The system checks a few times a day if there was a miss calculation and/or missed payments. I would have thought this would simply get added (or subtracted for over payments) into your balance...
Will look into it this week but I got a weird micro payment too... but wasn't from the pool's wallet? I'm not sure the source...
Cool. Just making sure it's not a problem with the pool. Maybe there's a secret Santa out there

@crackfoo
FYI: I just got an odd micro payment for a little under 0.001btc and a second account way under 0.001btc... About 1 hour and 28 min or so prior to me posting this.
The 24 hour graphs do not reflect these payments. Neither do the payout histories.
Any thoughts?
@andronick83
When I looked at it; it was no balance pending or anything. I just know that that would be the proper password line for the pool.

gamerholic (sha256) is really soaring right now =/
It was one of the wallets turned off as it was a suspect in the stratum drops... Yeah, I was almost certain that was the reason. Seems also to explain the 10mBTC days on SHA recently with the S7. Keep up the good work!

What JaredKaragen said, the only protocol we support is stratum so needs to be: stratum+tcp:// Hopefully the other miner dev's catchup and put out a decred/stratum compatible miner soon. If you can compile your own app; enabling stratum is as simple as adding a flag to the compiler during the build process (if my memory serves me correctly)

not sure; my scrypt miners are still connected. They havent been interrupted all day.

connecting to the neoscrypt port;
I set d=1 Stratum assigns 16....... Is stratum ignoring the diff setting?
try 4 Yep; seems as if you set lower than the server's minimum; it does auto difficulty. Thanks!

I still don't have anything. Could you put an example URL Worker Password
stratum+tcp://mine.zpool.ca:3333 1PHSDYvVp6HpqtuUPocK41DrdeHbbezaeP c=BTC,sha256 Use those settings, should work fine for 99% of the people out there; if they want to add to my account ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) And assuming you are mining SHA256. You left a lot of question marks with your post.

what d= level do you set your S7? I might take one unit out from kano pool and chip in to zpool
I have mine at d=4096; solely because im in a low signal/bad area. I am in the country; and mostly use a cellular internet connection; when that goes down my fallback is a satellite link (2000ms+ latency) so I need to get counted for as many shares as possible to not feel a hit share % wise. Id say if you are at a nice stable connection, 10000-16000 would be an acceptable figure. The pool's stratum would assign me anywhere from 9000-26000 sometimes... typically in the 13000 range.

Update: 5.8mBTC/24Hr reported; not including the unpaid balances. Looks like the GPU algos are picking up the slack in the drop of SHA256 profitability. Still [sounding like a broken record] I am very happy to report this! I have been having more consistent earnings with zPool than I have had with others, including xPool.
The S7; I have it on its own wallet which currently is showing 10.30948mBTC/24Hr.... Which is still below the expected return. When calculated at 4TH for the 0.0033 pool estimate; Should be around 13.2mBTC/24Hr . So its getting close to calculated figures and I have a feeling with another day of zero or minimal downtime, the figure will come closer to expected returns. I think maybe the disconnects sending it to nicehash for 5-15min stretches may be a possible reason for the drop; but I am leaning more towards pool luck; and the fact that one or two higher earner coins were disabled to find the wallet problem on the server.
FWIW I am running MinerMonitor to keep an eye on my antminers; and it's average speed since the last reboot is 4Th on the dot; so, I think my calculation figures are conservative enough. (not factoring in the pool's 2%) I wish I was able to have my S7 when profitability was in the .0053 range; But sadly; I was late on receiving it in.
I have the S7 at 50% fan speed, and 600M. When temps indoors peak at 100*F, I am seeing 66*C on the S7;' at night its ~50-55*C and ambient temps are a LOT lower. I am unsure what batch its from, but I know its one of the 600M batches from the sticker that's on it. I don't see the batch referenced anywhere on any of its labels.

HAHAHA.
This dumb-dumb just found 2 identical cpuminer processes running on his pc for Argon2. Cute. There's the phantom 3rd miner.

yeah; it seems like I would be best off leaving my GPU to mine the other algos... Its nice having a separate rotation of algos for my CPU =) Seems more efficient.

on a side note, I don't even want to mention it... but today... has been a lot better than yesterday and AFAIK, there has only been one reset today on sha and none on scrypt...
I have disabled a few coins on each which I think are problematic to the issue and results have been positive.
Inventory won't change for a couple days and then I'll re-enable one at a time to see who it actually is.
I noticed; My S7 ran strong the rest of the night later after posting that note. I have nicehash as my failover so I can compare graphs =) I switched over for 0.0001BTC worth of time says NH. @JaredKaragen - I wonder what CPU miners you use? I seem to have problems running a lot of pre-compiled CPU optimised miners, so it may be the case I will have to learn to compile these things on windows.
I admit; being on Win10 mainly; I am using the precompiled argon2 1.2 Version out there (or is it 1.1?) Seems very stable; and I also downloaded the Yescrypt optimized one.... They havent had any issue yet; aside from the fact that my wallet page says I have 3 miners connected to argon2; but I swear up and down I only have my dial quadcore machine, and my i5 thinkpad running the cpuminer...

I noticed the SHA disconnects increasing in frequency today... anyone else see the same?

Ive been running into issues specifically with SSD drives;
The system goes all ham and locks up until it does some crazy hacking to the SSD drive. Happens after a bunch of large file downloads/transfers, and deletions.
The only way to make this behavior go away is to do a deep level format using a special tool; and "start over" with the SSD so to speak.
When the system locks up; its almost as if it is trying to write cached data that has piled up. Happens while downloading torrents; or playing videos over the course of 30min+. The videos are 300Mb 30 min shows; or 1Gb 60 min shows; so they arent all that demanding on the drive...
but this is a problem I have gotten every SSD ive tried so far; to do. Its rather annoying to have to earase and reload an image; only to find out i need to reconfigure everything in the OS again to my new configs. They can be anywhere from a 15 sec delay to 1 min before the HDD activity light stops hacking like crazy and the system works as it should again.
My high-speed hub isnt where I live; so I download there; and xfer it to my PC at home.... Sometimes Ill do 36Gb stints/day depending on how well the connection is working and how many people are eating up my bandwidth =P The node for my parents' neighborhood has no FAP/restrictions on it; as well as a smaller population density sharing the node.
This kind of mass input/deletion with large filesizes is normally a super bad thing to do to an SSD; as per the manufacturers.

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/xeon/xeon-phi-detail.htmlThis option is a nice thing to have nowadays compared to buying a whole new system; I have been considering buying one just because of how much of a processor bottleneck I am having on my main system consisting of 2X SLAED (3.0G 8M 4Core) and 24Gb of ECC Reg... Even though the core freq is 1333; I still need more power so to speak. My PC not only runs my miner processes on my GPU; recently been using all my spare threads on Argon2 mining; sometimes it will control some USB miners such as gridseeds/U series antminers as well; and also, mainly it's my home media center hooked to my TV... so... its normally working balls-to-the-wall 24/7... And surprisingly Win10 has been super stable and keeping uptimes well past a month with no issues at all.
