1)Download the zip file from BitAddress: https://www.bitaddress.org2)Unplug PC ethernet or disable wireless network connection so PC is completely offline. 3)Extract zip file onto a folder on the desktop, then double click on the bitaddress.org file inside this folder to launch bitaddress offline website. 4)Mouse around and type letters into the textbox until your public and private keys and QR codes are generated. 5)Once generated, click on Paper Wallet and 3 wallet addresses with both public and private keys available to use. Highly recommended to plug into a printer via USB to print your Paper Wallets, then you should be able to fund them safely. 6)Once funded, place them in a zip lock bag or air tight plastic bag or laminated paper to water proof. 7)Close out of the offline BitAddress site, and restore your internet connection 8)Stick them in fire proof safe or keep a few for spending.

Will one be sufficient to power both sides (blades) of the s3, or do I need to order 2 for each S3 for a total of 6?
I appreciate your help and am anxious to get into bitcoin mining with these.
Tom Travis
One of these double cables per S3, so total of 3.

I would buy Bitcoin because..I don't have to worry about checking or savings fees or interest or annual credit card fees or having a minimum account balance or wire fees or western union fees or having to wait several hours or days to send to loved ones overseas or exorbitant exchange fees when cashing out to fiat if travelling or providing my ID or second form of ID constantly when making large purchases or minimum or maximum withdrawal amounts from my atm or worrying about a check to clear or having the notorious chargeback by PayPal or Ebay when a good or service is rejected or...... (exhales then inhales again) I would buy Bitcoin....because it's the "new" money y'all! ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif)

yeah I got pretty emo reading that, I've know lophie as a community member whose posts I respect for some time so good to see older members getting something back. What is annoying is the number of scams that over balance the scales when it comes to this sort of thing... There is a really cute thread somewhere a while back started by a kid raising money for his dog to have an operation. The potential donors were quite rigorous requesting proof, and ultimately a few guys covered the entire costs and there's now a nice trail of photos and heart warming thank you posts and such ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Oh yea, the pirate dog I believe. Wanted to believe that dude from Brazil, but with Lophie it was sorta instantaneous. There was no scam alarms, no spidey sense tingling, and I just felt inclined to chip in what I could in helping Lophie out in his time of distress. Just seemed genuine off the bat....

Just buy Bitcoins at the moment, no need to mine at the moment. Doesn't make sense to lose money with no hope of recovering your investment. And if you're going to mine anyways, make sure you read this about cloud mining: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387.0Basically, there's no cloud mining worth entering, as 99% of them are all scams or ponzi schemes.

Easiest way to buy Bitcoins with your credit cards in the US is Coinbase and Circle. There are some verification hoops to jump through, but after that initial setup, it's all easy peezy. Another alternative way to get Bitcoin using credit card is through https://brawker.com/. It's a more roundabout way, using Brawker's online marketplace to fill an order to receive Bitcoins, but overall trusted by most accounts.

What do they often say "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery", well I think that applies here with the IBM news.
IBM, a multi billion dollar company, trying to copycat Bitcoin's blockchain can only be a win win.
Anytime, you have a competitor trying to copy your ideas, ultimately fail, and cause people to just focus on the original is just good news period.

Very good news indeed! Maybe this will cause the ball to start rolling for adoption from Amazon.
Each little bit of a news is an important piece of the puzzle. Building blocks to mass adoption and mainstream use.

Glad to see you were able to gather enough loan funds for your tickets, Lophie.
Just came across this thread, and was just about to login to Coinbase to lend you, but looks like you're good now.
Best of luck and best wishes to you and your wife.
Actually I am almost there The last one that was about to pledge 1 btc was wanting the account as collateral but I already gave it as collateral for a member who offered first so PLEASE go ahead and login and lend me something. really anything helps. Right now I think I have the ticket covered and if I can raise like another $50 I will use it for basic medicine and a meal or two Funding my wallet, please standby as I wait for these confirmations...
