Ok let's gather a few feedbacks before starting a thread in the Scam Accusation board. I can not believe they are not able to properly sync a wallet.
Ok I opened I preliminary scam accusation vs Cryptopia over the infamous GBYTE wallet issue (withdrawals, deposits and trading). I don't know if they will care about that thread but, hey, this is becoming too much. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2948513.new#new

It's been two months now without any solution found to the GBYTE wallet issue. Holding customers funds indefinitely without any communication or a timeframe offered at all it's not good. Next Byteball distribution is in March and we would expect this to gets solved before then. Hopefully this scam accusation here on BitcoinTalk will remind you to fix the issue.
Thanks
UPDATE 1 : On March 14th 2018 everything started working again.
UPDATE 2: At the beginning of May there have been deposit issues for GBYTE. (pending)
UPDATE 3: Mid-May deposit issue solved. Gbyte working again

IMF bringing ACChain the crypto for the BIS Standard drawing rgihts
It has been a literal war on bitcoin last 6months (Obvious)
There is no hiding anymore
we see who and what they are and what they doin. all secrets are online
expecting any false flags
I think I get your point. All this as always been a fight between us and them. The ones who thrive for freedom and independence and the ones who will never ever even think about the fact that they have a choice! Am I ruining the party? We're over $9000, but that's old news.

May I please get September 1st 2018? Nobody got September and I love September. Since I am a latecomer I will donate the entire sum if it happens to be me. Sounds good?
If you snatched the prize from somebody who would have otherwise won, I don't think they'd be too pleased about that, even if you do donate your windfall. You're working with new information now that wasn't available to the other participants, so you shouldn't be allowed to compete. One of the reasons (there are more) I picked 28/08/2018 is because it also covered a good part of September. If it is allowed to pick new dates now, it should also be allowed to change the previous picks too. Maybe even the ones that already "lost" because maybe (or surely) they would have picked a later date now. Fair enough, I actually agree with you both. My bad I was not around to pick a date to participate in mic's contest. I'll keep that date in my mind though ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

“Corporations barely pay taxes. The corporate tax rate is already very low, but corporations have worked out an array of complicated techniques so they often don't have to pay taxes at all... The scale of sheer robbery by corporate power is enormous.” ― Noam Chomsky
“Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness... but only when you pay your taxes? That means your freedom is rented, leased, & not unalienable.” ― Steve Maraboli
“The collection of taxes which are not absolutely required, which do not beyond reasonable doubt contribute to the public welfare, is only a species of legalized larceny.” ― Calvin Coolidge
“Death and taxes in life are certain, knowing how to pay only your fair share is third.” ― Yvette D. Best

Each user on Cryptopia has their own Byteball deposit address. So in order to exclude them, Byteball would need a list of all of those addresses, or some successful investigative work to figure out exactly what those addresses are. Airdrops to deposit addresses end up in your account. I've seen it happen on Bittrex too (although later Bittrex started consolidating funds into their own address to make sure they get it instead of the customer). Most exchanges move coins once you deposit them using your deposit address. If I buy Bytes on an exchange, it is highly unlikely that it will be present at my deposit address. I will just have an entry in the exchange's internal ledger, stating that I own a certain number of Bytes. I certainly will not benefit from any airdrop. I opened another ticket as well. Is there a thread which is targeting this issue? If not, I think that a bunch of us (Legendary/Hero) could start either a scam accusation thread or a specific thread to wake Cryptopia up.

Money 20/20 is approaching: I think we should expect some good news before the event will take place. That event is going to be a big thing for Monaco. Let's not forget which company are in the 5 stars sponsorship line-up: Google, JCB, Mastercard https://asia.money2020.com/sponsors/2018

Shouldn't an Economist at the NYU at least be smart enough to factor out the monetary supply? Would sure be nice to see someone in such a position making educated assessments rather than spreading propaganda or bullshit statements that don't hold under scrutiny. https://twitter.com/Nouriel/status/962479746444652544I think we are giving this guy too much importance on the most read thread of the whole forum. You know how PageRank works? Let the economist out of our house. Leave him with his obsession and let him live with his grandeur

Why has Satoshi's vision for the Bitcoin as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system failed?
How did the investors ruin the vision which was similar to the Napster where data was shared at its own expense and received free of charge?
Strange, but Bitcoin is exactly this. This thread is making me feel sick. The amount of crap that can be stored into people's head is astonishing.

Doesn't matter what I think, and as you said "people who understand the value of bitcoin". Newbies don't understand shit, but, they do understand metrics like market cap, so it will hurt bitcoin. If bitcoin is not number one on the shitty marketcap metric that will hurt bitcoin adoption plain and simple. What do the advertisers say? "you don't need a good product, just good marketing"
In that case, bitcoin was fucked from day one. 21 million coins for the entire world economy was never going to work. Most world citizens (>99%) have never had $8750 at one time in their lives. They will never buy bitcoin at that price. They will buy Ripple for $1 instead. EDIT: Yes, I know they are divisible but the average idiot can't comprehend that. The real problem though is that the idiots don't understand the importance or decentralization, lack of a central authority, deflationary monetary system, developer talent, trustless, and so on. Bitcoin is the best coin without a doubt in my opinion. But, how in the fuck can we get mass adoption, when most people still think the media, and governments are the good guys. Crypto will get mass adoption, but, I fear that it will be a bullshit coin supported by the banks, media, and governments. I agree, I think the coins that will do the best with the coming mass adoption will be the ones who have the largest number of coins in circulation so they seem cheap to the idiots. Why buy a bitcoin when you can buy 10 ETH or 8000 XRP for the same price? Luckily, big institutional money will still flow into bitcoin. Are you guys telling me that if we properly advertise Dogecoin (yes, DOGE, much wow) that is going to be a valuable coin for the masses? I mean infinite supply, so cheap, much fun. Insane

The Dow(n) Jones makes me guess that these are the last available tickets ( BTCBTCBTC) to space. The financial world as we know it must come to an end, it did not learn from 2008 and it never will. Good things come to those who hold, they say ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.doctorwhotv.co.uk%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2Fdoctor-who-train-orient.jpg&t=663&c=oq3Uu1YeTIJwbg)

Also I see tech advancements are quite astonishing: when the market realizes what Bitcoin is achieving nowadays these price levels will be memory.
I'm already looking forward to the day when folks that think Bitcoin is overvalued now, their jaws dropping open when it hits $50k. Could happen in as little as 2-3 years. Ditto! You and I know very well this could easily happen overnight. I am up for it.

It is pretty pretty safe and even if eidoo wallet disappears somehow in a black hole anomaly you hold your private keys and not Eidoo.
I'm not talking about the standard being used to create the address and such but I am talking about the app itself. I'm not very much comfortable having funds on my smartphone and dealing with an app which is in beta is not very reassuring. Maybe I am too paranoid.

I have a question regarding the Eidoo Wallet App: AFAIK the wallet we are using is in BETA. Is this safe to store our funds? I have a full backup but can I trust the software itself? Is there an ETA for the official release? thanks
