If Erik is so confident in him, why was he replaced by Amad? Was it because he hadn't been practising to understand how the other players had developed over the previous weeks, or was it just a random choice? Ronaldo wasn't happy about that because he even left right before the last minute of the match.

Chill mate, its a pre season game and it doesnt really matter. Ronaldo hasnt been playing with the team for quite some time so there is no reason to push him to play for full 90 minutes in a pre season game. Wether he is happy about it or not, it doesnt matter because with Ten Hag around then he is not going to be considered as 'special 'anymore so he has to earn his place in the lineup if he wants it

Congratulations to Team Solo Mid for qualifying to the ESL One Malaysia after beating Quincy Crew 3-2 in the finals of the Qualifiers.

I had to check liquipedia when I read this because I thought that this is some random teams from the open qualifiers lol. Turned out its one of the NA region regular powerhouse TSM

@tomahawk9 :

August schedule for Dota ( offline tournament ), in case if you want to update the OP

PGL Arlington Major 4th - 14th August
Gamers Galaxy Thailand 16th - 20th August
ESL One Malaysia 23rd - 28th August

and some other tier 3 online tournaments along the way
2283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betnomi.com ⚽️ Champions League Pool ⚽️ Discussion (Prize Fund 0.3 BTC) on: July 31, 2022, 06:25:20 PM
Woah the prizepool for this is much higher compared to the other betnomi's pool. Tempted to join in but Im not sure I might be able to do my predictions lol but still few weeks before the UCL start so I'll see about it. Well atleast they give $50 free bets as well though so getting one yellow cap would be pretty much money back already

Agree with the most but somehow I doubt we will get 50 users,

I think getting atleast 25 would be decent already considering that we have alot of pools this year so some regulars might decided not to pitch in this due to joining all the other pools already
2284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: July 30, 2022, 10:44:20 PM
What are the esports that are discussed this time?. Are there any discussiond about Dota 2 or other egames that are popular by many people. I was planning to go to a sportsbook that I can bet on popular esports. I can't guess what esports are discussed based on the latest reply since I am not familiar with the said player.

It totally varies depending on which tournament/qualifiers that is currently ongoing and the interest varies of people in this thread as well so there are lots of different discussion. Most of the time, its either Dota or CSGO though because those two has the most ongoing tournaments right now but yeah if you check the OP for the schedule then you would know
2285  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 30, 2022, 09:15:57 PM
They should advertise themselves as a minimal KYC crypto casino instead.

Gamblers don't like being lied to especially since they are risking their funds which is why they appreciate casinos that are transparent.

Is that even matters? everytime a new player register an account, they will need to check the tickbox for the T&S therefore its pretty much their own fault for not reading the terms. You will be asked to fill in level 1 KYC right off the bat so if a player doesnt want to risk any of his identity then he can simply choose not to play in Roobet, its as simple as that though
2286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: July 30, 2022, 06:54:36 PM
Also good to see Darwin Nunez on the score sheet from his celebration you would know it is going to boost his morale for the season.

A last minute goal but yeah atleast he scored and its always good to kick the season off with a goal. Liverpool is just as consistent as the previous season and City is looking abit sloppy but Pep definitely knows what to patch up on squad after this match. Taking out De Bruyne at 73' minutes and this is probably the downfall for City, He was doing alot for the team though

On the other end, which is to huge investor's perspetive, they are somehow gaslighting their losses that it is part of their plan or such thing is normal, to simply hide the negative idea which could affect their name not only in a single industry but also in general.

Reputation means alot of things to all those people. Even MSTR is currently in deep loss right now but they keep on showing all that positivity about holding bitcoin on a longer term because this is what left for them. No way that they are going to sell all of that and move on with it but well Tesla did that but its Elon though, he made alot already from pumping doge
2288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 29, 2022, 10:19:12 PM
but playing in Sporting doesn't by any means give a better chance of doing much in the competition, that's even if they're able to make it pass the group stage.

