So no one can ensure that level 2 is needed to ask for withdrawal? actually I just contacted support to ask about this problem
But I was surprised when the robot said the team would respond in the next few hours https://imgur.com/7RuhPkI  now we are wondering, what happened?
Now it's not a weekend that there must be staff waiting to respond.

Did you ever hear back from the support team on this? I am interested to know if anything has changed regarding the KYC requirements for withdrawing funds.
2302  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM WARNING] QI Blockchain Plagiarized Whitepaper and Website Content on: August 23, 2022, 01:03:48 PM
Even their previous whitepaper was in line with their vision.

If their vision was to steal from other people's work, then I agree. Their original whitepaper definitely reflects that.

Their actions clearly speak louder than words.  What are you trying to achieve? They are not trying to take investor money clearly.  They offering the general public an opportunity in advance technology with lower transaction fees.

What actions? What advance technologies?
What exactly have they developed so far? Is there even one line of code written by their developers? Please show.

Noticed you also asked about how to mine the coin?!

You are wrong. I never asked that.

That furthermore emphasis my point as it is publically available on their site - run the genesis file with their command lines api in a linux terminal.  Just as transparent as their code on github.  If they don`t list on exchanges in September then I will swallow my words otherwise I think you should...

You're wrong again. That's not their code on GitHub.

The so-called QI-Explorer is copy-pasted from: https://github.com/ConsenSys/quorum-explorer
The so-called QI-Blockchain is copy-pasted from: https://github.com/hyperledger/besu

No code forks, no commits, not even proper attribution to the original repositories. Just plain copy-paste. So, you can swallow all you want for all I care, but that won't make this fake project credible.
2303  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Mjesečna Analiza za Hrvatsku Lokalnu Zajednicu (Bitcointalk Croatian) on: August 23, 2022, 10:02:11 AM

2304  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Lost Bitcoins on: August 22, 2022, 06:05:09 PM
The responses I received (some of them) cause me to believe that the responders don't understand the btc blockchain as much as they think they do and or they didn't understand what I suggested.
<cut>

I think you misunderstand the criticism you get here. The reason is because you don't realize how drastically your idea affects the core principles of the Bitcoin system. You think you understand enough about blockchain and bitcoin transactions to give these ideas, but trust me, you are very far from the truth.

What I'm trying to say is that you might think your idea would work, but the more you read and learn about Bitcoin network, the more you'll realize how flawed your approach is. The criticism you get comes from making broad assumptions and thinking you know enough about something to make a radical change to it. Please don't take anything I've said here personally. I'm sure that you're smart and do have some bright ideas about Bitcoin and about blockchain technology in general. But if you really want to understand these ideas, then you should seek out the opinion of other experts who are more knowledgeable about both cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

That troll just won't let go. He keeps making the same arguments, which have already been proven invalid, over and over in the hope that someone will fall for it. He's not willing to let go of his worldview, so every time he gets challenged on something he has said, he just makes up some other spin that is equally invalid. He's like a dog chasing his tail. He never catches it, but he keeps trying anyway. It's a waste of time and energy to try to have a discussion with someone like this. He's not open to the possibility of being wrong, because he has convinced himself that he's right about everything. The only way to deal with him is to ignore him completely and move on with your life.
2306  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Pregled Bitcointalk Signature-Ad kampanja on: August 20, 2022, 12:47:28 PM

Dakle, imamo još dovoljno prostora prije nego nas oni preteknu. Smiley
2307  Economy / Reputation / Re: STAKE.com cant give my money back on: August 20, 2022, 11:20:28 AM
It was to my stake , as I said small city I know the thief personally ,he knows I use to bet/ have crypto. He actually tried to do coinmixing by trying to withdraw without betting, the transaction was canceled

So he transferred the coins to your Stake account? Why would he do that if he wanted to steal your coins?
But anyway, since you claim he couldn't withdraw them from the Stake account, what happened to the coins next? Are they still in your Stake balance?

2309  Economy / Gambling / Re: bitdice delaying everything they can to kyc and withdraw on: August 20, 2022, 10:05:14 AM
I agree with yahoo on this, OP should make a proper report in the Scam Accusations board, with all the necessary evidence. We do not know for sure, but there are always two sides of the story. @ugottabet, it would help your case a lot if you could provide concrete proof to back up your claims, like screenshots or emails. But I also agree that if you were scammed by the casino, you should definitely report it in the Scam Accusations board. I hope it helps to resolve the matter.

