2281  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bounty managers and newbie bounty hunters on: October 22, 2022, 09:08:45 PM
I'd like to start a discussion on Bounty managers allowing Newbies to join in bounties. How does everyone feel about that?
If I was a manager I honestly would never accept newbies in my campaigns, unless not until I investigate their post history and establish they are worth including.
This would be in very rear occasions, and I would wait until they rank up and show some real effort for improving.

Ideally this would be a good requirement, but it will be a very controversial topic.

1. No more allowing Newbies in campaigns. Make newbies rank up and have something to lose if they're gonna cheat.
Yeah, it's probably best to stop accepting all newbies in bounty campaigns, but this rule should be accepted by all managers.
I think this is impossible to implement, and someone could always become new manager and play outside this rules.
This would mean that moderators would have to make this a new unofficial forum rule, if possible.

The forum has rules that are not official rules, for example selling accounts is allowed, but look how many get tagged for it. So I think if the forum decided we should not allow newbies and see a manager doing so, DT could tag said manager. Or they could say fuck off we aren't tagging anyone over bounty shit.

2. No neg trusted accounts can join period
This is tricky.
You can't look all negative trust feedbacks equally, and we know there are some people who enjoy tagging everyone, and they are still in DT Tongue
Maybe think about not allowing anyone who has more than one negative trust feedback would be better, but not perfect.

This is a rule that could be left up to each individual manager, but I would sway towards not allowing personally.

Now, what about managers? Should we tag managers who are outright being dishonest by allowing Newbies? Or tag managers who really aren't caring about the forum? Should we just hope they will try to make a change? Or does anything really matter?
I would create some kind of ratting system for managers, and managers with lower ratings could have limited amount of campaigns they can create.
Highest ratings would have everything unlocked, but ratings can be changed anytime.
However, this idea needs to discussed and checked for all the pros and cons.
The admin isn't gonna step in and limit a manager and how many campaign he can do unless the manager is banned, but if DT was tagging managers for legit rule infractions( or unofficial infractions) then companies may look for a better reputed manager. Companies may also not care and go with the cheapest option available, trust be damned.

I generally support both suggestions. Newbies should really be active in the community before they can apply for bounty campaigns. This would significantly reduce cheating and bounty farming. Regarding the second suggestion, I agree with dkbit98. Each case should be looked at individually because some negative tags may be unfounded.
Agreed with newbies needing to participate in the community before coming here trying to earn a load.

I recently saw that a signature campaign has a merit requirement. If you want to be eligible for that round you must acquire at least 1 merit. Lets say its 6 week campaign and the bounty hunters must acquire 6 merit during the campaign if they want to be eligible. Probably you will say they will make circle on merits but those are only posting their report it will make easier to find them. My idea might be nonsense but there is many people trying to scam projects and managers. If no action is taken, they will continue in the same way.
Not a bad idea either, even if the users start trading merits between each other they would run out pretty quick.

What about decreasing bounty reward allocation for social media campaigns? Will it decrease the amount of newbie cheaters, because it will be unprofitable to join even with multiple accounts? It is hard to tell which newbie account is used for cheating, and who is a real newbie that is trying to earn a bit. And for a project - is it huge difference if his project is promoted by one person with lots of accounts or by many people? Project is getting his promotion anyway (but the quality of it is low, I agree with that, but that is a different question).

But, I suggest to accept only accounts starting with Jr.Member rank. Those who are cheating, will get caught during merit distribution most likely. And with time it will be hard to get merit for new accounts to cheat.

One is always higher than zero mate. In my opinion it wont decrease the cheater number unlike it will be reason to increase. If amount of the reward is lower than their rivals qualificated members dont want to attend it. This forum is allowing to earn money by campaigns but this cheater is only using for it. They dont contribute to forum i think this is one of the major scale to reveal cheater.
I think meser# is right man. This would just make bounty hunters double the amount of cheating accounts they have in a campaign.

Let's be honest for a second. If you are a bounty hunter in 1 campaign and that campaign has Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and telegram in it, you will spend a total of 5 minutes on that campaign in a week. It's not very time consuming to retweet or share a post on all these platforms, and if original content and hashtags needs to be added the users post some bullshit as their original comment and copy/paste the hashtags. This is why bounty hunters can join 1000 bounties a week per account. It's simple work.
2282  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bounty managers and newbie bounty hunters on: October 22, 2022, 06:31:34 PM
First, your campaign is your rules. If you don't want to allow newbie to participate in your campaign at any section because probably most of them are alts [as you described in the OP], then you have the right to apply that rule to your campaign.

