020, 07:26:46 PM
I see most of these cryptocurrencies as useless, except just a few of them and Bitcoin is on the top list of the few cryptocurrencies that I believe will stay for a very long time. Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency, and that alone is enough to earn it the respect it deserves, because others copied from it.

If Satoshi Nakamoto never created Bitcoin, maybe by now none of us would be talking about cryptocurrency, it wouldn’t have been done. With that alone I would say that Bitcoin deserves the number one spot it has been on. Another cryptocurrency that will be around the would be Ethereum, and the next is Ripple and a few others. None of these cryptocurrencies I have mentioned would replace fiat, but they will still be around when others are gone.
2244  Economy / Economics / Re: Virus Bear Market? on: April 08, 2020, 05:54:52 PM
The market is already in a good position now. After falling to $3k, the bulls were able to pull the price back up and after circling $5k and $4k price range, the price was able to move up to $6k price and stayed stable for a time and then moved to the current $7k price.

So I wouldn’t say that it’s bearish, it’s progressing smoothly. You also need to have it in mind that Bitcoin is a volatile asset, so at anytime, anything can happen. That the price is going up now doesn’t mean it’s not going to drop down to a low price, that can still happen, but for now the price has been increasing and I’m happy with that.
2245  Economy / Economics / Re: Chinese Strategy? on: April 07, 2020, 06:57:19 PM
There are lots of things that have been said about this Coronavirus, and I’m not sure about what is right or not. There have been some conspiracy theories about Coronavirus being a virus that was released by the Chinese just as you have said, but we don’t have proof about everything that is being said, we can only suspect them due to some certain actions they took during the outbreak but we are not sure about it.

I do know they tried to cover up the news about the Corona virus so that the world won’t really know what’s happening. What if they did it because they thought they will be able to contain it and solve the case? Roll Eyes You just never know.
2246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Recent Corona Virus Scams on: April 07, 2020, 12:15:06 PM
The most annoying thing about this news is that they are requesting for Bitcoin as payment, it’s very annoying, why don’t they request for payment in fiat and stop ruining Bitcoin for those of us that loves it? Lips sealed. This is really annoying to be sincere, now when they keep doing this it might cause the government and the world to see the cryptocurrency community as a bad one and try to stop it.

These foolish hackers and scammers are really bringing us a bad name, I wish there was a way track down these people and capture them so that they will pay severely for the crimes they have committed.
2247  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺WOLF.BET - Provably fair dice game 🎲 Up to 30% Rakeback💰7-day streak bonus🔥 on: April 07, 2020, 09:10:44 AM
I also think that vault could bring in some profit as well if wolf.bet really wants to go to that route for more money. Think about it as a bankroll for the casino, investment from the people, you can either make it a yearly thing that will give people a fixed amount of profit as long as they keep it there, or maybe it could be simply just bankrolling the casino and making a profit when casino makes a profit or losing when casino loses, both has advantages and disadvantages for both casino and the investors.
It is a win win situation because users can manage their risks better and casino can have more bankroll from users.
Quote
I don't know if wolf.bet needs money but considering they have dropped the prize from 1000 dollars to 500 dollars, I would say it is quite possible that they could actually take advantage of that money as well and work with it to get wolf.bet bigger as well.
From what I have known about the Wolf.bet since it began on the forum, the platform has grown very steadily. From its signature campaign and from efforts of the team to upgrade the platform so far.
The platform could improve with their own money as well but think of all the money they have right now that goes to bankroll, if they offered an option of actually allowing people to invest into bankroll, they could remove their own slowly when it grows and when they are all out of the bankroll themselves, they could use that money to improve it even further.

Yeah, it eats up on the profits which would be bad for them but at the same time they will have zero potential to lose money, either investors make money and they take a cut from it or they lose zero, which is why investment is a good option. Plus, think of all the money they could use to improve even further, more signature campaign participants and a lot more developer man-hours that could be bought with it.
2248  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think about Arbitrage trading... on: April 07, 2020, 08:22:58 AM
Well, intra-exchange arbitrage is a whole another beast and usually doesn't last more than 30 seconds, if you have a trading bot that does this you may end up making money but usually it is quite difficult to find one, you are lucky if you can find a decent one once every week, still a good option if you have a good bot, but doing that 40 times a year on %40 profit is still cool, only if you can actually do it.

