Barack Obama was a very smart President and he is black. Trump whites and very stupid President. For me it is an indicator. This proves that the theory is not quite proven. Though of course I'm exaggerating

Seems like you are not an American. Barack Obama was the worst president the United States ever had. He made the US a laughing stock in front of the others. His foreign policies were disastrous, and his economic policies caused excessive and boundless pain to the American citizens.
22642  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Man-made global warming = Govt take care me for life on: February 10, 2017, 04:31:07 PM
Ah the beauty of global warming! Definitely man made because its us who made this even possible. I mean, we should be taking this seriously. Things will get even worse. I don't want to live in a palnet looking like in the movies Wall-E and Elysium. We should also yry to preserve our natural resources because in the future once its gone, we won't be able to bring it back.

Resources exist to be consumed. If not by this generation, then by some other. I believe we will never stop using fossil fuels but start to use them more frugally.
That means we will always use fossil resources? Will not work. Want it or not but sooner or later fossil fuel reserves will run out and the new will only be through billions of years.

You are absolutely right about the future usage of the fossil fuels. In the distant future, I am sure that we will be switching to an alternative source of energy. This alternative source can be Hydrogen, electricity, or even Uranium.
22643  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Countries who will take dis advantage of nuclear weapons on: February 10, 2017, 04:27:49 PM
North Korea is ruled by a lunatic, and Pakistan is being ruled by a bunch of lunatics. So it is difficult to say that who is more dangerous. Hopefully the United States may be able to persuade Pakistan to give up the nuclear weapons, before any of them ends up with the ISIS.
22644  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Saudi diplomat sentenced to caning in Singapore for sexual abuse on: February 10, 2017, 04:25:48 PM
The idiot Saudi thought that Singapore was like the United States and India, where rich Saudis could rape whomever they want. He was proven wrong, and was sentenced to 26 months imprisonment plus 4 cane strokes in his buttock.

http://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/courts-crime/saudi-diplomat-gets-26-months-and-one-week-in-jail-4-strokes-of-the-cane-for

For the previous incidents in India and the US, check these links:

http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/saudi-diplomat-friends-rape-gangrape-nepali-mother-daughter-the-complete-story/1/469406.html

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3248499/Saudi-prince-arrested-sex-crime-neighbors-claim-saw-bleeding-woman-screaming-help-LA-compound.html

I respect the fact that you are seeing this as a victory over the way this would have been treated in other countries that you have stated but to me, I still see it as a slap on the wrist and you might agree that if it were to be a local that is involved I am sure the punishment would have been more punitive than this then the element of being rich is definitely playing out in this scenario. I just wondered the effect of this on the victim that 26 months and 4 strokes of cane would eradicate.

The punishment may be too lenient, as per you (I don't think so). But these sort of punishments will deter similar crimes in the future. Even if this news succeeds in preventing a single similar crime in the future, I will be happy.
22645  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What would happen if ALL countries's borders were taken away tomorrow? on: February 10, 2017, 04:16:19 PM
Opening borders can potentially help but also potentially be dangerous for country. That's why we need laws and restrictions to prevent this. And by restriction, the right kind not totally flushing out immigrants. They still help out with the economy as long as they are given the right treatment.

How can be the illegal immigrants be of any help to the economy? They don't pay any taxes, and they create extreme strain on the welfare budget. On top of that they will make the native workers jobless.
Illegal migrants do not bring any benefit to the state, but legal can be helpful. In any country there are global projects on building which can be a lot to save through the use of migrant labor.Of course, without granting them citizenship.

This is not practical in the United States, as the constitution allows birthright citizenship, even to children born to illegal immigrants. There should be an amendment to limit citizenship only to legal residents.
22646  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump Picks Anti-Encryption Attorney General on: February 10, 2017, 04:13:53 PM
Agreed, it was looking pretty bad for a while there.  I think a practical business type guy like Trump would be a fast learner on crypto currency, and would immediately grasp its use (and its abuse).  Hillary would have simply done what Wall Street told her to.

