I suck.    Cry Cry  but in the linked snapshot, the dude sucks +1 more than me.. and shahzadafzal sucks more than 2.5x more the this here kitty cat. There may well be a god, and a little moral relief in the world, no? and if I really ponder deeply into my inner lil selfie, I can think of moar worser things that I have done in my short life so far, as well.

LOL, I forgive you, so you should forgive yourself as well, but you still suck more than El Duderino b/c he doesn't complain.

You're allowed to feed the cats, and you're allowed to do what you want, as we all are, just pointing out some behavioral reinforcements taking place here. Love you J, no homo.

Edit: Even though you edited your post to say I suck, too late to take back my professed love for you.

damn kill me… but mine coming for local board I’m sure.

yes every merit you gave to this account is for posts made elsewhere

2282  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Forum NFTs - immortalize your profile on the BTC blockchain on: September 16, 2022, 07:40:50 AM
- krostue is marked as paid (am waiting to get the details from him for the token metadata content)
- vizique and sweeteye are marked as reserved, am awaiting confirmation from them.

Since this project didn't get the kind of traction I imagined, I'm opening up the $25 rate to all members with an account creation date before Dec. 31, 2015.

That price basically covers material costs (XCP, BTC, AR) + 1 hour or so it takes to put everything together & process the individual Arweave + Bitcoin transactions.
2283  Other / Meta / Reee: How would bitcointalk community react to bitcointalk nfts on: September 16, 2022, 07:29:24 AM
I'm reee-ing this thread as it was opened and closed before I even saw it... and I do have a lot of responses to comments in it.

Personal plea: I'd appreciate it if respondents didn't just rehash knee-jerk opinions on NFTs for the sake of cranking out a post to fulfill their weekly quota, thanks.

Obviously OP realized pretty quickly his particular vision of the idea wasn't gonna fly with the community, so no need to belabor that point.

This idea will only be possible if theymos or other forum staff will give this a go signal to make this an official forum NFT.

I agree this should be the case when it comes to high-profile members, like satoshi and Hal... it wouldn't be right for just anybody to make them and sell them... or sell anybody's w/o the consent of the user themselves... would be interpreted as a cash grab.

I don’t know if this is possible but it will be good if we can make our avatar directly using NFT like what twitter planning to do.

Funny you should mention it -- this is actually what I did, but in reverse: your avatar IS the NFT. The image attached to the token changes when you change your avatar.

They are actually already being done - check out this thread by nutildah  Smiley

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5411112.0

Thanks for bringing it up. And I'd just like to point out that this is all accomplished entirely on the Bitcoin blockchain. I thought it was cool because its sort of an identity token that represents who you are on the forum and the blockchain. Alternatively, you have the option of minting multiple copies so you can trade them with others (this can be done in a trustless fashion using the Counterparty DEX). It would be a fun way to collect Bitcoin-backed trading cards of other forum users. For the entrepreneurial, you could even wrap them and sell them on OpenSea, or any of the other NFT markets.

I was thrilled to have a wisened OG like philipma1957 volunteer to go first... There are 4 other members who expressed interest that I'm current waiting to hear back from.

NFTs today remind me so much of Bitcoin in 2011.  It's so obvious they're the future, but everyone is so dismissive.  It's like people think that this is some sort of 0 sum game and other people's success will take away from theirs.  When the grownups get around to dabbling in NFTs things will change.

Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin being the first and most prominent) is the digital representation of money. NFTs are simply the digital representation of everything else.

If you believe that society is headed into an era of digital expansion, where the idea of the metaverse becomes more prominent and maybe even a central focus point, you should root for blockchain-backed digital ownership to play an important role in this new paradigm.

If you don't believe in any of this, then I have to ask, why do you believe in Bitcoin?
2284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: September 16, 2022, 06:38:03 AM
Obviously you're allowed to do with your DOGE whatever you want, though:

1. It IS a currency first and foremost, hence the term cryptocurrency. Without people using it as such, it will never attain any kind of true utility and be relegated to the likes of a speculative investment, along with 99% of all other altcoins.

2. Its true that the longer you hold DOGE on an exchange, the more likely you are to someday lose it... whether the exchange goes under, KYC's you out of your account, or you simply lose access to your login credentials and there's no way to restore them.

Once you get some DOGE, its best to save some and then spend some... use it for what it was made to do.
2285  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 16, 2022, 04:55:52 AM

Horey fuck.

How would you even conclude that kind of information even comes close to anything that would be of concern here?

As the presupposed "adult" in the room, this is how I feel right at this moment.

He's here in good part because of you.

If you feed stray cats, you shouldn't complain when they shit on your porch.
2286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: September 16, 2022, 03:53:23 AM
It was supposed to be on fox, but I guess some fucking MLB team that nobody cares about called the Oakland Athletics or some shit was taking precidence in my market.  I couldn't find it anywhere on YTTV.

Oakland A's? They were pretty exciting when Rollie Fingers and Catfish Hunter were around.

Was your sound out of synch?  My skynet has been acting up lately.  It's probably just becoming sentient.

No, it was fine... probably just interference from the NSA watching the game alongside you.
2287  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: September 16, 2022, 03:17:38 AM
Pretty exciting QB matchup between the Coiners and the Rollers today.

Looked pretty touch-and-go with Herbert there for a minute, like he might have suffered some sort of rib injury, but then he managed to shake it off. If he were older, he woulda been out for the rest of the game, and maybe one or two more after that...

Was excited by the prospects of the Chargers beating KC at home, but alas it was not in the cards.

Pretty stoked with Amazon Prime's Thursday Night Football, much higher quality than the average unauthorized stream.
2288  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 15, 2022, 09:10:47 AM
Is it just me or has Resistance remarkably weakened?
Bulltrap incoming?
Pump incoming?
Antoher round of long liquidations?

