2281  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling destroyed me....advice me what to do now..? on: November 20, 2016, 11:44:55 PM
everyone ever made mistakes and yours is kind of big, the first things to do is you need to responsible what you have done and how you are going to fix it, the best things is to be honest to them and apologize and work hard to repay the money, but if you are in need of the money then you need to find a way to borrow the money

gambling addiction is not a small things, as you can see it has destroyed you twice you need to have more determination to cure it, after this you need  stay away from gambling forever
2282  Economy / Economics / Re: millionaires of the world, be reminded... on: November 20, 2016, 12:42:17 PM
It will be interesting when 21 miilions of bitcoin finished being mined, at that time we will see a super high price of bitcoin, i think when the millionaire decided to play in bitcoin there wont be enough bitcoin for us, and we will see another crypto currency being used, so i think in the future if really all of the people join to bitcoin world and the supply is not enough they will find another alt coins to invest
2283  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Good online-cloud mining on: November 20, 2016, 10:00:29 AM
there are no good cloud mining, cloud mining is used to lure greedy and newbie user to hand over their money to make the cloud mining owner rich, don't invest in cloud mining even though sometimes the profit is very tempting, there are a lot of case where a lot of user being scammed by cloud mining, just invest in somewhere else where the investment is legit
2284  Economy / Gambling / Re: Latest Bitsler Bitcoin Trick Video Continued. No script or bot, unlimited potent on: November 20, 2016, 06:49:51 AM
I don't think there will be any strategy can be used to win in gambling every time, maybe it is working for short time but in long time it won't work, and for your method i ever tried, I tried in Primedice, putting 90% winning chance and I manually betting high and low, I dodged the bullet for few times, but in the end I lose it all and for the record if it is really working why you need to put it in video, why don't you just used it to become rich?
2285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: November 20, 2016, 02:13:38 AM
I am sure bitcoin can become the future of money, bitcoin is one of the currency that decentralized, it gives freedom to users to control the value and within the technology development, I am sure digital currency can become one of the efficient payment in the future, plus the value of bitcoin is keeping getting better, I think more people will invest and use bitcoin in the future
2286  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many bets do you we need to do in sports betting a day? on: November 19, 2016, 02:58:54 PM
i think it is smart to put small bet but in different bet, even though we can predict but in the end, the result not always as we expected, by putting small bet you will have bigger chance to evade losing all your money at once, usually i made 1-2 bets per day if the odds is good and i like to place my bet in soccer bet after the match start
2287  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Gold vs Cash on: November 19, 2016, 12:34:58 PM
I prefer to save my investment in gold and bitcoin, for shorter term i will save bitcoin, for longer term i will save gold, actually bitcoin is a good investment but for a longer term i afraid there will be a problem like banning, so it is safer fro me to keep my investment in gold, because there is no way gold being banned
2288  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading? on: November 19, 2016, 11:31:06 AM
both of them are risky things but for me the one that has more risk is trading, because in trading within a single rumor it can make the price into volatile mode, and in skill base gambling like poker the one that determine you win or not is your skill not anybody else and I am more confident in sportbetting rather than predicting in trading
2289  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase asked to provide info from 2013-2015 to IRS. So far they are hedging. on: November 19, 2016, 10:49:15 AM
Yes, currently under the IRS's Advisory Opinion from 2014(?) a bitcoin is considered to be
property only for taxation purposes. So basically in the US, using bitcoin is like buying and
sell things with your stocks. It is pretty stupid, but is assigned as such so the IRS can tax it.

I think they can force Coinbase to open and provide past data on user's transactions to ensure
there is compliance with their opinion. So I assume Coinbase will lose in their defense.

Yeah my point is ...maybe I blew like 8k thru coinbase....most of it mining and most of it went to BTC or mining equipment or stuff I can justify
The catch is EACH individual bitcoin transaction that I moved for cash thru anything shapeshift/coinbase/folk on bitcointalk for the above equipment
Will have to have its capital gains figured for EACH transaction. Me mostly holding and just using this for mining related stuff I'm not in too much hurt.
But .that still is probably 80 to 100 transactions that need to be traced. What do you use to determine worth? coinbase prices/ other exchanges prices that
can range 30 bucks both ways. How do you prove to the IRS you spent the stuff accordingly on bitcointalk, they ask, where is your receipt? IRS only accepts
receipts so even if you are legit still screwed and I have not traded thru coinbase btc for cash etc like some and could probably muck my way through this
most folk are just gonna toss up their hands and run for zcash I'd guess and go completely dark.
I'm sure not gonna tell my CPA lady this. I'm just gonna muck along an hope if it comes to that my equipment declarations and the fact I've held most of my
 bitcoin is enough.

edit: to clarify the bulk of my stuff has been justified to the IRS but not down to each individual btc transaction nor a receipt from say getting stuff on bitcointalk etc
it could be real damper on crypto as a useful tool if they grind it down to every itty bitty transaction down to the penny. Generally I do what they want. But
that kinda detail imho would probably really upset the apple cart on crypto. Remember the 1984 guidelines are just that 'guidelines' ie 'best effort' if they change
that interpetation to ALL ...it could be a real mess (end of rant ...not sure why I'm up in the air I likely could justify most of my stuff cause I hold but still annoying)

If you paid most of your taxes, I'd assume you will be fine.
I think the IRS is looking for people who have paid nothing and are gross offenders.
So I wouldn't worry if you owe $100 to $1000 to them, I think they are looking for
the people who owe multiple thousands and are purposefully not paying them.