Perfectly said. Trump is business minded, and he is shrewd. He knows that the Bitcoin sector will grow to a super-giant with a market cap of $100-$200 billion in the near future. If a part of that business stays in the United States, then tens of thousands of jobs can be created, in addition to billions of USD in tax revenues every year.
22647  Other / Politics & Society / Re: World War III ? on: February 10, 2017, 04:09:58 PM
If only one continent, for example North America, will be obliterated, then rest of the world would live on more prosperous leaving the winning faction to rule the remaining world.

That would mean death to more than 500 million people (including Mexico and Central America). And it will affect the human civilization negatively. I am not a big fan of the United States. But then, a lot of the scientific and technological innovations came from the US. Without those innovations, life would be much harder for you and me.
22648  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Even More Countries Mock Trump With Wickedly Funny Parody Videos on: February 10, 2017, 04:07:49 PM
The elephant keeps walking as the dogs keep barking. I don't think that Trump will be bothered by any of these loonies. My simple advice for them would be to concentrate on their countries first, before meddling in the internal affairs of the US.
I don't agree with you. Trump is in any way interested in the opinions of others. He's a narcissist and he needs others to admire him. It has his vanity. In addition, Europe is an ally of America and lose it no one wants.

Trump understands the need to ignore harmful opinions from those who act like friends. He may be a narcissist, but he knows what is the best for the American citizens. And till now, he hasn't caused any damage to the US-EU relations, and he is not interested in damaging the relations anytime in the near future.
22649  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think in the future on DONALD TRUMP in his term of presidency ? on: February 10, 2017, 04:04:25 PM
"The Constitution gives the House of Representatives the right to impeach the president. Impeachment means that a charge of misconduct is filed against the president. A majority of the members of the House must vote for these charges in order to impeach the president."
The House is also Red, making impeachment even more impossible.

Any republican legislator who is even remotely supporting the impeachment proceedings will be treated like a mad dog by the grassroots GOP supporters. The majority of the GOP rank and file voted for Trump not because they were especially fond of him, but because of the pending SCOTUS vacancies. If Trump is impeached and the successor Democrat president nominates ultra-liberal nominees like Kagan and Sotomayor, then there will be a bloodbath within the GOP.
Trump once again in another scandal. He stood up for the daughter whose designer clothes refused to sell. Now, the Commission on ethics of civil servants. The principle seems to Trump a day without scandal.

Are you sure that when Bill Clinton was the president, he didn't exerted pressure on the business leaders so that his wife daughter could get business? Trump is not surviving on revenues from Ivanka's cloth sales. Just admit it and move on.
22650  Economy / Economics / Re: Long term OIL on: February 09, 2017, 05:19:55 PM
On the other hand, Russia was rumored to have been secretly buying Iranian oil previously and then reselling it as their own to European countries. Why couldn't they do it all over again?

After all, the US has no access to the Caspian Sea to check that trade (unlike the Persian Gulf)

This is the first time I am hearing about it. How can Iran smuggle oil to Russia, when dozens of American military satellites are scanning every square inch of the Russo-Iranian border? Also, I don't think that Russia will take the risk of dishonoring the UN sanctions.
22651  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: February 09, 2017, 05:16:15 PM
if one million dollar only buy bitcoin is danger investment

If you have 1 million follar, you could purchase around 900 btc or more with the current price and could you imagine what you can do after that? You can go back selling it because by purchasing 900+ btc you are already pushing its price up therefore that means you are already getting profit from the speculation that you have done

No... your calculations are wrong. If you want to purchase BTC900 in one go, then you need to buy them at a considerable premium to the prevailing exchange rate. Also, if you are dumping the same amount of coins suddenly, then you will get a rate which is lower than the market rate.
22652  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski sides with Democrats in the Senate voting on: February 09, 2017, 05:12:49 PM
If politicians just voted the party line, what's the point in voting for them? They literally serve no purpose if they don't use some independent thought and cognitive thinking about whether the impact of the vote will benefit the electorate in their district.

