Well...I'm bummed. I never saw the dump and sure could have used more as I don't have many to begin with.

Spike, Any surprises in the Wallet? ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) No sorry, just enjoy your 200% interest. Have to run for some work ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Bought this coin on faith....believe you to be an honest man. Can you tell us what your plans are for your coin and what can it be used for? Is this a 'just for fun' coin or do you have plans in mind, for future uses; besides you making some 'change' while we all play? Really, I think we would all be interested in knowing where this is going. Thank You for your replies edit; btw...so far, it has done well on YoBit. It needs too, after all, your name is at stake.

I am going to claim complete ignorance. I know nothing about CryptoSpots. I have the wallet installed but don't have very much of it. And I don't know what this 'game' is. Will someone take a little time and explain it to a CS noob, or should I get rid of this little 150CS in the wallet? It's not like it will break the bank... ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Oh, and why can't I encrypt the wallet? Thanks for any help.

I am having problems getting the wallet to sync at all. Just D/Led and ran but it doesn't connect to any nodes, period. Setup a .conf file and still won't work. What is happening?
5 stable connections SpikesPrivateCoin.conf addnode=66.41.201.92:5737 addnode=74.120.220.54:5737 addnode=178.33.126.221:5737 addnode=109.147.126.191:5737 addnode=spc.suprnova.cc addnode=82.44.30.10:5737 Thanks, but I already had those. Found the problem.....I can't spell. Wrong name for the .conf file. Surprise, when I spell it correctly....it works. Duh?? ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif)

Changing the frequency alone won't significantly increase the efficiency. You have to also reduce the chip voltages through the pencil mod or adding resistors (using voltage setting available with some firmware does nothing). I reduced by adding 8 resistors to each hash board of 4 S3s. I set each to the frequency that was the most efficient. The slowest hashes at 250 and the fastest at 390 Gh/s. I'm now averaging 0.62 J/Gh, which is still profitable.
Thanks for that info. I was hoping it would be as simple as lowing the frequency. This hasn't put me off though. I'm confident to make the electronic changes necessary as I have a background in electronics. I'll give it some thought. Thanks again. May I suggest that for what you want, instead of going the s3 route, maybe the r-Box110 would be more inline with your needs. Just a thought. Good Luck.

Must we continue this 'Battle of the Pool'? It really comes down to choice. I choose kano.is. Battle over, I win!

is the pool down?
Seems to have done a restart...back up now.

@kano,
Ditto on the appreciation.
Since the last question concerned payout, I have one as well. I have always wondered if the actual 'finder of the block' gets any extra in the payout with the rest of the pool splitting the leftovers?
Just my cray-cray mind at work.
I considered it when I started the pool, but the reality is that there's not much point in doing it. So I didn't. Long term you don't get paid more or less for getting a block finder's reward. What it does is increase miner's reward variance. Thanks for the answer Kano. It's not like my little hashrate had a chance anyway. Curious mind.

Still waiting for an answer. What do I get as a SANDG holder? It's great that you get to buy all these other coins. What does that do for holders of SANDG?
|
|
|
You must be making some headway with the code. My HEDG address is finally coming up but I have yet to see a payment.
Total Paid 140537.41717958 HEDG
This amount never made it to my wallet and still have a few waiting to be confirmed.
Edit: Final numbers I'm wating for - Total Earned 140555.33339142 HEDG
Won't be mining any more of those until paid.
|
|
|
Gotta ask....what does holding SANDG do for those that are hanging onto or buying it?
|
|
|
The more I think about it the more I get the impression you may be premature in this 'We will only support payments in BTC' status. I have mined AMBER (x13), DASH (x11), and START (x11) using QUARK algo with no complications. It was only HEDG (x13) that wasn't paying out properly; solution, if you can't figure it out, would be to take it off your coin list (until further notice). Why would you give up the whole pool to BTC when other coin payouts are working?
Thank you for the reply
EDIT: I am continuing to use the quark algo /w payout in amber. Please inform me if this is no longer is possible. I am a single GTX750Ti miner.