Exactly, he is no longer the same player that could carry the whole team behind his back anymore. He has better shot at winning something by staying in Manchester United. Although In fact, I'd rather have him leave the club as soon as possible so Ten Hag would be able to focus on the current squad without having to tweak anything in the end in case if Ronaldo decided to stay only because all the other teams wont take him in

Dang only 1.85 in Rollbit but yeah this is pretty much the only decent game that I would bet and watch. The other game pretty much are kinda unpredictable because alot can happen in qualifiers tournament

This is already a good deal for an over 2.5 maps on this match because we know how close this match will gonna be based on there records unless GG will show again an upset match since they are always doing this in every tournament that they manage to have a good run on upper bracket. Over 2.5 is the safest bet with this match.

Well yeah its pretty much industry standard for over 2.5 maps in dota and Im happy as long as Im getting atleast 1.7 for this type of 'safe' bet. I was just quoting Trofo because he wrote that it was 1.95. Well its probably around 1.9 or something and it was a last minute bet for me so the odds could have been dropping because of it

Anyway, glad that the ticket won

This could be another over 2.5 maps tomorrow, GG vs BetBoom

US is too strict on their visa issuance even if there's a valid reason or if Valve would like to still stay with the US hosting their majors. They should help and back up the qualifying teams and players and help them approve their visas.

Kinda understandable if we are few years back because back then everyone pretty much wants to move into US so they are pretty strict but honestly right now, why would someone wants to move in there and be poor. No offence to my fellow Americans mate, its just some harmless jokes  Tongue

Just some news about ana, he's going to play for RNG as stand-in carry for this major.

This young lads seems to be serious on getting back as a pro huh, he kept on standing in for different teams

GG over 2.5 @1,95, this one just screams over to me

I a little bit disagree need KYC Level 2 Sad

At least give us non-KYC player to get some bonus for the birthday give, maybe there has some more rules like minimum rank for non-KYC player. If stake can do that

Any idea on how much Stake is giving away for the birthday though? well not saying that I might complete my level 2 KYC just for this but this is purely my curiousity Roll Eyes ( or I might if the bonus is decent ). Anyway, I dont think they'll ever give a birthday bonus without KYC because the only reason that they are giving this bonus away is to encourage people to complete their KYC

On freebitco, the total number of tickets is unknown at the beginning.

Abit misleading about this. Its not unknown though because if you use the word 'unknown' that means that there is a fixed amount of tickets every rounds but the number is unknown. The appropriate word that you are looking for is probably 'infinite' because as far as I know the amount keep on going for set amount of time before the drawn
2293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rise of Streamers in Online Gambling on: July 28, 2022, 07:00:44 PM
But if you are seeing these streamers are making a ton of money, that's most probably a got up game. These are used for marketing so that a common viewers gets excited and start playing with them. A simple psychological trick!

Thats not really the case for some streamer. Most streamers have an upfront payment for X amount that should be used as balances throughout the entire months of streaming and wether the streamer makes profit out of those upfront payment is pretty much a different story. Most streamers ended up making way less then what they received upfront so its a beneficial situation for both party
2294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: July 28, 2022, 04:21:48 PM
Manchester City's pre-season match was better than Liverpool, it's no wonder that many predict a victory for Manchester City in their next meeting. But I haven't fully seen the potential of Liverpool itself, in other words it's possible that they will bring out a gun that they didn't do in pre-season,

Pre season games means nothing at all once the league start, everything could be different. In fact, all those teams that do well in their pre season games actually are exposing a glimpse of their next season's strategy. Aside from that, these games served as nothing but entertainment for the fans though so expect alot of things to be different

Player @littlehasbulla was lucky to turn $75 bet into $120k with the multipler of 1609.7x and getting this big win so you can also try out the same to see if you are lucky.

'little' hasbulla huh, not so little after winning $120k  Roll Eyes

I would guess that it is not really an idea for just one time marketing, but at least "some" marketing. We haven't seen them doing marketing for millions and it looks like maybe they won't do that at all. This is why I believe that they got the money and did absolutely nothing with it.

