...Just kidding. Who cares what the price of a bitcoin is in other currencies? I don't. If you're only posting on this forum because you're the dumb money, I hate to tell you but your time here is almost up. This is not an investment scheme and if you treat it as such you'll get burned. The only thing that matters is that we achieve some small level of stability so that merchants can confidently accept bitcoin, suppliers can in turn get paid in bitcoin, and pay their employees in bitcoin and so forth. You know... an economy, they call it.
I could have not said it any better *Cough*

I didnt read every post so forgive me if this has been suggested. One thing bitcoins is missing that is described in the faq(i believe) is bitcoin has no value. There is only goods and services onlines that are not in high demand(minus irc and forum methods of buying with bitcoin). Also if suppliers accepted bitcoin....it would have tons of more support at a global scale.
I had a conversation with a family members and he stated "i will never use a bitcoin, i cant buy gas with it, and ralphs dosent accept usb-sticks. Bitcoins are not for me" in my opnion Even if bitcoins were worth $100 I doubt people would adopt using them just becuase your tethered through a the internet and lets be honest with all the identity theft going on with credit cards people relate that to "using the internet" and thus think its already unsafe to purchase stuff online. Imagine if we had just 1 gas station accepting bitcoins how much trust that would add not to mention value and free advertisement...
How much does it cost to start your own gas station anyways?

I like Rackspace, 100% uptime networking, and 99.99% hardware up time. (They told me over the phone, if hardware goes out the longest wait time is 1 hour to get the server back up. Their pricing is relatively the same as any other host if not cheaper and they have been around for along as I can remember so they must be realiable. Absolutely no problems so far.

He is the block-chain. He exists in every node that accepts his proof of work as their savior.
+1 I like that one

Jesus is famous for being the issuer of fiat fish and fiat bread, so...
Would that not be the first instance of peer to peer fish/bread/coin generation? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Nah, he is the central server, source of all content To be more exact he is every decentralized node.

"My house shall be called a house of fair exchange for all the nations? But you have made it a den of thieves." And paypal and the bankers heard it and were seeking a way to destroy him, for they feared him, because all the crowd was astonished at his teaching and his new crypto-currency. And because of this he changed his name... and went away into the desert... but not before leaving the people with the Holy Genesis Block. And his father looked at the code [Gr. "logos"] and saw that it was good. ~~~ May God Bless you mate. [Serious Talk] +1 This was awsome, [/serious Talk] [Begin Random Unrelated Rant] So finally someone comes out and says it; Satoshi nakamotoo is a divine character created by god as cover up to appear to pagans. Thus All pagans will praise satoshi for his good deeds but satoshi is like the holy ghost in physical form. Its like everyone that is a pagan praising satoshi; Is praising god. Go you! I however admire your drive to go to other countries, I always feel like I will be arrested for stupid things that I'm normally use to being legal in USA. Thats why I don't travel often.
What a coincidence, that's why I don't go to USA, they say it's too strict (compared to Europe & Middle East). ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) But seriously, foreigners are favoured in the Middle East, you really need to do something very absurd to get in trouble. Just don't get mangled in local affairs too much, which is not easy in itself for a tourist anyway. You maybe right actually i may have gotten use to memorizing laws to not get in trouble in usa that i just assume its like that everywhere else.

Hi guys,
back from Iran I'm happy my thread got some attention and yes, I hope the bitcoin project gets more aware of how accessible it is around the world.
In Iran people use proxies to see the internet without censorship. I will try to find an Iranian proxy so I see the internet through their eyes and get more aware of what websites not to use to stay visible for the people there.
Else: Go visit Iran! I never experienced more hospitality. Maybe 2% do speak some English but I travelled via couchsurfing.org and so I had great contacts - and now friends in all the cities I've been to. Worst thing that happened were people charging me twice the regular price.
Go you! I however admire your drive to go to other countries, I always feel like I will be arrested for stupid things that I'm normally use to being legal in USA. Thats why I don't travel often.

I am leaving the forum and the world of Bitcoin. As school starts soon I am leaving probably until another vacation or even until next summer. My site SwagBucks will still be up I will just pay everyone when I get back. I need to get ready for school and enjoy the rest of my summer. Thank you all for teaching me the world of Bitcoin. Any responses people leave wont be responded to for a long time ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) You will be furious and burn those school books if Bitcoin takes off. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) +1
