Are you guys clocking whats happening to the order book. Multiple, and i mean multiple 0.0100 are being repeatedly entered onto the book at every possible price. Watch the orders close at the current price, increasing and decreasing by 0.0100 every second.
2262  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: June 09, 2013, 02:44:15 PM
Never seen so many 0.0100 orders.
2263  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker - Hardcore on: June 08, 2013, 06:30:32 PM
Has anyone else noticed, there have been no 'wall' graphics posted lately?

Here is a picture of the temp of the air entering the Avalon's

Wait a minute... Is that Ken holding the thermometer??? Does that mean... HE EXISTS???  Shocked Grin Shocked Grin Shocked Grin

That Minor bloke just kept on digging, and he found the infamous, and anonymous Ken Slaughter. Apparently, Minor found him in a cool room, producing hash, contemplating his next illegal company IPO. Thanks Minor.

Next steps:

Seeing next order status change on Avalon ticket.
Receiving promised report in next few days.
Feedback on status of NDA agreement.

Also wondering what it will take for 'institutional' investment to occur, if it hasn't happened already.

Sorry for my ignorance, what do you mean by this?

Where other funds/fund of funds, or other share issues, diversify there portfolio by buying into other relevant issues/companies. ASICMINER is held relatively widely, amongst some of those other share issues you see on Bitfunder, for example.

This business is more incestuous, than you may realise, but its all good.

Hey Ken;
Not to nitpick but you really should stack them horizontal and keep both open ends (incoming air and outflow) away from the walls.   Zhang was pretty specific about this been the way they are supposed to run during batch I shipping.

"Hey Ken"

You found the anonymous Ken Slaughter? We were all wondering how you were getting on with this. Well done Minor. I knew you would find him in the end.
Also, your knowledge of these units, holds no bounds. We are so gifted with your presence, Minor. Welcome home, mate.

So just to be clear .... if we buy one of the 20,000,000 shares on Bitfunder ... they are the founding shares entitled to the 100% returns?

Is that correct?

100% if you bought at .0005

Hey dhenson. Has that guy (your avatar), got a latest update to his thoughts on Bitcoin?  Wink

Just read the ASICMiner Quarterly Report (Investor’s Take) & Updates      https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=220837.0;topicseen
Just posting the below extract, as AMC got a mention, and always good to know what the competition thinks.
--------------------------

Upcoming Competition

With other startups like:
•   BitFury & 100 TH/s
•   BTC Garden
•   AMC
•   DIY Manufacturers/Kits (w/ Avalon chips)
•   Others not mentioned

ASICMiner is in the prime position as industry leader and can remain in first place, so long as friedcat and the other board members take the necessary, calculated steps to keep it that way. While these startups still appear to be very unproven (and everyone has their own opinions about them), some have started to make noticeable steps (Bitfury’s 65nm).

Hardware Sales

With Avalon and BFL coming soonTM, investors are starting to wonder if prices will start dropping on current hardware. Bitfountain must now consider (as I’m sure they are) what is the appropriate price point to maximize both profit margin and sales volume. DIY kits will start making their way to folks, providing cheaper alternatives for the mining community.

Looking Forward

Friedcat has already mentioned of 2nd generation chip, which appears to have a higher hash rate with lower power consumption. Their implementation into the next generation Block Eruptor Blades and USB will help secure the ASICMiner’s advantage as the ASIC generation matures. As to when it moves from prototype phase to production phase, is anyone’s guess. Until someone else can provide a more compelling product, ASICMiner appears to be “head and shoulders above” the other mining companies.

Minor. Please post your business addresses. Where are you based?
More than happy to.   As soon as I ask you for $2M.  Have I asked you for $2M?   No.  Would I ask a bunch of strangers for $2M to finance my business? No.   I would risk my own money and then offer you something that may or may not be of value to you.  Would I consider raising money by crowdfunding if it was NOT against US law?   Certainly.    That will be great for start ups (but I doubt the bill will pass because Angels and VCs have more lobbyists than you and me).
You do not get it do you?   Until the bill passes making crowdfunding LEGAL, this is not a good thing for Americans to do.   Your risk is NOT just that this may be a scam or may not succeed or the market may change, with an American based company you are ADDING the complete unknown (and outside of everyone's control) of the US government shutting it down.
Why do I not like this project?   1.  Because it breaks the law (whether you like the law or not is irrelevant).
2.  Because it is easy to prosecute if authorities want to (which is BAD for bitcoin).  3.  Because I personally have seen this scam play out so many times here, and I am not sure that Ken Slaughter is not the same person that did this before.
It is as simple as that.