Moving from usdt to btc to eth to usdt again all around basically is what intra-exchange is, eth has pairs, btc has pairs, usdt has pairs, some coins can be traded for all three of them, so you can do arbitrage, some bots specifically calculates these ranges all the time and try to figure out what would happen if you move between them. However since there is a trading fee and that kills the difference usually, you rarely ever see something like that.
2249  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that Corona Virus may effect trading? on: April 06, 2020, 08:18:36 PM
It is really true that corona affected us a lot because we lack liquidity but at the same time showed the world how we are insisting on not dropping neither.

Are we down right now compared to where we were? Sure, we are but at the same time we are a lot better than the bottom we hit as well, we bottomed out at 3600 levels and that took less than 24 hours to bounce back above 5k, which showed the whole world that we might lack in liquidity but we also have huge heart and bravery to go back in when everything looked so gloom as well.

During the peak of corona when everyone was afraid, there were people who were buying bitcoin with their cash when they could have used it for survival. That speaks levels of what we can do for bitcoin and that worths something to some people.

Oh the virtual F1 Race was so awkward to watch as they can't do it as professionals but it was fun to watch Smiley). I think the most entertained thing about F1 was Lando shaving his hair for a charity, did you watch it guys ? Also I'm pretty sure this will be the last year of Kimi Raikkonen ...sad to go away after a season like this.
Anyone who is fan of F1 and a member in twitch community to watch streamers there would know that Lando Norris is a HUGE name in there, dude is a great F1 racer in real life and I respect him for it but lets face it he is not a Lewis Hamilton, he hasn't won a single race so far in his life and the best he did was 6th in Austria which in retrospect could also be because of F1 gaming as well since that is a very loved place to race in F1 2019.

However one thing to keep in mind, he is also a big dork and makes fun of everything as well, he is not a serious person and for all intents and purposes he has the talent to become the winner for this, yet also could drive straight to a wall and crash just for the lulz as well, he is literally that type of person.

March ended with the BTC price ranging between $6,001 - $6,500, and the winners received a 4.2 multiplier on their bets.

Where do you think the BTC price will end up at the end of April? Any option between $6,500 - $8,000 looks attractive right now, but you never know!

Get your Bitcoin Price bets in by 23rd April, and win BTC!

Honestly nobody really imagined it would be between $6k-$6.5k because it started out with close to $10k but look where we are right now. Of course, at the end of the gambling period it dropped and a lot of people actually gambled to stop it however it looks like they haven't really caught up with the big guns once again. I personally gambled on the $8-$8.5k one but I got wrong as well.

The April month could be very very wild as well, I do not see it going too crazy but I do see it doing a lot of volatility as well. For example, we will have the halving during MAY month which means may will be even crazier but at the same time there could be huge changes during April in order to prepare for the halving as well. I don't know what will really happen but I do know that it will not end here.
2253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mouth work wonders in crypto on: April 04, 2020, 09:02:48 PM
It’s like a normal thing. Why do you think that companies pay influencers and celebrities money to talk about their products and promote it? It’s because they know that people are going to invest in those projects when an influencer they like recommends it. There’s no difference between that and what you have just said about cryptocurrency influencers.

There are some big guys in the cryptocurrency community that can influence the market in a big way by just saying something about it on Twitter , and once they do, you will see lots of people that are buying that coin and when they say a coin will crash a lot of people that believes them will start selling. But sometimes it’s best not to listen to these people and do what you think is right.
2254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can I earn money during coronavirus? Is it possible by crypto coins? on: April 04, 2020, 08:01:16 PM
Everyone should stay at home now, for god's sake.

But how could we earn our life without getting out? Actually, there's always someone outstanding that can do something special. To be the special one, you have to take the long view. Well, I'm thinking about earning some cryptocurrency and turn it into real money during coronavirus. You know, by investing some altcoins, by airdops, by bountys, etc.

I check this:https://www.webounty.io/Guide-to-Earn-Money-at-Home-During-Coronavirus a few hours ago, I do need get some money, so I feel excited about it. But I am wondering if it's really the correct way. Will I
be cheated? Does anybody can help me?
There are lots of ways that one can make income through cryptocurrency. This forum is part of ways that you can make income through cryptocurrency and that’s by joining signature campaigns or looking for airdrops and stuffs like that. Signature campaign is the best, but you can’t do that when you’re still a newbie, so that leaves you with the other options I’m going to mention: apart from those two you can trying working as a freelancer or you can try doing some micro tasks and getting paid.

