2261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: December 11, 2016, 12:31:36 PM
Celta de Vigo will win this game. They have been winning a lot at home this season and I dont think Sevilla has won against them in their last 2 La Liga campaigns or something.
2262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 11, 2016, 10:59:43 AM
Where did you find the odds? I have checked Nitrogen, Betcoin and DirectBet. The odds are much worse than yours. Would be interested because 0.5 goals in first half @1.4 seems pretty good risk/profi ratio.

Schalke vs Leverkusen will try my luck on the game mentioned at the start. I will mange this bet by taking over 0.5 goals for first half @1.40 odds which is most profitable and highly possible winning option. Both teams to score yes @1.72 for full time results. Schalke at home is capable to achieve its goals but Leverkusen at away will not be easy target to get it down.

The best odds I have seen for football is 1XBit. But they are having issues now according to their official thread. There are people saying that their funds are locked. I dont know if they true because everything is ok with me. I have no problems with my cash outs with them.

Is it possible for BTC to reach a trillion dollar market cap. If you think yes then how could BTC reach that level? What kind of utility will BTC have to evolve into to make that possible?
2264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN ETF on: December 10, 2016, 06:28:37 AM
Aside from maybe the price going up, what advantage do you think will Bitcoin ETF going to give to bitcoin?

http://moneymorning.com/2016/10/21/winklevoss-bitcoin-etf-update-this-week-could-help-sec-approval/

There really is no advantage for a BTC ETF. I would choose to hold the real thing and store it in cold storage. With an ETF the advantage of the ability to use your BTC to trade is gone. It brings nothing even if you intend only have it as an investment. Having the real thing is better.
2265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 10, 2016, 06:20:59 AM
I think the end of the season Bundesliga champions Borussia Dortmund, which is always difficult for a big team.  Lips sealed

You should probably stop dreaming about it, they wont be the champion and not even close. Have you actually seen how RB Leipzig perform yet? They have never lose any game at all and currently leading the league at the top, it is quite impressive for a new team in bundesliga and even bayern munich suffered few lost alreadyp

Borussia Dortmund is a club that has to be creative in trying to be one of the elite German clubs. They do not have the backing of rich billionaires like PSG or Manchester United. In fact Dortmund is the supplier of good players to the bigger clubs. You have to be impressed with their player scouts. They truly have the eye for talent.

Someone here mentioned that the Granada vs. Malaga game would end up as a draw but I have disagreed. He turned out to be correct and me wrong. I thought Granada would end up having one goal up by FT.
2267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain for airport?!! on: December 09, 2016, 07:07:06 AM
As a financial consultant we dealt with several projects in energy, aviation, construction,...etc over the years.

Learning about blockchain and it's potential applications, I am fascinated to know how, whether it's possible to use the technology (at it's current stage of development) to fund, built, manage such projects be it a power station, a hotel or specifically an airport. I would appreciate your contribution on the subject, if the brainstorming would lead to a practical solution, we have an access to very interesting project and can hire a team immediately to commence the job.

What would you use a blockchain in an airport for? I have heard every idea about blockchains from different people who are said to be "experts" but all I see are ponzi schemes. I would be surprised if this isnt another scam or ponzi scheme.

Did you hear about the dragon chain that the guy from Disney is developing? You two might want to hook up and see what you can brainstorm with. Heres an interview with him, hes very smart and brilliant. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BA2_pg_odX4
2268  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Dark marketplaces? on: December 09, 2016, 07:04:26 AM
Whats the best darknet market place where a person can buy cocaine from? It looks like that a lot of the people here are talking BS and dont really have any experience in dealing in the darknet. Why do you keep saying bad things about something you dont really know about?

I want to listen to someone who has first hand experience in buying drugs from the darknet.

How many they have got paid for publishing the scam advertisement.
Cointelegraph = Scam advertisement site(Is the publication free for everyone?)

Anyone can confirm this?  Shocked

I am in no way surprised by this. If you read BTC news from different sites you notice that some news are very hypey and pumpy on Cointelegraph. The journalists at there are maybe biased and like some of the media outlets, even corrupt. Be careful in what you are reading and do not readily believe in them.

I know about that, It was applying on every site. Look at the announcement section of alt.
Too many coins were being easy to advertise on some site, seems like just pay some and you will get enroll for that.
I might have thought if that will be another plague.

Yes but the announcement section of the alt is not pretending to be the media which is supposed to be honest and objective. The BTC news sites have the responsibility to bring the truth to the community not to make subjective claims and making promotions to benefit themselves.