Second, I have asked or suggested the same question in the past about limiting the participation of newbie in the campaign, but look at the reaction community.

Should every newbie have a limit in the bounty of social media?

Then I'll have to think twice about this post even though I've suggested the same a few times about newbie when some cheaters hunter catches big farms.

Limiting newbie participation is very harmful for a community. Newbie jail will never return: I consider the newbie-jail period to have been extremely damaging to the forum. When barriers to participation are too high, then the best people often just won't go to the trouble of joining, and the people who are willing to jump through the hoops are often people who aren't good for the community: people with nothing better to do, scammers, get-rick-quickers, etc. Having a permanent newbie jail policy would improve things a lot in the short-term, but would end up being a fatal poison to the community.
I don't mind a newbie participating in conversations on the forum, which is what I believe theymos is referring to in your quoted post. I have an issue with a Newbies participating in bounties making money. 2 totally different things IMO.

I welcome Newbies to post and interact on the forum. We were all Newbies at some point.
2283  Economy / Reputation / Bounty managers and newbie bounty hunters on: October 22, 2022, 05:54:12 PM
I'd like to start a discussion on Bounty managers allowing Newbies to join in bounties. How does everyone feel about that? A good number of you really could care less, I know that, but those who care about the forum might care and join in on the discussion.

Let's start with I personally am guilty of allowing Newbies in bounties myself. It doesn't matter that I barely manage bounties, what matters is when I do, I have allowed Newbies. I kind of looked at it as they aren't hurting anyone and may live in poorer areas of the world. They need money too.

Then I see THIS TOPIC by lovemayfamilis and it really kind of pissed me off. Not because lovemayfamilis was catching cheaters, but because every single account out of 67 was a fucking Newbie. I hate to start a controversial topic that might take away a Newbies ability to earn money, but if a good number of you are going to cheat then fuck off.

We make it so easy for Newbies too because what's going to happen if they're caught? Not a damn thing! They get tagged and create a new account as if nothing has changed. On top of that, managers are kind of being dishonest too because we are allowing these accounts to join. Companies contact us and we give them an idea of the participation we might get them in a bounty campaign, but the numbers are way off since we are allowing these cheaters to join. Essentially, we are no better than the bounty cheaters because we are unknowingly lying. Well most are unknowingly lying. Others just down right don't give a damn long as they get paid.

So what's the solution? Here's my thoughts on Newbies and what can be done.

1. No more allowing Newbies in campaigns. Make newbies rank up and have something to lose if they're gonna cheat.
2. No neg trusted accounts can join period

Now, what about managers? Should we tag managers who are outright being dishonest by allowing Newbies? Or tag managers who really aren't caring about the forum? Should we just hope they will try to make a change? Or does anything really matter?

I don't know the answers, but I think together we can all make some good suggestions to try and slow these cheaters down. Maybe also change managers ways. Thoughts?

2284  Economy / Reputation / Re: A large bounty hunter farm (67 or more). on: October 22, 2022, 05:22:44 PM
Ok, so good job on catching all these newbies I suppose but now what? You just tagged 67 newbie accounts and it will stop nothing. That just means that this user will now create 67 other newbie accounts and continue the cycle.

I am not getting on you @lovesmayfamilis, i'm just saying this stops nothing. Bounty managers are going to have to implement a rule of no newbies to start making a difference. Once jr member and above accounts get tagged it might slow them down. It also might not, but IMO tagging newbies doesn't do much.

@Bounty managers!!! You need to stop allowing newbies to join period! Also, no neg trusted accounts allowed. Yea your numbers will go down, but at least you are trying to make a difference. As are you lovemayfamilis, i'm not saying you're doing anything wrong here at all. I'm just saying it's a waste for any of us to chase newbie farms. If managers fall in line and use the no newbie rule, newbies become a little more irrelevant.

+67 Accounts Connected

Very good research on finding this farm cheaters @lovesmayfamilis.
I just don't have the nerve myself to dig and investigate things like this anymore.

Agreed, very good job on the research and finding all these cheaters. Really not trying to make you feel like what you have done here is irrelevant. I'm on a rant about these cheaters and how can we combat them. Keep finding these morons and tagging them until we can devise a way to stop them.