Oh. I understand your concerns now. Thanks for alerting us all to this. Its certainly something to seriously consider.
While the above gets sorted out by the righteous few, can you keep us posted in your pursuit for the anonymous Ken Slaughter, please? Im really not comfortable giving my money to those anonymous Ken Slaughter types, so thanks for your help. Much obliged.
2271  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] AMC-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 06, 2013, 07:54:36 AM
Vbs;
I suggest you read the unclassified report by the FBI about bitcoin that was posted by wired.   Read it carefully.   They cite monitoring the board, they cite Roman posting about his 25,000 bitcoins being hacked and stolen.   There is little doubt they are monitoring the board.   How long do you think they are going to allow a "honest to goodness real USA company" to run an illegal IPO in a space that they seem to take interest in?   If Ken Slaughter is a real person with a real company, they are going to shut him down and your money will be gone.   "Ken Slaughter" knows he is breaking the law and he knows about the FBI document (everyone does), you really think this he is really an honest american business man that would risk going to jail to do this?
If it is a scam, you lose your money.   If it is not a scam, and he gets arrested, you lose your money.   I do not see the upside.   If you can offer the other side to this argument, I would love to hear it.
How is this a specific issue to AMC?
Is AMC the only venture doing this?
What about all the rest that don't even have any legal terms?
If they did that, besides the fact that they would make bitcoin value probably double, there are many many more assets legally easier to go after first.
Many others are scams too.   it is specific to AMC because he is claiming to be a person named Ken Slaughter from MO.   He is doing this on an open internet form that is monitored (fact) by the FBI while he is openly breaking the law.   Do you really think he is that stupid?   People using bitfunder as a crowdsourcing vehicle that are NOT americans do not have as much to worry about.  It is beyond reason to think that ANY sane american would post their name and testify to a crime they are committing on a PUBLIC forum that the FBI has already declared they are monitoring.   This defies reason more than his claim that ANYONE is allowing him to develop a 45 and 28nm product, let alone a US based company that he has made claims about.   They have vetting departments full of lawyers and he would not even get through the door after they found out how he is "financing" the 2-4MM that it costs to develop a 28nm product.   My main interest in this "business" is trying to figure out who "slaughter" really is and what his name was when he ran this scam the last time.

Thats some agenda you are choosing to involve yourself with Minor. Good luck with that deluded pursuit.

Why are you still here?

600+ orders in one day. Life changing day for Yifu, eh? I highly recommend you watch his presentation if you haven't already. A commentary not only on the status of mining, but also on considered thinking.    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LY1xgGiejIc

Good to see Ken. Onwards and upwards.

This looks like an account taken over by a child. An IPO issuer is asking for a pathetic loan. Really?..... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=97764.msg2367124#msg2367124

The OP is posting this on the AMC share thread. I cant be arsed to check, but Im assuming he is doing it on other share threads, and should be considered at the very least, a shameless and amateur pump.

If you're going to criticise the project, then you should have at least read the details.

I am done with this forum, it is probably better if everyone gets ripped off again.
But, why don't you Mabsark learn how to read.   Read around post 110 back a bit, Slaughter SAID THE WAFERS WERE ALMOST DONE.   So, he went from "just signing an NDA", to a full mask set and right into almost getting the first batch of wafer starts in ONE WEEK?   Then, he ordered chips from Avalon (really crappy chips compared to the 45nm chips that he was getting soon.
Hope you lose lots of coin my friend.

Bye Minor. Hope you find a more appropriate outlet for that anger, soon.
2280  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] AMC-The Official Active Mining Cooperative Discussion on: June 03, 2013, 03:37:29 PM
Minor. You seem so sure about your accusations. So i can take you seriously, what companies have you started and/or running currently? Thanks.
I am quite confident about my statements.  They are made from experience dealing with the process in question.  I have made no accusations other than saying that some statements are either misinformation or outright BS.   I have also pointed out the classic way that pump and dumps used to be performed (and still are) on pink sheet penny stocks and shown the similarities to what is happening with this stock.
As to what companies I have started and built, I will announce that when we have a fully functional product that people can buy that same day they pay for it.   Just like the other companies I own outside of bitcoin.  The more companies that start doing bitcoin businesses in a professional and honest way, the harder it will be for pre-order scams and other mickey mouse type businesses to operate and that will be better for BTC in the long run.

I agree that starting and doing a bitcoin business in a professional and honest way is the way to go.  That is why VMC is incorporated in Delaware, why we have a toll free number to contact us, a professional web page with all of our products listed, and why we will be providing a complete accounting of May's activity to Investors by June 15th.  However since you have admitted to being some kind of competitor to VMC and or AMC, Investors on this thread can take your attacks with a grain of salt.

+1
