Can you add a way to bet on players?
We already was thinking about this option but if someone loose connection money is gone from both the one that bet and the user that played so its not that easy to protect that. But maybe some day we offer it.

I did the promo and got 0.0025 that is not 1€, 1€ is 0.0048

Open the app menu on your mobile phone and find the menu point promo.
Thanks, but didn't work! It first says I need to add a phone number. After doing so, it says the code is invalid or expired. If the problem stays @bitentrepreneur on twitter will help you to get it fixed.

Where do I enter the promotion code? Both website and "app" don't ask for it... Plus, it's very picky, doesn't run on my older phone. Open the app menu on your mobile phone and find the menu point promo.

We need a chop coin signature with a bunch of the circles and nuggets in it ( visualize the playing field) . I think that would look slick "Skill based bitcoin gambling + faucet"
Go or it and if i like it we will use ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

In the faucet playground, how many positions gets paid?
The first 5 get a payment right now: 5000,3000,1000,500,500

thats not a bad idea, or make it more appealing to make some sort of a wager like winner takes all instead of a time limited game. Also when I played low roller a few times the lag ended up stalling out my game completely and lost my wager from it.
I also noticed a lag a few times. Especially for paying users it shouldn't be lagging. So the servers are running well and they are @ max of 6% load right now. Each playground is separated on another server so same bandwidth for all playgrounds and no one would affect each other. Did you try to disable skins and shown mass? Some laptops and pcs are to slow for this and should close all other tabs, programs and try to play again. Another player was able to play well after that. Let me know if it works out for you, okay?
|
|
|
It looks like almost nobody is in the Low Roller, Main or even High Roller games.
Maybe it should be required to use funds from faucet mode in a normal game before the earnings can be withdrawn.
I used to play there, but without other players joining in the game its pretty useless. BTW admin I think you should put up a bot and whenever there is more than one person playing the bot quits. Sorry but a bot on normal playground would end in people try to just grab some coins right now and that was the plan for the faucet playground. We will come up with another solution soon. Right now we are on adding some more updates ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Good afternoon Bitcoiners,
it's now about 10 days since we started chopcoin.io and provided a new opportunity for gamers to compete for bitcoins. We started as a game changer - figuratively and literally as we enable Bitcoin affine gamers and gamblers for the first time ever to make use of their skill instead merely relying on luck. We received honest praise, constructive feedback and justified criticism for this new approach.
We already implemented a few changes while working on further updates. This is an ongoing project and we feel positive about the community's reaction so far. Primarily we will focus on advertising our game in the upcoming weeks in order to improve the players experience and become a genuine MMO. With our fresh referral system it's now easier for you to contribute to our efforts in promoting the game while profiting at the same time.
Thank you for your support and keep up the good work - most grateful,
chopcoin.io team

I just played on the main .005 playground and the lag got so bad that it just froze. The timer still counted down to zero, but my balls weren't moving at all. Once it went to zero nothing happened, it just stayed frozen for 10 minutes. I refreshed but I lost my coin ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Please upgrade your servers, or at least have one dedicated to each playground, you're already facing capacity issues. And if people loose their game because of lag they'll be turned off by the game and not play. See my previous post for server service suggestions. Hey BitcoinArbiter, i checked the servers and all graphs are looking positive. They are big enough for the load it needs right now and also for 5 * more visitors and players. Also the game is in a way coded that the most work needs to get done by the client itself. What are the specs of your computer? Is it a desktop or laptop? I was online the most time last night and did not see any problems. What you can try is: The rendering of the food icons can become laggy on slow computers if there is a lot of stuff on the screen. You can easily test this by disabling 'show skins' in the options. Did anyone else had problems yesterday? If yes let us know so we can find out what the problem could be.

Just a small niggle, but could you show player balances always to 8 digits?
I see: 0.0004566 BTC which at first glance looks like 4566 satoshis (but is really 45660 satoshis). I don't want to have to "count the zeros" to tell if there's a trailing zero omitted or not.
Hey dooglus, it got patched with the last update ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Thanks for this.

For future reference, here are some server services that have been used and reviewed by Agar.io that you might find useful. So far, our experiences (no, we weren't paid to write any of this): - Linode: Great. They're pretty damn good, there's nothing else to say. Their support is excellent. We'd recommend them to anyone. - Black Lotus: Their support is the best and their servers are great. Kind of expensive but well worth the price. - AWS: Too expensive. Seriously, look elsewhere (hint: this list). - CloudFlare: Not really a server hoster but worth a mention: Their support isn't that good, but their service is, especially for their rates. Source: http://agar.io/changelog.txtIt was lagging a bit today, delaying splits and making kills difficult :$ Hey BitcoinArbiter, we will look into this thanks for the list. Which playground was laggy?

Thank you very much! Its hard to follow the spread of it this time but we do our best to be able to reply on all channels ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Suggestion: can you show the total wagered in the active game? Say 5 people are in Low Roller, but 3 got eaten already, it would be nice to see 80k is in there to be taken.
Hey LoyceV, i am sorry but right now its not possible to get this displayed. We maybe look into this in one of the next updates.