EDIT: Of course, he's blocked me for sending a personal message that's why I cannot contact with him from private message. I don't want to open a new account in here to have a new red trust because of multiple account. How can I solve this issue without reaching him?
You cannot. Only the person who gave you the tag can remove it unless other DT members remove Jollygood from DT which will not happen without good reason. Giving you red trust is not a good enough reason. I'm sure he is getting notifications from this topic with his name being said so many times. If he is interested in giving you a chance he will respond, but don't get your hopes up.
2287  Economy / Reputation / Re: About My Red Trust (Remove Request) on: October 21, 2022, 11:54:51 PM
The only way you will get the negative removed from your account is to message the users who gave you the negative. You can ask the DT users to remove those users from DT but that likely will not happen. It might be easier to take up your issue with Jollygood.

2288  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch To Ban Gambling Streaming By October 18th. on: October 21, 2022, 09:59:43 PM
As expected, after ban almost 90% of Twitch streamers I follow now have been affiliate with Dlive, it will be interesting trend to watch. YouTube can't compete with Dlive in terms of freedom and monetization, IMO.
I'm still seeing twitch users streaming gambling content on Twitch.

You have some users like this guy https://www.twitch.tv/kyharr who just has a message up with a link to his dlive channel.

Then you have other users like https://www.twitch.tv/cryptopher83 who are streaming gamdom as we speak.

Number of Merit(s) left: 9

Please support me everyone
I don't feel like you have earned it yet. You barely post. Get more in touch with the forum and how it works vs trying to get out of newbie status quick and not learn anything in your journey. Merits and rank will come if you work for it.
2290  Economy / Gambling / Re: Unpopular opinion about crypto gambling on: October 21, 2022, 09:32:21 PM
There are many reasons users do not like KYC. Some users want to be anonymous to avoid things such as taxes. Some other reasons may include underage, gambling illegal in their area, or hacker using stolen funds.

I'm sure there are other legit reasons but none that I can think of.

I do want to make a point about gambling not available in certain areas though. I feel like it's our money, we should be able to use it however the fuck we want. Unfortunately, governents do not agree with that. They want their piece. I think if all sites were able to kyc their customers and send tax documents, then most countries would allow us to gamble.

The OP made 1 post from a brand new account and logged out. Maybe they are very busy? Who knows, but it doesn't look like they really came here to show off their casino but more to see if making 1 post got them some traffic.

Hopefully everyone is doing their due diligence before making a deposit.
I can see the @OP is logged in for multiple times in this forum, but they're remain silent and doesn't want to replying any users post or following a guidance from the forum members too. I don't know what's the reason the @OP did this, but as a new casino they need to attract new users to gamble on their sites. A good communication, many interesting promotion and conducting an advertisement like signature campaign will boost their sites.
A signature campaign is always users suggestions. Signature campaigns might help in the long term, but short term no. Companies need to have a budget for at least a month worth of advertising if doing a signature campaign, ideally much longer.

His title emojis did give us some hints; probably fucked off to the Moon with them rockets.

I don't think certain emojis(rockets) necessarily link all casinos together. It's major speculation but I think I disproved that in an earlier thread because both casinos operated by Lightlord use those emojis IIRC.

And the struggle continues as the Lakers got a another L against the Clippers. It's just too bad that they're playing good defense but couldn't score. Considering how close the score was, they could've lead the whole 4th quarter.
Lakers are 19/85 fg beyond the arc, that's really terrible. While Westbrook was 0/11 in field tonight 0/6 from 3. Tough night for Russ, though he played a very good defense against Leonard down the stretch.

Lakers' offense is very awful to watch.
The Lakers really need to work on getting a trade for Westbrook and bring in a sharp shooter. Right now it seems that Lebron is just trying to keep his 20+ points per game streak alive, other then that nothing exciting in LA.

Hearing the name of this casino site, I entered the web site with a bit of interest. But after entering I was very surprised to see many features. This site works much cleaner and faster. This site consists of thousands of games and sports. This site consists of many live casino and sports. Hundreds of live casino and sports broadcasts daily. I uploaded some pictures with great interest.

Please quote for visible my screenshot.
Ill quote it for you.

As you know, we had some problems with the withdrawal of funds, but these are isolated cases against the backdrop of the number of withdrawals that we process on a monthly basis. Nonetheless, we are excited to announce we have automated tools in place to detect and block multiple accounts and fraudulent users.

