You can not require a single attacking player or three attacking players to win Champions League for a club. They need support from midfielders, wing backs as well as they have to support their team-mates in defense too. It's what PSG lacked of in the last few seasons as their squad is imbalanced between attacking and defense. There are many processes to go through to get a tourist visa for traveling to Europe which is very difficult and most of the tourist visas are usually rejected.
