2261  Other / Politics & Society / Re: should women be blamed for wearing daring dress thus reason they were raped on: June 07, 2016, 09:15:41 AM

Had a discussion with friends over this while we drink inside a bar.
so should women be blamed for wearing daring dress like showing their belly button and cleavage why they got raped?

Not really. They are allowed by law to wear that sort of clothing, while rape is illegal. Whether they wear revealing clothing or not, if they get raped, it's not their fault. Rather, it's the rapists' fault totally.

Like, it's like having $100 notes on the floor with a big sign "Do not steal" beside it. Do you think that it's the guy who put the bills there's fault?
2262  Economy / Economics / Re: Does bitcoin will decrease after the last rising ? on: June 07, 2016, 09:13:54 AM
We are in economics forum, you can know one thing for sure, and that is , the price of a single product cannot go indefinitely up without some correction down the way (some intervals where the price go down) however in economics is used what is called fundamental analysis to determine the price of a trading pair like EUR/USD for example and is all based on major central banks politics. Bitcoin have not such authority therefore is much more volatile than EUR/USD pair, but even bitcoin is not immune to some corrections down the way, so yeah we may se the price decrease in few intervals, but definitely go up in the long run, especially after the halving there is large speculation it will go up.

Yeah, nothing can go up without a feel small dumps along the way. Thus the adjustments that we always have when the price is going up by too much. However, the general trend is bullish.

OP, I believe that bitcoin will keep on rising in the long term. These details simply do not matter to me. They sometimes happen, and sometimes the price stays stables for a while before rising again.
2263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: June 07, 2016, 09:07:52 AM
Western Union was popular in my country and Bitcoin was unique and better, eventually Bitcoin will get popular one of these days in my country.

Personally I believe that Western Union right now has nothing that is better than bitcoin. It has no advantages whatsoever over bitcoin, and it is pointless that people still use it instead of something better.

Bitcoin is anonymous, hassle free, safe, instant, and global, while WU charges you tons of fees, for the same service.
2264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: June 07, 2016, 09:06:12 AM
There are allot of people on this planet who seriously things they are addicted to the gamble but you are not! They just keep coming back because they want their loses back but they wont give you you will only lose more and more so dont go to many times.

Personally, i feel that they keep coming back to gamble is not to cover their losses. They already have lost too much in all those previous gambling sessions that they know it is hard to gain back. What they are looking for is excitement.

Yeah definitely. Excitement is one of the biggest part of gambling that keeps a gambler addicted and coming back. Covering his lossing might not be the only thing that he is looking for.

Personally it's a little bit of both, the thrill of gambling and covering your losses. But greed plays a role as well.

2266  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bitcoin is PedoCoin - this is getting ridiculous on: June 07, 2016, 08:48:18 AM
Well, yes, this guy is probably mentally retarded, but this should not be blamed on bitcoin. Any currency can be used by a pedo, and other illegal activities. For example, would you blame cash for people dealing drugs? Course not.

This is that pedo's fault, rather than bitcoin's fault. The pedo chose to use bitcoin, and bitcoin didn't choose to serve a pedo.
2267  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: June 07, 2016, 08:08:02 AM
I am planning that I can sell it later in the future with a lot of profit and that should be nice for me because the value of Bitcoin is also rising slowly and I already waited a long time.
But not everyone is hoping that the value will rise because some people want also make an investment with a low value.

I guess speculating on the bitcoin price is also a good way to get rich in the future, although that would actually require a lot of capital to make it work. Also, the inflation rate would probably keep up with the price rises.

I would rather look at bitcoin as a store of value, that retains its value over time, instead of a get rich quick scheme.
2268  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as the Universal Currency! on: June 07, 2016, 08:06:59 AM
Yes, Bitcoin already a universal currency. Well, almost. It can be used wherever you have a smartphone \ computer and internet. But not all countries have the Internet! In some countries Bitcoin prohibited.

But I hope in the future, in connection with the development of technology, the economy, and technological literacy of people, Bitcoin will be available everywhere, as you said as English language.

Definitely. Bitcoin is designed as a universal/global currency because it can be used anywhere in the world as long as you have internet access. It has the potential of being a universal currency, and it IS a universal currency.

I can send funds right now to anyone on the forum whether they live in Asia or Europe. It doesn't matter. That's the beauty of BTC.
2269  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: June 07, 2016, 08:05:43 AM
Actually i want to buy but it is not possible now. The price of Bitcoin crossed 580$ today so no is selling Bitcoin for low price so where should i buy. Actually last month is the best days to buy Bitcoins but who knows this price will go this much high. I am looking for low price coins but not getting any where. Because of this price high only i was looking for low price coins. Now i am making Coins from signature campaign only.

You shouldn't think like that. Remember that fiat currency will eventually go to zero and be worth nothing at all. Not even a cent. So the bitcoin price relative to fiat currency doesn't really matter to me.

As long as I have money, I buy bitcoin. I buy it both as an investment, and as a store of value for the future.
2270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PH is now considering Bitcoin on: June 07, 2016, 08:03:54 AM
I'm glad that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ( Central Bank of the Philippines ) is now considering the use of bitcoin.  And I'm sure it will be implemented soon here in our country.
You may read the whole article below.
http://interaksyon.com/business/128696/ph-now-a-major-player-on-virtual-currency-usage---bsp-exec

Wow, then the Filipinos are really lucky to have such a good central bank, as the idea of bitcoin naturally opposes the central banks around the world. However, they are still considering it which comes as a surprise to me.