@yahoo62278 pointed out that the owner have not go  online for months, that's pretty much suspicious already.

I'm not so sure about this. Some casinos don't have an official rep on the forum anymore, for example Roobet, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything suspicious.

2311  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Street Selfie? Why all these crazy requirements in the name of KYC verification? on: August 19, 2022, 08:12:19 PM
While I can see the benefit of verifying contact information or postal address, I think a street selfie unnecessarily adds a level of discomfort. But, let's just say that I don't mind losing a little time (and a couple of selfies) for the sites I play at to keep the cheaters at bay, I see a couple of potential problems here. For example, what if someone lives in a street without a public sign or in a building without a name? Should we ask our local government to put up signs just for us? Second, taking a selfie in a public can be potentially dangerous, especially if done in a densely populated area with heavy traffic. No one has the right to ask you for something that can endanger your health or even your life. Third, asking a customer to buy the local daily newspaper is just stupid. How will they know if the newspaper is real or fake? Small-circulation dailies rarely have updated websites to verify the front page. I just don't see the whole point of this, other than perhaps denying the gambler the payout of his winnings because of all of these excessive demands.
2312  Economy / Gambling / Re: Online casino. What's the reliability of the technology? on: August 19, 2022, 09:31:41 AM
Yes, as long as the casino can have good technology and is supported by good security, it will increase because users will see that their site is very serious about its project and always wants to provide the best for its users. Thus, the casino should think about the technology to compete with other casino sites. This is not easy because each casino will compete to provide the best for its users. The vulnerabilities in each update can be overcome with the cooperation of each team member so that they will have no difficulty managing the site.

Casinos are an industry that has been around for a long time and will continue to grow. The online casinos use the latest technology that enhances their security, making users feel safe when they're playing at the casino and ensuring that there is little to no chance of the casino being hacked. Most casinos will also use the latest technology to ensure that their games are fair and secure, to prevent any cheating from happening. They also want to keep their reputation intact and not be associated with any type of cheating or unfairness.

The biggest problem with online casinos is that they're not always regulated by the government, which means that users don't know what kind of security measures are in place at these casinos. Therefore, it's important to do some research and find out what kind of safety measures are in place at an online casino before you start playing there. You can also look at the reviews that other players have left online, which will give you an idea of how secure the site is and whether or not people have had any issues with cheating or unfairness while playing there. If the casino has been around for a long time and has never had any problems, then you can be sure that they have strong security measures in place.
2313  Other / Off-topic / Re: How Do You Think About UFO Catcher? on: August 19, 2022, 08:10:32 AM
There is no doubt that this type of machine is designed to maximize profit for the owner. They have variable PSI strength settings for the claws, and they only give out toys as often as state regulations require. Until recently, I had no idea that there were state regulations concerning this type of amusement.

Here's an article about it: https://kotaku.com/why-yes-those-claw-machines-are-rigged-says-arcade-op-5929888

Thus, we cannot talk about a skill-based game here if the game has settings that determine the frequency of winning prizes, as, for example, slot machines do.
2314  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino2x.xyz NO KYC! Instant crypto deposit! Only in house games! on: August 18, 2022, 05:29:26 PM
Our deposit minimum from start is 20 usd. This user try to "cheat" our system by making requestment for 20 usd deposit and send only 1 dollar to the deposit address.

It is unfair to claim that the user tried to "cheat" if this online chat screenshot is credible:

"one dolar is minimum deposit to can make withdrraw"
"and is still one dollar"

How do you interpret this? It's clearly a case of poor communication, but that's a problem on your end.

At the moment we work with CoinPayments and there have some limits and fees for most of operations.
To can cut our expenses we set this minimum of 20 USD.
We will reduce it ASAP.

If I may add here: Using CoinPayments is a very bad idea in this case. Deposits to casino sites should be as easy and straight forward as possible, so adding an extra step of verification with CoinPayments is going to complicate things further, causing more people to abandon their deposits on your platform. Just think about it. You don't ask for personal information during registration, but in order to make a deposit, the user must divulge his full name to a third party. Isn't it ironic?
2315  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Kako besplatno dobiti (ili zaraditi) Bitcoin ? on: August 18, 2022, 04:18:09 PM

2316  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM WARNING] QI Blockchain Plagiarized Whitepaper and Website Content on: August 18, 2022, 03:41:34 PM
You are such an egoistic person I seen in this forum. I am just MOD of the project and I am sharing with you the update of this projecct and you are blaming me? What kind of stupidity is it?