We did our best to manually review every suspicious transaction however, this was a time consuming and inefficient process. With our new development and antifraud systems, we have finally enabled automated withdrawal (Instant withdrawals). All user's transactions will process instantly within 10-30 seconds from today unless they are flagged for fraud/abuse.

In fact, any withdrawal delays make no economic sense to us as we are aiming for high industry standards. We even approved several withdrawals without waiting for a report. That's how seriously we take our withdrawal process and our reputation. We are still focusing on scaling and improving Betnomi so feel free to share your comments and suggestions. 🦊
This is great news. Let's hope this is the last time Betnomi has any delays in withdrawals.

You know something?  I'd be willing to bet that most of these plagiarists have alt accounts waiting in the wings in case one of them gets banned for plagiarism or whatever else, sort of like naim027.

Speaking of scumbag. Does anyone doubt that at this very moment Naim027, AnotherAlt, etc. that scumbag is already farming up another account or two?

Being as he could not wait for his ban appeal to be answered 1 way or the other, my guess is he is still using the forum under an alias not yet found out. In time someone will get bored and scrape the forum and maybe link him to another accounts.

2298  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: October 20, 2022, 12:37:43 AM
I haven’t seen much from Roobet since their issues with giving away supercars and people complaining about how that went down. For a minute when Stevewilldoit and 69 were promoting it heavy on YouTube with their RooTeamSix videos I thought Roobet was on top. Are they still doing giveaways and promoting on social media? It seems like Stake stepped in and stole the crown with not only Roo’s previous social media sponsors but even went a step further with Drake. Is Roobet still growing at all?
Roobet has a few streamers left on twitch( idk if they're transitioning to dlive with stake and gamdom) but not nearly as many as the other 2 sites I just mentioned. I still get emails promoting their roobet parties on stream seems like every 2-3 weeks. I also notice they're still running their signature campaign and most recently launched another art contest.

As far as growth idk but they're not dead yet.
2299  Economy / Gambling / Re: Luckybird.io Scam, bot infested, unfair games, payout delayed for over 2 months. on: October 19, 2022, 11:55:14 PM
So a little update.

Luckybird.io has been relaunched with new management.
I am currently exchanging emails with them and they might reimburse my balances that were left on the site when they disappeared.

I will post an update when I will hear back from them.
It's good to see the new management might be able to work something out with you but make sure that if they stipulate that you must remove any negative press about them that you let them know you will only edit your comments if they make whole on your accusation.
2300  Other / Meta / Re: Eliminate ban appeals, but change the perma ban at the same time. on: October 19, 2022, 08:54:18 PM
The point was that there are a lot of people evading bans now. Those that got banned for just spamming / being disruptive / whatever could come back BUT it's a new user. So they have posting limits and no images and all the other restrictions. I would think it would accomplish 2 things.
You know something?  I'd be willing to bet that most of these plagiarists have alt accounts waiting in the wings in case one of them gets banned for plagiarism or whatever else, sort of like naim027.  I never got the sense that newcomers were ignorant to how things work on the forum when they register, probably because they were referred here by a friend or family member who's told them all about bans, ranking up, and everything else.

So I don't think changing the ban system would help things much, even if it would normally make total sense to do so on a normal forum without financial incentives to post.
I am 100% in agreement here. 10000000000000% of the users that have been banned for offenses like plagiarism or spamming or whatever just accept the fact that that account is banned and either make a new account, already had an alt account they use, or would look to buy an account. Being banned on this forum doesn't really do anything but cost you the account that is banned.

I do agree that we need to get rid of ban appeals period. There may be a special case that pops up (unsure what that would be at this time), but for the most part just eliminate them altogether. If someone is doing something that gets them a permaban, do we really want them coming back? Haven't you ever heard a leopard cannot change his spots? The naim027 appeal was the last straw IMO. He made the forum look foolish and he had higher ups(at least 1) protect his secret.

If anything we need stronger bans. IP bans would help but ultimately is not the solution. The goal wouldn't be to turn people away from bitcoin or the forum, but to teach the shitheads of the world that we don't want or need their type. We all know the world isn't perfect and some users circumstances are much much worse than others, but you ultimately make the conscious choice on whether to be a shithead or not. Choose not to be that shithead.