I think you miss the point of Democracy, son. What you're looking for is a dictatorship that changes direction every 4-8 years.

By the way, DeVos still won, so what's the problem?

Does this independent thought and cognitive thinking exist only among the Republicans? We very rarely see any of the Democrat senators or House members voting for the measures introduced by the GOP.

However  if you are a Catholic life is really valuable more than anyrhing else

Is that the reason why Catholic nations such as Poland and Italy are having some of the lowest birth rates in the planet? I think that the fertility rate in Italy is somewhere around 1.2, when compared to 1.8 in Belarus.
22654  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Vladimir Putin wants an apology from Fox News on: February 09, 2017, 05:08:25 PM
he is less a murderer than a US president, at least thats my opinion, how many people die for misil launching ordered by US in middle east? is it a lie that they create ISIS? so?

The total (direct and indirect) death toll in Iraq crossed the one million many years back. And I am not even considering the hundreds of thousands of children, who died as a result of the US embargoes and sanctions while Saddam was in power.
22655  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Saudi diplomat sentenced to caning in Singapore for sexual abuse on: February 09, 2017, 05:04:04 PM
Unfortunately most countries have immunity on diplomats that's why some diplomats abuse it. Most cases, they're just sent back to their home country. Good thing that this didn't happened to Singaporean government and i salute them for teaching a lesson to this diplomat.

Perhaps that is the reason why Singapore is having one of the lowest crime rates in the world, despite its location in South-east Asia. Also, we should remember that Singapore is a multi-cultural nation and a melting pot for immigrants.
22656  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who will win WW3? on: February 09, 2017, 05:00:23 PM
Long time ago I heard the best answer to this question.
We don't know who will win WW3 but we know how we will fight in WW4. With stones and sticks.
So, you better hope that WW3 will never happen or we will see the end of our civilization.
Nobody can win WW3.

One of the reasons why Hillary Clinton lost the POTUS 2016 elections was that some of her supporters expected her to trigger a WW3. The statement by Dr. Jill Stein went viral in the social media. It cost her a lot of votes from the left-leaning youth.

22658  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Trump: safe zones for syria; imminent us-russian war? on: February 09, 2017, 04:56:52 PM

Never Trump and Putin do not get along with each other. America's interests do not coincide with the interests of Russia. How tiger can get along with the kid? It is not possible. Russia is an enemy of America.

If Russia and the U.S. both have the goal of remaining sovereign and independent nations (or re-achieving that mode as the case may be) then they do have interests which coincide.  If there are 'Davos Man' type people and groups who seek to integrate the two nations...or get them to mutually destroy one another for strategic reasons...then the two nations might recognize a common enemy.

As far as I can see, most of the rivalry between Russia and the United States is caused as a result of inflammatory rhetoric from the politicians from both sides. I am not just referring to the American politicians such as John McCain and Hillary Clinton, but also to the Russian extremists, such as Vladimir Zhirinovsky and Alexander Belov.
22659  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Are terrorists only muslim in religion? on: February 09, 2017, 04:51:42 PM
It's not about islam as a religion, geography has to do a lot more with that than just a religion.

It has nothing to do with geography. The Islamic terrorism transcends geographic boundaries. We have recorded Islamic extremism in all the inhabited continents, with the incidence directly proportional to the percentage of the Muslims.
22660  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who will win WW3? on: February 09, 2017, 03:33:13 PM
It seems to me that if the war will be without the use of nuclear weapons. Russia does a soap bubble which is not able to fight, and China has the technology much worse than the Western countries. Think will win the West.

You are mistaken. The Russian defense technology is one of the best in the world, if not the topmost. And whatever disadvantages China is having in technology, they overcome it by plagiarizing the Russian equipment, and using their huge manpower resources.