Hard to judge, in this crazy market era  Huh

The hard to judge part is quite true.

My instinct tells me, barring unforeseen macro-weirdness, the bottom is well in and we will only improve from hereon out.

The reason for my optimism is as simple as Wall Street traders returning from summer vacation and Labor Day celebrations. We are absolutely tied to Wall Street at the hip. I just don't see stocks falling much farther from here... maybe sideways for a continued while, at worst.

Of course there's always the chance I'm wrong.

One thing I know for sure is that those who make these types of forecasts with certainty are bullshitters.
2289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: September 15, 2022, 07:39:45 AM
Well, the news is still coming in little by little, although not directly related to the coin itself, but, for example, here Tesla is starting to release a new Cyberwhistle, inspired by its futuristic Cybertruck series, and it can only be bought for Doge, the price was 1000 Doge Smiley :

The Cyberwhistle has been out for a bit -- since Jan I think. I bought the Big T belt buckle then, paying with DOGE of course. I use it at least a few times a week! It both makes my jeans heavier and holds them up at the same time. Its pretty cool, happy to be a Elon Fanboy.

2291  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 13, 2022, 05:39:29 PM
However, this does not mean that the Russians will not take into consideration some centralized altcoin such as ETH, whose owner is of Russian origin, so maybe he will come to an agreement with mother Russia.

Nope. I realize the status quo in this thread is to shit on Ethereum, but Vitalik is staunchly anti-Putin, anti-idiotic war.

Agreed that Russia's announcements about Bitcoin will amount to a hill of beans.
2292  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 13, 2022, 08:06:58 AM
Someone should design a MeritBot which determines which merit farmers are capable of demonstrating original thought by cross-checking the forum and Google for repeat content, and then award them with an appropriate amount of merits.

On the flipside, if a merit farmer writes 5 or more merit-less posts in a row, they should be excluded from the bot's consideration for the rest of eternity.
2293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: September 12, 2022, 04:43:37 PM
Be honest, are pre-draft performance-enhancing drugs involved?  Ayahuasca?

But really. Can't deny the power of conventional wisdom. I learned such from IMDB ratings maybe 8 years ago or so. (Internet Movie Database... shit is always dead-smack between Critic and Audience reviews on Rotten Tomatoes.)

It's a marathon tho, not a sprint. The trick is paying attention to who to grab when your players get injured. Which Heuristics already has a lot of experience with. Damn.
2294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Dogechain (DC)? on: September 12, 2022, 04:13:23 AM
It appears Dogechain was hacked in that somebody found an exploit that allowed them to mint a bunch of unauthorized wDOGE.

https://twitter.com/0xCrumbs/status/1568918333352714241
https://twitter.com/const_VladSas/status/1568942400772657152

The team managed to prevent the attacker from withdrawing most of it by creating a hard fork and blacklisting the attacker's address. They denied there was an exploit and said they had "accidentally" given the user too many wDOGE. Which is ridiculous, because next to the blacklisted address on GitHub it says this:

My prediction is this is merely the first in a series of bad things that are going to happen to this project. Buyer/user beware.

It is generally good for Dogecoin to bring in some new updates.
...

bruh... you didn't even...

i can't even...
2295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 💩💩 SHITCOIN SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN 💩💩 - signature campaign only! on: September 11, 2022, 01:11:02 PM
All Shitcoins for Week II have been sent

Because I'm in a generous mood, I sent everybody who made 10 posts or more a SUPERSHIBE, one of our best-selling NFTs:

They sell in Dispensers for anywhere between 97-190 DOGE.

Thanks guys & girls for your continued participation, it is appreciated.

Two more weeks to go. We sold a total of... 300 SHITCOINs in the last 11 days, that's 9 DOGE I didn't have before Cheesy

Its not an easy sell, but a couple of bounty hunters have managed to sell theirs (at least some of them) through the DEX and their own dispensers. Keep in mind we're in a NFT bear market right now, but things won't always be this bad. And you aren't holding just any regular token -- you are holding HISTORY!

Thanks & peace until next week.

Holy shades of Rwanda!  Are we going to sit around challenging and critiquing definitions all day or are we going to kick some aggressor ass?

One definition is a high-minded intellectual exercise used to justify the other.

War is stupid, regardless of who started it... It's also bad for bitcoin... shouldn't be too hard to understand.
2297  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 10, 2022, 02:51:57 AM
Ideological or physical aggressors?

Seeing as how its not a real thing, you can ideologically aggress until the cows come home, or moose if you prefer. The moment it switches to violence on innocents, it becomes actual aggression.
2298  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 09, 2022, 05:26:18 PM
Bullish if war on Ukraine ends before war on Taiwan starts.

Fuck all aggressors.

Breaking... Crypto<fill in blank stupid username with #> noob posting twatter links on wob for merits.
Because I'm first!

Breaking: Balls

Yeah, heard about this a while back.

Stupid asshole stayed out in the sun too long.

Gotta respect the great fireball in the sky.

I saw it on FB for the first time yesterday, thought it was new news about perineum sunning.

But indeed. I think 5-10 mins should cover it for the first time exposing one's butthole to direct sunlight.

I'm in a trolling mood, so I'm gonna go see what my good buddy BADecker is up to over on the piffle and shit board...

I wouldn't bother... he'll win a troll battle every time as he has absolutely nothing better to do.
2300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏈🏈 The American Football Discussion Thread 🏈🏈 on: September 09, 2022, 03:14:27 AM
Well, that was an embarrassing blowout. Buffalo played near perfectly, at least in the 2nd half.

The saving grace is my fantasy team players crushed it, am now projected to get 151.79 pts this week

💪💪
