As a Filipino I find it difficult to truly appreciate President Duterte. Yes, addiction on drugs should be stopped and discipline is a must but killing people immediately is immoral. We are cleansing our nation but we also affect other people the good ones, some police officers killed innocent children for being inaccurate in shooting the drug user and that's totally wrong. I think we should think of better ways than killing directly.
Till now, I think around 6,000 people were shot dead by the vigilante squads and the police. There is no doubt that at least 20% or 30% of them were innocent civilians who didn't had any connection with the drug business. |

Hmm, I guess it is still to early for us to tell if what will going to happen to US because trump was been in the position for short awhile. Although I do not totally agree to what all trump do during his terms for the past few weeks. Good thing about him is even if he is only in the position quite a while he decides and act quickly and not like the other previous US presidents.

In India (especially in North India), a majority of the people are vegetarian. And as far as I know, they don't face any serious nutritional deficiency. The Indians consume a lot of paneer (cottage cheese) and dal (pigeon pea). Perhaps that is the reason. You have a valid point. Whereas paneer contains 0% iron for daily intake, the dal does contain 28% iron intake per day per 100 grams. I however, will get sick of eating dal day in and day out, month after boring month. Give me fish food and red and white meat instead and I will have inner peace. You can replace the white meat with mushrooms. If cooked properly with all the needed spices, then mushroom tastes like white meat. Tofu is another option which you can try.