What sort of marketing / promotions are you guys really expecting? I mean if you guys do want to see something then simply ask for it. Rollbit's staff are pretty much open to what the community wants though. They are not active in this forum so hit up the discord channel and write all the stuff that you want as part of the suggestion if you truly want that
2296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 27, 2022, 08:15:22 PM
By this transfer, Barcelona will have stolen another player from Chelsea's targets indeed. And I've heard that Chelsea won't sell Azpilicueta and Alonso to them just because of this reason.

Business wise, I dont think Barcelona would be able to them as well though. They even forced some players to take a pay cut or leave the club so that pretty much tells us their financial situation. Aside from this, why would Xavi even need another old left back on his team when he already has one that is on par in term of quality. That just doesnt make any sense though
2297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: July 27, 2022, 06:45:24 PM
Fnatic- Three of their players failed to get their approvals from the US embassy to acquire their traveling visas.

Imagine both Topson and Ana standin in for this team. There's a possibility of it happening though Roll Eyes or probably they'll just get pos 1, 2 and 5 of TSM to participate as part of their team

Extreme Gaming- They forfeited their slot after failing to get a visa on 1 of its players. I'm not sure if this is worth it for them rather than having a stand-in. This means there are only 17 teams playing in Arlington. Or will Valve allows 4th placer Aster.Aries in the Chinese region to play instead?

Thats not how it works, if a team forfeited its slot then there will be no other team that will occupy that slot as it is not fair for another team to be selected like that. The last Major was also held without the CN region team and all of those spots are not given to another team so pretty sure that Valve will stand with their rules

Entity- Pure also failed to get a US visa. But the team already has Timado from TSM as its substitute.

Actually Saberlight-, source Here

Anyway looking forward to the major and some more tier 1 DOTA. We really need those matches until proper football season starts.

Well Major starts on 4th August though and EPL is back on 5th
2298  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 27, 2022, 04:13:26 PM
Is it possible for Atlético to sign Cristiano Ronaldo? Whether it's Atletico Madrid or another club, we are concerned that the possibility of Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Manchester United is fading.

Its financially possible if Ronaldo willing to reduce portion of his wages but there are alot of other factors for this so the move probably wont happen. Aside from that, Manchester United is not willing to sell Ronaldo just yet but they are open on the option of loaning him

In my opinion, Cristiano Ronaldo deserves better but at this time most of the teams are rejecting. May be high salary is the main reason.

Thats one of the vital reason but honestly most clubs wont be able to fit him in the club because they have pretty gotten the players that they wanted on their club so signing Ronaldo means making another space on the squad for him because you cant just possibly bench A 'Christiano Ronaldo'.
2299  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: July 26, 2022, 09:22:51 PM
Where would you let them spend it? I have zero idea what the exact amount is, but lets assume they gathered 2 million dollars combined from both

Its actually a simple math though

$500 for 2000 pieces on presale
$1000 for 8000 pieces on public sale for V1

$1000 for 10k pieces for V2

So you do the rest of the math and of course pretty much deduct it by 20% or less for the marketing cost for the NFT sale as well as giveaway and such

would you have them just chalk it up to bankrolling the casino and paying operational costs? That won't fly here

It actually doesnt matter, if they want to ruin their entire business operation then they are free to do that but knowing Rollbit then pretty sure they might have something planned

They need to spend that money on marketing and becoming bigger,

I think they do by keeping their sig campaign rolling in this forum as well as sponsoring streamers like AyeeZee
2300  Economy / Economics / Re: Yellen says economy shows no signs of recession on: July 26, 2022, 07:55:38 PM
To be fair, they're not making guarantees or legally-binding statements, just predictions and morale-boosting crap.  It's been going on for hundreds of years at least across the world and many governments.

Yeah pretty much they cant say anything negative for the sake of the mass. Imagine admitting that the country is in dire situation, that would have caused mass panic which would lead to some other problem that could rise. Aside from that, most goverment tend to think that if the majority still could afford some bread for their mouth that means things are 'okay'

but personally it really doesn't feel like a recession to me--definitely not like 2011-13 or whenever the last really bad one was.  Remember those days?

Its more like we are on the verge of recession but not really recession as of now. Probably in a year or so the effect would be alot more significant isnt it