The cointelegraph has told me the truth. It was discarding my trust with it. I may think if it might have a filtered standard for choose the positive news to get spread in our community. And in this cases seems like they were saying "who cares".

If theyre really saying "Who cares?" then they should not be in the news giving business. They have a responsibility to uphold and doing a bad job on that will not reflect on them well. People will stop taking all the BS that they spew.

What do the fans here think about FC Koln vs. Borussia Dortmund? Koln could win here because they play their best against better teams and BVB is maybe tired from their midweek game vs. Real Madrid in the Champions League.
2271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: December 09, 2016, 06:25:31 AM
Granada will surely try to make a goal but I am not as sure as you if they can make it this time. Their players must be very tired by now for trying so hard in their last games. A team's motivation really cannot last that long. They need the much awaited winter break.

Granada has always scored in the last four games and malaga is a team that is also always conceded. so I think granada is capable of scoring, even though only one goal.

Currently Granada is really exhausted, I doubt they will score a goal... I'm not betting on this matchup, but if I would, its gonna be a draw...

A draw? If the game is at Granada's home field then I might agree with you. Since they are playing away Malaga already has the advantage. The home crowd plays a bigger role in football than any other sport.

If you want a game that has a high chance that will end as a draw then watch Celta de Vigo against Sevilla. Sevilla might have the team advantage because their players are better but Celta has the home field advantage and their team is not that bad either.

2273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Economic Nobel prize for Satoshi Nakamoto on: December 08, 2016, 05:52:58 AM
Nobel prize is tainted by war criminals winning the Peace prize, etc.

It doesn't really matter. The Nobel Prize has been tainted right from the start. Alfred Nobel after whom the prize was named can be considered a war criminal himself since he was deeply involved in the production of armaments (he established more than 90 armaments factories) and most of his wealth came from arms trade...

In this way, the Nobel Peace Prize is an outrage in the face of humanity in its own right

Is that true? I was not aware of that. Please post the link here for us lazy ones to google it. It would also make your post more informative.

For the games later, my bets are Bayer Leverkusen against AS Monaco will be under 2.5 goals, +111 and Porto against Leicester City, I bet for Leicester to win at money line, +988! That is a very tempting bet and I do not think Porto is really that good in the group stages if you compare them to Leicester.

That's all... Claim Economic Nobel prize for Satoshi Nakamoto

Does he really want the recognition? There is a very good reason why he decided to use a pseudonym, you know. Maybe he already knew what the implications are of his creation. And that is to enable the criminals.
2278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin governance sucks! on: December 07, 2016, 07:10:27 AM
For all you that love 'decentralization', it has made a right fucking mess of things.

Basically the open wild, wild west of 'consensus' is causing tremendous problems in the Bitcoin network.  People are not working constructively together to achieve a remarkable new system, but rather fighting like little school girls on Reddit.  This is a damn mess.  We need a CEO and management to direct efforts and align them to reach a goal.

Is it the case there can be no noble CEO?  I don't buy that theory.

A decentralized structure of governance was meant to be messy. It is either you love it or hate it and with BTC this is what you get. You are always free to go elsewhere if you do not like it. You could also decide not to take part in the political side of the community.
2279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: December 07, 2016, 06:53:13 AM
Falconer is right. It really depends on the person if he has the right acumen to be a coach and a manager. Some players are really good but may have a slow head for managing players. A manager must also be a person who can motivate his players and take good care of them at the same time and be careful not to push too hard. With that said I could see Cristiano as a coach one day.

Hello guys, I want to share my 6th Bundesliga bet for this week
The 6th single bet will be the match between FC Cologne vs Borussia Dortmund
Starting date and time: 10.12.2016   21:30 (sportsbet.io time)

This event can be found here:
https://sportsbet.io/sports/pre-live/soccer/germany/bundesliga/1.-fc-cologne-v-borussia-dortmund/event/9690221?ref=tipster7

Match: FC Cologne vs Borussia Dortmund
Betting option: Both Teams to Score ? Yes
Odd: @ 1.70
Stake: 0.015 (15 mbtc)
Return: 0.02550 (25.50 mbtc)

Proof:

Performance Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga difficult to predict in the last few games the results are disappointing
However, the record of Dortmund has always scored goals and also conceded so I see this an opportunity to take a bet both teams to score

Yeah their performance has not been really consistent this year. As a rule of thumb for Dortmund, at home they usually win spectacularly with a lot of goals. Away, they are really quite disappointing and they keep losing points.