Oh, I see. So you're part of the Fox campaigns team or an alt of Jawadu? How am I supposed to know that if you've never mentioned it before?
I guess that explains the fake retaliatory feedback left on my account. You know that's trust abuse, right?

Dorjoy Khan    2022-08-16    Reference    Fake report about the project called Qi blockchain. He taken no research about the project but just found few information on the website and internet .

By the way, when did I blame you, and for what exactly?
2317  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM WARNING] QI Blockchain Plagiarized Whitepaper and Website Content on: August 18, 2022, 02:16:12 PM
You don't have to be surprised at my stance on this unless you don't get me right.

You're right. I have no frickin' idea what you're trying to argue here.

An obvious plagiarism is not "tangible" enough for you? Beside, what do you think will happen with a project where team is not capable of writing their own whitepaper and instead they have to copy/paste from someone else's?
An obvious plagiarism of whitepaper is surely a red flag. A scam project is always hasty to get their project running and hence uses any available tools to set up their platform as fast as possible.

So what's your point exactly? You find nothing "tangible" in the OP that this is obvious plagiarism? Or do you mean that even though the project is clearly plagiarized, it can still be "genuine" and honest?

Hi, just talked with the dev and team. They are sorry for this mistake because they paid third party team to prepare the whitepaper but they did not knew this thing become so messy . They are preparing the new whitepaper and I will update it as soon as possible .

Thank you everyone.

Who the hell are you? (with a sarcastic tone)

Why are you replying to a post from 2015, even that member is no longer active a few months after he posted it.

I reviewed his post history and it looks like he's just shitposting a lot to make his signature quota. However, it is a bit surprising that he chose to quote a post that is more than 7 years old.

With the current market situation, might as well lock and leave them for more interests.

Realistically we won't see tens of cents in price anytime soon.
Agree that seeing prices like this will take a long time for FUN unless someone dares to pump hundreds of percent or even thousands but that requires a large amount of capital, but for me it would be suspicious if the price rose quickly without being matched by the development.

I agree. We cannot have a healthy price increase if there is no development or at least increased utility that accompanies it. The last project from the developers was the XFUNArcade platform, which was announced only recently, but I'm surprised that this wasn't reflected in the token's price significantly. Maybe the problem is with marketing?
2319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino can play a role in changing fortune? on: August 18, 2022, 10:45:14 AM
That's a really interesting story.
I don't think that being successful at gambling (for once) can make a person successful in his job or life.
This guy (Smith) regained his confidence by winning money in a casino and this helped him return his motivation and ambitions.
He could've regained his confidence and motivation without playing in a casino, but the casino somewhat helped him in creating a false sense of being fortunate. That was more like a placebo effect. Many people would've failed completely.
The courier business has big potential, even though fuel prices were temporarily high. Companies like FedEx were destined to become big, because that particular niche had huge potential. Consistency in business and not giving up in times of crisis has always been the key to success.

It's a good read and very inspiring. Like what was mentioned in the article, it's not the million dollar that matters but what you can do with it that matters. I agree that money is just a tool and if we use it wisely, it can help us achieve our goals.

I think it's important to have a financial plan and set realistic goals for yourself, but I also think that it's equally important not to define yourself by your wealth. It's easy to get caught up in the material things and lose sight of what really matters: good health, family and friends, and having a positive impact on the world. It's important to keep in mind that money isn't everything, but it sure does help. It's also important not to be a slave to your money and not let it control you. If you're an entrepreneur, then make sure that your business doesn't consume all of your time and energy because this will prevent you from living the life you want.
2320  Economy / Securities / Re: 5/2500 [IBCO - OPEN] ⚽🎰 Casino Critique ⭐ Initial Bitcoin Chip Offering ❤️‍🔥 on: August 18, 2022, 10:26:37 AM
Casino Critique, I think your Hard Cap/Soft Cap needs a little more explaining. I understand that your soft cap is 1BTC? You didn't explicitly state that anywhere, but that's what I gathered from your posts. What happens if you don't reach the Soft cap?

Furthermore, I completely failed to understand this statement, so if you could explain it a little more clearly that would be great (maybe with some concrete examples and calculations):
Fail to meet hard cap in a sense of after meeting the Soft cap if the remaining Chip to reach Hard cap has not meet then half from the hard cap allocation will be moved and added to Soft cap Chip offerers. Soft cap offerers will then share 80% instead of 60% and Hard cap offerers will share 20% instead of 40% from the allocated 10% revenue sharing pool.