I think they are on the hunt for tax dodgers.

yeah it's true, most of the people is enjoying bitcoin without need to pay any tax so the government is anxious and want to look for extra income from bitcoin,  but i still wonder how can they know whose address they are tracking, government is looking for a chance to control bitcoin transaction, in the end government will try to interfere all of our transaction and bitcoin saving
2290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Good Altcoins Fail on: November 18, 2016, 11:32:48 PM
most of the alt coin couldn't develop because it was lack of interest and to be honest there are too many alt coin that being created without a solid foundation, why should a user used your coin if your coin doesn't has any extra advantage or extra feature than other coin? if your coin got extra things that other coins don't have then you need to push your advertisement to let people know it
2291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you have $100, aside bitcoin, which altcoin would you invest for now? on: November 18, 2016, 03:06:17 PM
If I had 100$ I would like to try my luck in Monero, this month monero show a good sign of price raising, however due to the bitcoin rising price all of the alt coin price seems to go down and litecoin is showing a good rising in this past few weeks,  so for 1 month time I suggest this two coins
2292  Other / Off-topic / Re: How much did you spent in the internet using bitcoin? on: November 18, 2016, 02:25:02 PM
Yeah you can't cash out your coin if you don't have any valid ID and bank account, but if you want to buy things using bitcoin there are a lot of people selling things in service section, and you don't need ID to purchase things from them or you can go openbazaar site or buy games from steam, you can also buy porn using bitcoin but since you are still under age (because you said you are still waiting for your voter ID) you will have to find out the way by yourself, but there is someone offering that kind of service in this forum
2293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much time to 30 losses on a roll on: November 18, 2016, 01:25:26 PM
I never lose that much my record is only 20 times in freebitco and fastdice, i don't think anyone ever lost until 30 times streak, and it is not worth at all, if we are using base bet 1 satoshi it need 5,37 bitcoin to lose 30 times, and the chances of you getting 30 times lose streak is once in more than 10 millions bet, but that is theoretically, in real games maybe you can hit that bad luck faster than you think
2294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you really earn from gambling and how well did you do? on: November 18, 2016, 01:00:49 PM
I am not good in gambling, i have tons of strategy for gambling but nothing is working, all of my gambling profit is minus, I know that gambling won't make any profit, sometimes in a week i can earn up to 50.000sat but when i lose i can lose up to 0.01 btc, so eventhough i don't make any profit i still enjoy gambling
2295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When is Gambling Like Investing on: November 17, 2016, 11:39:29 PM
well I don't see the gambling as investing, it is true that through gambling we can learn about probabilities and risk management but it is just theory, when in the real game eventhough you can count the probability but you always rely on your luck, so I only see gambling as part of entertainment
2296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi and Bitcoin value on: November 17, 2016, 02:04:11 PM
I will love to see satoshi to come out to public, for sure it will boost bitcoin reputation and value, and maybe he can fix some of the bitcoin weakness so bitcoin can become better, but it is not giving any advantage for satoshi to be appearing in public and it is rather dangerous for him, so it is for the best that satoshi stay hidden
2297  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is effective twitter campaign for gambling? on: November 17, 2016, 01:30:16 PM
Social media campaign is a very good way to promote your site, combining facebook and other media social will really can help you to boost your product reputation, however if you rely only with twitter you wont get the good result, you still need to find another way of advertising to combine with twitter campaign
2298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best way of making transaction on: November 17, 2016, 12:41:29 PM
if you have that kind of issue the best thing is find trusted and reputable third party as your mediator, if you are transaction using bitcoin you can use escrow, but if you are doing in another currency you need to find the trusted third party by yourself, usually after you done a lot of transaction and your reputation already good you won't need any of that anymore because people will trust you
2299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why you mostly like bitcoin compare to other digital currency? on: November 17, 2016, 12:15:41 PM
Because other crypto currencies are the clones of bitcoin and have no real development team behind them and mostly are here for quick cash grab.
Also bitcoin yet to be known globally and still is too young while hundreds of it's clones coming out every day and expect people to what? adopt them and use them above bitcoin?

I don't think that is the reason, some of the alt coins have their own team development to increase their coins feature and performance however they didn't succeed to attract user and company to adapt their coins, bitcoin can become the indicator because bitcoin is famous and the first crypto currency, it's the strongest crypto currency for now, so we used bitcoin as the indicator
2300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Interest in Bitcoin just skyrocketed in India on: November 16, 2016, 11:40:28 PM
Following last week's ban on the highest notes in India, interest in Btc has literally skyrocketed, reaching new ATH.
I'm happy that the folks in India are finally waking up and investing their money into bitcoin. well, i hope to see new ath within this year heh.
Price will not rise only because of India, at the moment Bitcoin market in India is not the main one, but of course someday can be. This signs are very good, but it will not change that all eyes are looking on China..

yes the price won't change much, but at least it is a good news for all of bitcoin users, within India people more focus on bitcoin, it will affected the market, there will be more demand which is going to cause the price to go up, and India is one of the country with the largest population so if this trend keep continue we will see another price raise and more stable price