More countries should adopt bitcoin as a currency, as it is supposed to be a global currency. It's used globally, wherever you are.
2271  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: June 07, 2016, 08:02:25 AM
I  LOVE  math behind bitcoin!  this is the really power and not the marketing behind the value of single coin.
i'm not pople who love math lesson, since i sat on school, and this is problem for me to use bitcoin, because we know bitcoin is alla bout number. for me,i love the most from bitcoin is price, its always grow up and suprising me.

Man, I am totally right-brained.  I was so bad at Maths.

I was good at Geometry, but that's it.

Bitcoin forced me to get better at Math & I'm grateful for that!!

Math is the Universal language, so we should all learn it.

Hahaha, I guess so. I've gotten better at recognizing decimals as well as adding and subtracting decimals ever since I started using bitcoin. This should be credited to the decimal places that bitcoin has, as well as investments that I have made that used percentages.

But I think the best thing isn't about maths, it's rather about anonymity. I like to keep my personal info private, and bitcoin is allowing me to do that.
2272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin recieving more support on: June 07, 2016, 08:01:08 AM
On websites forums FB and anywhere that a few years ago their was a lack

of support or knowledge of Bitcoin there has been a definate change of

attitude and perception.

Definitely. I think the halving is doing very good things to bitcoin, and one of those is to bring awareness to the general public what bitcoin is and why people should start using it instead of fiat currency.

Also I think we should thank Durian and Mr. Wright for their hoaxes Tongue Not really Durian Nakamoto's fault, but in Wright's case it certainly is, although it did generate a lot of news about bitcoin in both cases.
2273  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: HYIP VS MINING on: June 07, 2016, 07:59:53 AM
Do you think HIYIP AND MINING it the same Shocked
if you think it's the same, what similarities Huh
And if you think it's different, what's the difference Huh

Quote
I think hell together a profitable investment into two sides. Roll Eyes Cool

And lastly, What do you do if a site HIYIP and MINING
suddenly SCAM Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

If you're talking about cloud mining, then yes. Most of those are just ponzi schemes that are bound to collapse. They're like a toned down version of HYIP sites, and disguised in a new way.

However, if you're talking about physical mining, then no. You're pooling and earning legit money.
2274  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do I make money with $100 USD BTC on: June 07, 2016, 07:59:05 AM
Keep them and wait at least untill the halving to sell them is the most logic option right now, bitcoin price will rise even more in the next weeks and you will make a very good profit.

Indeed, since the halving is coming up very soon holding bitcoin till the halving passes is a very logical option and a likely to be profitable one too. However, that may not produce the profits that you need.

If you want more profits, you should consider trading or lending on P2P platforms. They should make you some spare cash on your investment.
2275  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 07, 2016, 07:57:32 AM
it depends how much money you got do you have enough to life from then you have to invest you know to earn more. But if you barely can life with your money you need to save for later.

Well, if you haven't got enough money to live, then how are you supposed to save? You'll have to have surpluses in your earnings for you to save them. But anyway, I think what you're trying to say is that if you have a lot of spare cash, then you should invest. Otherwise, save.

I believe that saving is a good way to promote mental health, however as it doesn't provide much of a profit, investing is preferred by me.
2276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Way to get bitcoin..!! on: June 07, 2016, 07:56:20 AM
you can look at this forum by following singantur after that you paid or you play it is free funcet many open situ funcet

Signature campaigns are a good way to collect bitcoins but they should not be relied on as signature campaigns can close at any time. Think of it as a hobby for your spare time, like soccer and basketball.

And faucets are just a waste of time in my opinion. They provide so little for so much time that you invest in them.
2277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: June 07, 2016, 07:55:25 AM
I would still go with Paypal because it is more popular and more accepted at the online stores. Bitcoin is also no bad but you cannot use it at most online web shops. Maybe if that will change in the future I will change.

Yeah, but you can convert bitcoin to paypal always on demand, and sometimes even with a discount for you. You would usually get around 5-15% more in paypal amounts if you were to convert your btc to pp.

So for that reason I choose bitcoin instead of paypal. Paypal is not anonymous either, while bitcoin is.
2278  Other / Off-topic / Re: Fuck sakes, my 78 yr old dad fell for the biggest scam evar -NEW Update TODAY! on: June 07, 2016, 07:54:28 AM
Jesus. I really feel sorry for you and your family, lol. Malware and adware, as well as common scams are the worst thing to fall for... Especially with an older person who is most vulnerable. And 600 dollars isn't a small amount either.

So really, fuck those hackers. I hate them. They ruin everything.
2279  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: June 07, 2016, 07:53:23 AM
Bitcoin will not ever replace the real money, Bitcoin is use as an alternative money so it means it will no replace bitcoin as well

What? Fiat should have never become money in the first place. After all, it's not a "money". It's a currency, as it is controlled by a single entity and it depreciates in value over time instead of retaining it.

While bitcoin is portable and virtual, and a lot more convenient than fiat currencies. So yes, I think bitcoin can replace fiats.
2280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I never made any profits in dice game.. whats is your opinion on: June 07, 2016, 07:52:15 AM
Hi guys i just want to share my experience in gambling which is i am still playing since january but never made any profit with this game.. any other tricks settings and methods are already tried but still now never made any profits..
What you can suggest to me i will still continue to gamble in dice game with other methods or just stop gamble..Huh

Well, first of all you have to realise that this is normal. It is pretty normal to have something like this happen to a gambler. The house edge on your dice game prevents you winning from it in the long run, although it is possible for someone to do so in the short run.

Keep on trying, or just quit. It's your choice. Your luck will have to revert to its deserved amount sooner or later.
