Toto Wolf is working towards getting that 8th title for Hamilton and giving him whatever he wants, and that's a good thing considering the 7 titles and how much Hamilton means to the team, but lets be honest with each other here and say the obvious, Toto should consider what's best for Mercedes and not what's best for Hamilton.

If there is any season where they are risking too much to just keep Hamilton, that would be terrible. Instead of paying this much to Hamilton for what he has done, I would highly suggest if they ended up hiring a younger great driver instead, they can't get Max or Charles, but Lando is out there. It's a "bad" idea in the sense that Hamilton is better, but Hamilton is much more expensive and will get older very soon, doubt he has another title in him, so it's better to invest into younger drivers.

I am not really a fan of card games but I only try to participate in the weekly challenge of stake and the goal is to get a royal flush. It took me a while to get it, but it's fine since I am only betting a smaller amount. I can't remember if I am on profit that time but I am sure I am not losing big time for hunting that. Honestly, I have absolutely no idea what those things mean. Neither of them, and I just read them and say "ok" and move on. I do not know how much money you gamble with, so I can't comment on how 4 dollar lost was for you, was it big or was it tiny. But, I can say that house edge is there for a reason and you should be expecting to lose that much on the long term.

There is a counter argument where we are talking about a situation on how registering would give you more money in some cases so it would be smarter to not register on places that you do not gamble, just in case if they ever offer any promotion for people who would like to register and get something.
