Well, I saved my money yesterday. Lost a lot as I said before on Monaco last year, didn't want to bet on them much this year but just the way they've been playing recently it almost almost made me fall for them.

Liverpool's condition this season is very different and I will not equate Liverpool's condition in the Europa League with Arsenal's condition last season in the Europa League, because Liverpool have really made quite a breakthrough by continuing to provide quite fierce resistance to their opponents. Newcastle's performance began to decline due to several of its players suffering injuries. I also no longer think the Magpies will be a dark horse in this year's edition of the tournament and realistically they are still very likely to be eliminated in the Europa League playoffs instead of falling to the bottom of the group standings. But even so, I still praise Eddy Howe's performance while managing that team.
This decline Newcastle is experiencing currently I doubt if they will be able to perform well I their next champions league fixture because they will have their morale down now due to the loss they did experience already in their premier league match today. Leverkusen continues to keep their stand as a top team this season although I didn't expect any less from them today but I was literally not particularly about how well they will be performing today so it was More like an open heart to this match accepting whatever the outcome would be.
Considering the facts they they are just coming back from the international break, they were both considerd to be in a good for so I taught it will be a bit of risk to be particular about any of their performance but impressively Bayern Leverkusen turned out so well and we must say Xabi is scaling newer heights with this team because he is bringing a different level of consistency into game play and it's indeed yielding desired results.

I don't know why Lazio play so badly when they should have won and earned three points. Salernitana are in last place and were able to score two goals and win this game. It was the first win for them this season.
Lazio generally this season hasn't been their best, although they are seen as one of the average team in the serie A because they have always been within the average range in the serie A they finish top 6or 7 and have hardly finished amongst top four or three so much isn't expected of them. I was really hoping and expecting Bayern Munich to win and score a lot of goals before the game started. They were, in my opinion, far superior to Koln. To my astonishment, though, they won the game with just one goal. But what's the deal? That is acceptable! The fact that Bayern Munich earned three points which is the most important thing. . Koln sometimes always it difficult for Bayern Munich to win the game with easy effort but given how poorly they've been playing lately, I didn't anticipate them to do much tonight.Bayern Munich nevertheless managed to win, which is a fantastic achievement, despite not scoring as many goals as I had planned. For a team currently at the relegation on the table and very prone to staying there till the end of the season, I expected Bayern Munich to had won flawlessly but then it turns out it was more like a slim chance victory against such team that was regarded as weak. This is really good news if Pochettino can finally find his rhythm at Chelsea and can bring Chelsea to be better and better. Because after all, we seem to have lost the old Chelsea, the Chelsea that was really strong and really heard about in the EPL. but hopefully this is not just a temporary ability. There are still many big challenges ahead that Chelsea must face. Especially when the opposing players are really fit and not as many injured as they are now.

In La Liga, we usually had Real Madrid and Barcelona winning the title in each season and all the other teams couldn't even race with them because the budget Real Madrid and Barcelona had was much more than the other teams and I think that's why even Girona can't have a real chance to win the La Liga title or even have a close race with these two teams and sooner or later they will lose points.

If Madrid presents a very good project to Xavi Alonso I think he might accept it, but I'm sure that whatever contract they give to Alonso, it's going to be time-sensitive. Ancelotti is leaving at the end of the season and Madrid needs a new manager fast. Xabi Alonso would want to spend at least one more year in Leverkusen before leaving for a bigger club.

I think the game is open to be won by either of Chelsea and Newcastle United.