If you choose micro tasking, there are lots of sites where you can do micro tasking and Earn.com is my favorite because the earning is decent.
2255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HODLers, spend your BTC on: April 03, 2020, 07:46:55 PM
You do have a good idea, and I have plans to store more money in bitcoin but the problem I'm having is that I don't any more money to invest in Bitcoin so I'm going to stay with the ones I already have invested. Right now I'm trying to save up a lot of money in fiat and also use these money to solve most of my needs at this time and things even got costly in my locality, seems like everyone is taking a privilege of this pandemic and using to make things costly.

So, this is not a time I want to be messing around and making investment, rather I need to keep more of fiat and use it for the necessary things. If I was one of these millionaires, it wouldn't be hard for me to pump more money in bitcoin and add extra coins to the ones I already HODL.
2256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fiat money's richest vs Bitcoin's richest on: April 03, 2020, 05:24:14 PM
Are you forgetting that lots of people don't make use of one address, and I'm one of those people that don't make use of one address. My coins are always stored with different addresses. And I don't really see any difference between the percentage of the rich in bitcoin and the percentage of the poor.

I think it's the same thing; it's still the same rich guys that bought huge amount of bitcoins and stored in their addresses. And to be sincere I don't think there are much poor people that are in bitcoin, it's mainly the rich and the average people, people don't have money for investment. I have seen few of them here I live and when I talk about Bitcoin they complain that it is too much for them to invest in it. Though if any one of those luckily discovered bitcoin back in 2008 - 2009 and invested in it then with the little money they had, in 2017 they would have gotten over 19,000 USD, but who can have patience for that long?

Anyone have any experience in litecoin and ethereum investment at bitvest? I have started bitcoin investments here a while back already (still consider myself a new player here but mainly I am in it for investment),,, I like the proceeds for bitcoin, slow and steady, sometimes in the dip but generally always going up, wondering if it is worth it to try the alt invests?

I've also been looking into maybe investing Ethereum as it can be a good way to help build up my ETH stack as I want to try and accumulate as much ETH as I can ready for the future as I do see ETH doing very well and investing ETH and earning from it can be a good way so I'll be interested to see what others say as well about investing ETH.

Honestly I think all of the investments are fine as long as nothing major changes. Think about it the house makes a profit thanks to house edge, which means there is more and more profits coming in everyday, maybe one day some whale will win a big time amount and set you back but in the longer term you will definitely profit without a doubt. So, what is there left to question? Well, wagering amount.

If there is 100 bitcoin worth of gambling going on in one coin and 1000 in another, you should pick the 1000 one because that will make you more profits for sure, since it is more wagered which equals to more house edge average income. This is why check all the coins and how much they have been wagered and according to that you can pick whatever you want.
2258  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: April 02, 2020, 08:01:05 PM
Has there been a spike in the number of bets being placed since the coronavirus outbreak? How has it affected the number of users signing up and the number of bets being placed at Bustabit?

I honestly wouldn't expect a spike from the Corona crisis. The beneficiaries of the "offline" casino closure are primarily large, well-known casinos that also offer their games online. I tend to assume less that a classic player who is currently no longer allowed to go to the casinos suddenly starts to play on crypto sites. I think that the necessary learning effort is too high, for example:
- How do I get Cryptos
- Which casinos support crypto payments at all
- Why don't I need a KYC here
- ...
In addition, the games are often different, for example, crash games in offline casinos are only a marginal phenomenon.

But of course it would be great if @devans proves my assumptions as wrong Grin
I think increase in numbers could happen not because people who play offline regular casino games start to play online, I believe it could happen because online players are now at home and have nothing to do. Normally you have gamblers here, people who gamble on bustabit, but not all of them gamble all together at the same time, they all play on different time zones plus many of them give a break time to time as well, they don't gamble every single day.

So, what I assume might happen during this pandemic is those people all actually coming back to gamble and that might result with more people gambling. Not that they are forced to gamble, they can still do something else if they want to, but I just feel like many of them may opt to gamble instead and that could raise the numbers.
